    Let's forget I ordered a tire rotation and oil change, yet they only managed to do the tire rotation in four hours. Chalk that up to an inexplicable misunderstanding. However, when the service rep (who could not release the phone from his ear) handed me my keys without letting me know that my car was not actually parked in or within eyesight of the Firestone premises, so that I was forced to circle the building repeatedly looking for it before returning to him (still glued to his phone) to ask for help in finding it. He was not able to respond to me, his customer, directly, as he was too busy on his phone. Thankfully he was able to nod to an underling that my car was "out back". This meant, I discovered after following the underling, that it was somewhere in the Walmart parking lot, not "out back" on the Firestone premises where I had already looked. Ten minutes wasted for me searching for my car, not to mention my oil change that I waited 4 hours for that never happened. I guess I should consider myself lucky that my service rep got off the phone long enough to offer me the oil change I ordered 4 hours earlier for only an additional one hour's wait. When did you decide that customer service was unimportant?

    My vehicle was dead in a nearby parking lot and the service advisor was able to provide wonderful assistance despite the overwhelming amount of business that was swamping the shop and pouring through the door. The efficiency and professionalism of the staff was outstanding.

    Been coming to them since we moved here in 2006. Really like the service and honesty they provide. They may not always be able to meet your schedule because they are always busy but will definitely try their hardest to get your service completed right away. These guys are great!

    Even though "LEAR" is relatively new at this Firestone in Flower Mound, and I think this is the 3rd or 4th time he has been my service rep, he has proven to be quite the experienced, seasoned pro, and I am extremely happy with his service!

    It is very easy to see why this Firestone on 2704 Flower Mound Rd., in Flower Mound, TX is the # 1 Firestone in the Country! I like the fact that the work is always done in a fast, timely manner! Also the reps are great, may it be Nikki, Bal, Toby or the new rep. Lear , and the rest of the staff, also!

    Traveling from Tulsa to Baton Rouge with my 80 yr old mother to pick up a horse and had to stop in the Bert Kouns location in Shreveport, LA in route to have my a/c repaired after having it serviced only 3 days prior at another business at home. Then on the way back from Baton Rouge with horse in tow heading to Shreveport to pick up my mother who stayed to visit family, my shocks had to be replaced. They got in me and out ASAP! These guys were just wonderful.

    Was getting gas 3 buildings away, & when I was done my Camaro would not start, so I walked over to my favourite Firestone, 2704 Flower Mound Rd., {Flower Mound, TX}, so Chris, Rodney & someone else pushed my Camaro & me to the service bay. Well before I knew it my Camaro was fixed & repaired, FASTER than expected & runs like new! Chris was my service rep, & Jason was my technician! Outstanding work as always!

    I have heard from several auto professionals in North Texas that this FIRESTONE {2704 Flower Mound Road, Flower Mound, TX 75022} is one of the BEST in the country & I agree 100%!     My tires had to be obtain from another location. I called at 6:00 at night and they were able to get the tires the next day by noon. Quick service. Everyone was helpful and professional.

    My husband and I have been coming to Flower Mound Firestone for several years. Toby and Bahl and the others are the best! Everyone is very helpful and very friendly. They understand our goals and work within them (such as just keeping one of our old vehicles running as long as possible for as little as possible). We thoroughly appreciate them.

    Surprised to receive this review opportunity, as I have not used this Firestone location for almost two years. Prior to that, I had used them very frequently for inspections, tire repairs and rotations, as well as purchased two or three sets of tires from them. That stopped when they chose to be very non-transparent and would not admit fault nor try very hard to follow-up with me.

    We have been using Firestone for seven years and recommend them to everyone. Courteous employees who always take the time to explain every aspect of the process. We have never had a problem that they couldn't fix and we have older used cars.

    We've come to rely on Flower Mound Firestone for the routine maintenance, service and tires for our three vehicles. The service writers are great about communicating what needs to be done before performing any service and call when our car is ready to be picked up. On the rare occasion something needed to be re-serviced, it was done without any hassle.

    Ever since Dave has left Firestone the service level and quite honestly the customer respect level has dropped dramatically. This Firestone unit has been ranked in the top elite nationally for many months but those days are over. Shame. My business is going to the dealer service center.

    These guys treat you with respect and tell you what your car needs to be fixed. If you have any doubts, they will walk you in the work area and actually show it to you. I trust this Firestone with my cars

    I have been going to the Firestone in Flower Mound for quite some time. The staff has little turnover and I think that speaks to the work that they perform. Bal and Toby recognize or know most of the customers by name and are always friendly. They may not always be the cheapest, but they give you good advise as to what needs to be fixed and what can wait until later and they work with you on most repairs. I have not had issues with the work that Firestone performs on my vehicles, but it helps to do good and regular maintenance. If there is an issue they fix it look into right away. Hard to find an honest repair shop at times and I'm sure that there will be customers that haven't had the excellent relationship. However, I trust them and will continue to take my cars to them.
