    Jeremy is always very kind and professional. He explained my bill in full and gave me an accurate time frame for when my car would be ready.     The store manager was great helping me determine the best tires for the best price. We had multiple conversations over a few weeks and when I finally called to set the appointment he got me in right away and taken care of same day.

    First off, I will say that my interaction and conversations with Christian, Dawson, and Jeremy were all professional and courtesy. Jeremy was very courtesy, empathetic, and apologetic in regards to my experience described below. The 1 star rating is a result of the work performed, lack of a paper receipt, and Dawson’s comments regarding ‘No road-test’. 7/23/18 I went in for an alignment. My face to face interaction with Dawson was great and he was pleasant to speak with. It was a follow up conversation over the phone with Dawson, that has me questioning this location. Are they putting more importance on the volume of cars/trucks in and out over the quality of work being performed? My courtesy checklist evaluation further supports this thought. I picked up the truck at 6 pm. As soon as I left the parking lot (10-20 seconds of driving) the truck was pulling hard to the right. I had to be back at work, but I called as soon as I got to work. I spoke with Dawson @ 817-756-6184 at 6:22 pm. I advised Dawson of the issue and asked him if anyone test drove the vehicle after doing the alignment. Dawson's exact words were "No. With 50 + cars in here a day, we don't have time to take every car on a 10-15 min road test.” Dawson added, “Our tech drove it around the parking lot." Those were Dawson's words and they left me in total disbelief. The parking lot at this location is tight, small, and without a doubt, not adequate for a test drive. It took me less than 30 seconds of driving on William D. Tate (the road the shop is located on) to know the truck was not driving straight (not 10-15 mins). Also to rule out any other components that may be causing the truck to pull: Everything is new on the truck (Upper control arms replaced in March 2018; cv axles, lower ball joints, inner & outer tie rod ends replaced on July 7, 2018; Struts, brake rotors and pads all replaced July 21, 2018; 4 brand new tires balanced & installed July 19, 2018). Because no one took the time to do a 30 second test drive, I have to leave work again, drop the truck off, and arrange for a coworker to pick me up and drop me off; just to have it aligned again. Also - the tech that did the courtesy check list was completely wrong. He marked the following items "ok" on the inspection sheet and they are not ok: Oil level - ok (this is wrong it is 1.5 qts low), Coolant Level-ok (wrong it is low and reservoir needs to be flushed), PCV Valve not checked, Brake Fluid not checked, Battery Accessories not checked, PSI on tires marked 40 psi (not accurate all tires are 34 psi), Tread Depth marked 15/32 (not accurate- brand new tires bought on Tue 7/19/18. Tread Depth is 26/32). I do not care about the courtesy checklist as much as I do about the alignment. But if you are doing a checklist of those items, and are providing them to the customer; don't just go through the motions and recklessly check "ok" to suffice Firestone’s Corporate protocol of performing these checks on each incoming vehicle. If you are not going to do it accurately, don’t do it. Also, per Dawson the alignment machine has been out of printer paper for 2 + weeks and he cannot provide me a receipt with the alignment calibrations. No record for the customer. If this has been an ongoing issue then a Firestone rep/tech should be hand writing theses before/after calibrations down on the customer's invoice. The Customer Invoice I received reads "Alignment Recheck" not Alignment performed/adjusted. A simple road test would have determined the alignment issue was still present. Had a road test taken place, a negative rating would likely not have been submitted.

    Employees are always very friendly and respectful - so A+++ on customer service. Very efficient time wise. However, they did suggest/recommend a lot of expensive and unnecessary work/maintenance to be done on the vehicle. Not sure how I feel about that. I will return for basic things - tires, oil changes, batteries, etc.

    I came in for an alternator replacement and needed a new battery as well as a new belt. I felt the pricing was fair compared to what I saw online. The service and prompt and within a couple of hours, I was taken care of.

