    Ac condenser went bad, they had it replaced and saved me $200-$300 compared to some online estimates. Dropped car off in AM and was done by noon.

    My experience with this store was awesome. The service advisor, Brandon helped in getting answers to all the queries I had and suggested the next steps for my battery which needs a replacement. The technician David's work was very good !

    We were in town from Illinois and I ended up with a flat tire Sunday. My son was playing in a championship hockey game at 1130 then had to head 5.5hr home. They were so nice on the phone, gave me landmarks so I would be able to spot their business easily. Chris was very nice. Took care of my tire quickly and efficiently. The technician fixed my tire and checked my others to make sure we were good to make the long drive home. I can't say it enough how friendly and kind everyone we ran into in Dublin was. Thank you

    I needed part of my rear mirror replaced on my new van after someone hit and broke it and left without nofifying me. I expected the repair to be as much as $300 on my brand new van. Craig was able to locate only the exterior portion (the rest of the mirror was fine) and saved me a ton of money. I couldn't be happier with the service I get at this location. I bring both of our cars here for every service need.

    Whether I am having a routine oil-change, a more extensive service like tire rotation or specific work to keep my vehicle in its best condition I have come to rely on this location. I've had 3 of their sales consultants assist me over the past year and the level of service and professionalism is always very good. The quality of work is outstanding as well - I have never had a single issue and the work is completed very quickly which makes it easy to balance with a busy life. Thank you for everything you do.

    Monday, 5/16 - On the exit the salesperson only spoke to the light bulbs needing to be replaced, not the alternator belts on recommended updates. Why was that? And the reason for the appt was for Firestone to replace the pass. side front headlight bulb at a cheaper rate than the dealer. I had brought with me a bulb that was still good and taken out by dealer 2 years ago when I had both headlights removed after the drivers side bulb went out. Firestone quoted me 1.5 hrs to replace; dealer replaced 5/17 for 1/2 hr rate!!! Why would I pay that? And really would Firestone install a part I brought in? I dont think so, they told me that in the past. The recommendation of a license plate bulb being out was an attempt to get more money from me; btw the dealer never mentioned the other bulbs!!!

    I initially came in and wanted an oil change, tire change, and have my water pump tested. Not knowing much about cars I thought that a diagnostic test would properly check my water pump. The sales rep told me that that service wouldn't check the water pump. So, instead of taking my extra $100 for the test he said "why don't we try to see when it was done last and determine the health of your pump that way." Then, about an hour after I dropped my car off I got a call saying that "while changing my tires I needed new shocks and an axel on my 165k Mile+ Lexus GX450 2005." So I came into to the shop and as anyone would expect, I was curious and a little worried about the $3500 fix that my car needed. Understanding this, the sales rep without hesitation said "Why don't I show you what's going on." He then described using a series of large diagrams that are on the walls, showed me exactly what parts are failing in my vehicle. He really helped me understand where the cost was coming from and where the parts would come from. It made me feel confident that I was getting one pulled over on me. Beyond the confidence of using a company with the brand recognition of Bridgestone Firestone, the staff furthered my confidence in trusting them with my vehicle. Incredible job guys - thank you so much for your help.

    Took my car for repairs and could not be more satisfied with the service. I was asking questions about my engine and even after I left Dave called me to inform me more about the questions I had asked. They go above and beyond to help and know their stuff. I will always take my cars there.

    My car had steering vibrations on highway speeds. I had suspected a bent rim and and wheel balancing issues. The guy at the customer desk suggested that i go for a wheel balancing. I was even offered a free alignment check for the car. Once the car was ready i checked if any of the rim's were bent and they confirmed that all are good and wheel balance was off by a bigger margin. I had an earlier report from firestone which indicated that the LHS rim was bent. I did show the old work order and invoice and all of a sudden the guy got rude and indicated that they did not find any such issue. I am yet to check if the issue is completely resolved but then i have paid for the work done and did not get the job done for FREE !!! Firestone , you need to have people with better soft skills.

    I went in with my mother's old buick, Hughes was very helpful and got everything taken care of when I couldn't find the right part for the AC charge. Definitely happy with the service!

    I had read reviews and shopped around for tires. The Dublin-Granville Firestone store had what I wanted for a good price. Brandon even went outside with me to measure the tread on my tires. Glad I discovered this place.

    Needed service on my high milage, older truck. Staff was friendly and while the bill was higher than I thought, they did the work on time and, thus far, with quality and expected results. Am a repeat customer and thank Firestone for respecting my time.

    I had a horrible experience with the dealership. I contact Firestone and spoke with Brandon. He was able to get my car serviced the next day. It was great to work with them. I will be taking my car back when it needs serviced again.

    Ask for brake replacement special, front and rear. No problems with brakes, just thought 50,000 miles seemed like a good time to do it. Was called in told brake pads were fine, just need to "clean up the rear". It was suggested I buy other services, alignment, battery clean, brake fluid flush, wiper blades.....I agreed in the interest of good maintenance....nearly $300 of work Got vehicle back and the brakes were pulsing when applied...problem did not exist before service by Firestone. Took it back two weeks later. I was called an told "it must be the rotors" everything else was good. The rotors were fine when I originally asked to have the brakes serviced and they were warped when I picked it up with no brake job needed? They just suddenly became warped and now they need to be replaced!!! $350 more dollars? Asked if it was test driven and everything was fine and I was told "yes". Picked it up and pulsing is still occurring!!! Now what do I do??? What is Firestone willing to do to make it right??? Help, anyone????

    Have been taking all my cars to the Rt 161 Firestone for several years now, found them to be highly skilled, accurate on their diagnosis of issues and excellent on their repairs. Worth the time to visit and have your car worked on!

    I recently had a issue with a tire that suddenly went flat and was concerned about having to buy new tires. The mechanic took a look at it and discovered that it wasn't the tire as the problem but my rims. Was able to take care of my issue without any expense to me as it was covered by warranty I wasn't aware I had. Good honest people at the Dublin-Granville Rd store.
