Always a positive an honest experience. Which is rare in their field. Always having my best interest in mind. I have a few great stories but they wouldn't fit in this little block

Bought lifetime alignment and they did not ever (in many visits) align the rear wheels. This caused the adjustments to freeze up and now I need control arms. I also replaced the tires 3 times due to this. 2 sets were Firestone tires and after explaining this to them several times it's still wasn't done, now I need yet another set of tires. I have the alignment specs for my car to check the work, however, they said nothing about being unable to align the rear which means they didn't even try, nor did they mention the rear tires that are eaten off. Conveniently enough, when i was not provided a copy of the measurements I was told the same thing as last time which is the "printer is broken". I've been to several locations now and they all play the same games. Go somewhere that cares!

I had a 1pm appointment but still had to wait to get car my car in for service. Was told it would be a 1 1/2-2 hour wait for my car to be finished, which it was. When I gave them my name and address, I was very disappointed I was not in the Firestone computer even though I have been a loyal customer for years. So much so a service representative had to make a phone call just to find my Firestone credit card. I never carry the credit card with me because I was told when I got it I wouldn't need to since the information would be stored in your computer system. The work itself seems to be done well and front end staff were very pleasant. However, my big problem is I think I was charged too much for the tire rotation and balance. I thought I already had a bought a lifetime on that but since my name wasn't on file and I needed the service. I went ahead and paid for it. I would like someone to check on that if possible. Can't say enough good things about my experiences at this store. I went in black Friday to get an alignment done. After I left I noticed that my car was still pulling. I took it back in and Mike walked through what the other possible causes could be, starting with tires. After inspection he told me he would recommend 3 new tires. He got me a good price and as soon as I left I noticed the car was driving 100% better. My girlfriend and I have both gotten brakes, alignments, and tires done at this location and I won't be going anywhere else.

After buying a car and the new car warranty was just about over, being a widow with little, close to none about auto maintenance knowledge, I decided to go to Firestone because I felt I needed a business that would (hopefully) stand behind their work as I sure am not rich. That was over 4 years ago newly widowed after 43 years, new state & city knowing no one! I have never been sorry for taking that leap to trust a big corporation, Firestone, when my budget left almost no wiggle room & no one to turn to if something didn't go right! The employees, technicians and management have been absolutely wonderful and totally honest with me! Never trying to sell me on something I don't need, in fact they tell me when if I request them to add something that I really don't need and why! This is a business I trust - when my adult son wanted to take my car for service as a gift - he was going to go to a different place because he said they were cheaper. I told him absolutely not, because I knew at my Firestone on Reed they would stand behind their workmanship! Sometimes saving $5.00 or $10.00 isn't worth it , if you don't get what you paid for! I choose to pinch the pennies to be able to have trust in getting everything with the right services I'm paying for and above all the honesty !

I had my car inspected to determine what all needs to be fixed which turns out there are several things. I decide to not have any work done this visit and leave. Immediately after pulling out I realize that my car now rumbles when I brake above 30 mph and there is a thumping noise as I drive near he back of the car. I drive to several places to see if the problem persists and it does so I take it back to this location for another inspection to make sure everything was put back on correctly. I'm greeted by two individuals, one of who is the person that checked me out the first time I came in. I explain to them the situation and the man who checked me out before says to me, "I doubt anything changed in your vehicle in the three hours since we inspected it". He continues with asking if I wanted to now get my brakes changed (one of the issues that was found during the inspection) and tells me that it's possible while they were taking things off that rust broke and that may be causing my issues. My problem with all of this is how rude he was in saying all of this in addition to trying to suggest it is impossible that there may have been a mistake on a mechanic's part while things were being put back on. I understand that mistakes happen and I wasn't trying to have any issues but the way this employee spoke to me was unnecessary. I just wanted to make sure everything was done correctly because there were no issues with the car that I could perceive prior to the visit. If it turned out everything was done properly then I would have accepted that but the customer service from the individual I have been talking about was terrible. If anyone chooses this location they need to proceed with caution.