    Took my car in with no appointment, with a very complicated issue, and had it fixed within a few hours. They got me back on the road with a recommendation of what to tell my dealer for a possible warranty fix on what was left to accomplish. As a result, I trust my Firestone guys' advice completely and know that they are trying to do right by me, not just the store. In fact, I brought my other car in for a different service the same day. Great job guys!

    These guys were great about getting my car in as soon as possible to do an inspection, and even though it was not the best news, they told me about it as professionally as possible, then kept me up to date as much as possible.

    Bradley and Heather were fantastic and incredibly friendly. I hate taking my car into places to be worked on but going here was an awesome experience! They offered me options, educated me on things I didn't know and didn't try to sell me anything I knew I didn't need. They didn't waste my time and I enjoyed just having a friendly conversation with them both before leaving. I will absolutely be returning with any car problems in the future. I recommend going to this location!

    I switched from another Firestone location that had terrible service and attitude about 5 years ago. All of my cars are serviced here for one thing or another. Tire rotations and alignments every 5-6,000 miles (lifetime alignment). Oil Changes, state inspection and other repairs. They will inspect and tell me what is needed on my cars, but there is no pressure for them to do it. Great Customer Service, No Hassles, Good Communication.

    I did a drop-in visit for an oil change recently. While there was an hour wait (my fault for going right after work just like everyone else) the waiting area was clean and comfortable with decent wifi connection. Can't ask for more than that, especially at a stellar price.

    I am very disappointed in the service I received while working with Firestone recently. I brought my car in for an Emissions diagnosis and repair work, and I was repeatedly pushed to contact a new car dealership to just get a new vehicle, even after stating that I cannot afford a brand new vehicle. I was also quoted for work that had nothing to do with an Emissions repair diagnosis, and was told multiple times that my vehicle 'shouldn't be on the road', even though it recently passed the safety portion of the Texas State Inspection test. I was really hoping to be able to get my repair work done at Firestone, because it is located close to my home and the hours are very convenient. But after the poor customer service I received, I had to choose to go to a different vehicle repair shop.

    I have been bringing my car here for years & have been pleased with the service I have been provided....until now. I recently took my car here form an A/C check. I explained over the phone that I was having issues with inconsistent cooling & wasn't sure if it just needed a recharge or if there was something more. I made an appointment & brought it in. They had no idea what I had brought my car in for. I explained the issue again & they said that they would take a look. Took an hour & a half to get it in the garage to start to troubleshoot it...WITH AN APPOINTMENT. When they did all of their testing, they found the compressor was not working properly. It would cost $1400. Fine. I scheduled to get it fixed. I went to pick up my car, paid the bill & walked out as a satisfied customer. I got in my car & started it. It made a horrible vibrating/grinding sound. I pulled my car up to the garage & Danny, the manager, was outside. I explained it made a really awful sound but of course by this time, the sound had subsided. He said to let him know if it happened again. Sure enough, I was riving that evening in stop-n-go rush hour traffic . Every time I came to a stop & sat at idle, it made a horrendous sound & vibrated through my brake pedal. It continued this throughout my trip that evening.The next day, I stopped into Firestone & explained the issue again. Danny said they would take a look at it. We tried multiple times to duplicate the sound, but were unable to. Danny told me he needed to get the car to duplicate the sound in order to fix it. Danny consulted with his mechanic, John (20 years of experience) & they came to the conclusion that it was the fan motor. This took about 2 hours of sitting & waiting. That evening, it continued the sounds & became more convinced it was a failing compressor. The next day, I called again. Pretty much same story. Danny insisted it was the fan motor. He said he would replace the fan motor free of charge just to prove it to me. While I appreciate that he was willing to give me a free fan motor, I had already invested quite a large bit of time trying to get my car fixed & was convinced it was the compressor. The next day, I took off early from work to take my car back there. After a ride with John, my car still did not duplicate the noise. Danny & John decided they would run some further diagnostics on the car to see if they could figure it out., even though I insisted it was the compressor. And here's the other part of the story...the compressor was under warranty and they could warranty it out but insisted it couldn't possibly be this new compressor. John runs some questionable diagnostics...he set a fan outside of my car & blew it towards my car to simulate driving down the road. The measurements he got from this diagnostic further convinced Danny & John that it was not the compressor. After over 3 hours in the shop that day, the evening ended with Danny telling me it was the fan motor or it could be the ECM. He said they do not have any way to read the codes on my car so I needed to take it to the dealership to diagnosis. He explained he would even pay for that & a rental car for me to get the problem fixed. By the end of the evening, Danny wouldn't listen & gave me my money back, told me to take my car & never come back. The next day, I called the dealership and they got me in for diagnostics on my car. I received a call from my service advisor that indeed it was the compressor. It had shelled out into the condensor & so now I needed a compressor and a condensor & various other parts that were damaged from the metal shavings. My bill now went from $1400 to $2800. I immediately called Firestone & spoke directly with Danny and informed him that indeed it was the compressor and it had failed and now I needed additional work. He said he had washed his hands of my vehicle and had told me to never bring my car back there. Frustrated by this but left with no other option at the time, I called the dealership back and gave them the green light to fix my car. Interestingly, the dealership did not have to duplicate the noise to fix my car. The next day around 9:15, I received a call from Danny that they were going to take care of it. Basically after multiple phone calls to Danny, Tim (the area manager) and now customer service (who promised a call within 48 hours) there has been no remedy. i am out $2800 to fix something that should be taken care of by Firestone. they have said they will take care of it however they continue to drop the ball and not follow through. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK OR THEIR MOTTO...FIXED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!