The staff was exceptionally helpful when I came in urgently after my tire was punctured on the highway. They went above and beyond to locate the exact match and install it promptly. I would certainly recommend this crew.

I was devastated that the problem in my car (broken timing chain) ended up being too severe for Firestone or neighboring mechanics to fix, but because of this, they only ended up charging me half price for diagnosis! I also heard back from them on the issue right away, and they gave me all the time I needed to get back there and collect everything.

I have been to several other auto care businesses to get a simple oil change and firestone was the only place that I felt respected me. I felt that all other places were trying to take advantage of my perceived lack of car knowledge, because I am a woman, and tried to sell me things that when I checked on my own were complete lies. Firestone on the other hand, let me know what small irregularities they noticed in my car, educated me on them, offered their service and when I declined, that was the end of it. And checking on the items they mentioned, all are true things that will need to be fixed shortly. I will be returning to firestone for al my car care needs!

Came to this Firestone, instead of my usual, because they were able to locate and have delivered and installed within 2 days, 4 19" tires for my vehicle. No one else around could make this happen that quickly. We had a slight issue the next morning with the inflation sensor; stopped in and it was resolved (reset) in minutes.

There are good reasons for our having 6 vehicles registered at our local Firestone store, including ours, our daughter's, and 3 grandkids': we have confidence in their their expertise and we believe that they will provide services and repairs that are NEEDED , and won't attempt to sell us unnecessary services. Once, we took our granddaughter's well-worn vehicle to Firestone with a long list of problems, and asked for a general idea of how much it would take to repair it. Later that day, one of the service managers, whom we know well, called us and said: "Nick, we can repair it if you ask us to, but I would think less of you if you did!" He was right!. We bought another slightly-used, well maintained car , which has already been serviced there.

They got the job done, but it took two trips. Was losing air in an expensive tire that I bought there. Went in, they replaced the stem, and charged @$25. Two weeks later, tire went flat, and went back. They took the tire off and sealed the bead, and charged again, @$30. Seems like the first fix/fee did not come with any guarantee.

I purchased a set of four new tires for my RX 350 Lexus in August 2014. The air repeatedly leaked out of one of the tires and another tire leaked air also. I went to my Lexus dealer to have them check my tires and my Lexus rep did a check and saw where the tire wasn't sealed correctly...He advised me to go back to Firestone snd have them check all tires for leaks. I did go back to Firestone to have the tires checked and they resealed a tire and put air in the other tire...Bad service and I will not go back (I spent over $1000 for tires)!!!

Recommended my OSU attending nieces to this site. Helped my nieces with a Honda van. This was their first experience getting cars repaired and I knew Firestone would be honest and fix the problem. Their parents were very pleased with the repair and service recieved and the girls will go back to Firestone again.

after numerous amount of steps just to get my $1 off coupon qnd after paying almost $100 for an oil change, the offer expired only 1 week after receiving last step in offer. i will never go here again.

My entire family uses the Firestone store at Reed and Henderson in Columbus, OH. We feel that they have an excellent team and they always make us feel very welcome there and strive to make sure that our vehicles are in the best possible condition. They do a wonderful job of keeping us infromed of our cars' needs and keep them totally road worthy. I might add that my family has a total of 14 cars of varying ages and types. I had purchased a used car and it had small exhaust leak in the manifold pipe. I was told they could replace the pipe at an approximate cost of $1,500 because the pipe contained 2 or 3 exhaust sensors that would have to be replaced as well. I was given the name of a muffler shop that could repair the small exhaust leak for less that $100.

Kirk at my local Firestone store has cared for our family vehicles for more than five years. He is our "Go-to" for the upkeep of our cars. Time and time again he has gone to the extra effort to make sure we understood and were completely satisfied with any work performed. As a husband and father, it has been most impressive how he makes sure my wife and my daughter are treated with respect when he supervises their car service service issues.