    I had a bad experience with a difference Firestone store and when here for a second opinion. The counter lady was very friendly and professional. The shop manager helped me with my issue and was very fair. After doing business for 15 year at the other store I will not being going back and will only deal with the great people at the Grapevine store.

    I specifically asked them not to "top off" my fluids. My previous visit, they filled my wiper fluid res with water. They said it wasn't them that it was probably somewhere else. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and specifically asked them not to do any fluid top offs. Change oil only. As soon as I got the car back, I've got a windshield wiper reservoir full of water. (I had run my wipers extensively to flush all the old water out) Good service otherwise. Only two stars are awarded due to the conversation both before and after my visit regarding the wiper fluid. They assured me both times that it would not be done, and in fact was not done. Sure enough, I have a full tank of water. No thanks.

    They did my oil change in record time, no waiting. In and out - topped off fluids, and most important to me - re-set the computer on the truck so it doesnt keep telling me to change the oil!

    I just moved to Grapevine Texas from out of state and just picked this place to do my inspection. I felt 100% comfortable with these guys. They were professional, kind and polite. Most of all they didnt pressure me into buying new tires, they made me aware of needing new tires and provided me with a quote just in case I was interested.

    Ive been coming here for years and have always been happy with the service. I just got new tires, oil change, and some other things done and a couple days later my windshield wiper fluid is out. I paid a considerable amount of money so I was disappointed they didn't even check or fill that for me but other than that I am completely happy with the customer service and quality of my visit.

    I have been servicing my three family cars with the Grapevine facility for several years and have always received excellent service. Recently one car had a particularly troublesome & hard to fix problem which required two visits before it was finally resolved. I was perfectly happy with this approach as I was told the initial repair may need to be followed up with additional work. Through out this repair, and with all other repairs and / or routine maintenance handled by the Grapevine facility, I have been delighted with the level of service received and especially delighted with the focus and attention management have shown to me and my family. Estimates for proposed work are detailed and easy to understand and if additional work is required after a job has started I always receive a call to clear / approve the work and related costs before it proceeds. Routine maintenance matters are always handled efficiently and effectively. Management and staff in this facility should be commended for the courtesy they show their customers and their professionalism.

    I have taken multiple cars in for service on multiple occasions, for many different services. I have experienced good customer service, and excellent workmanship. The team here has been good about inspecting for future issues and explaining to me which ones to prioritize over others when needed. Even my teenage sons have had good service.

    I have used the Grapevine Firestone store for almost all of my automotive maintenance & repairs for over 20 years. I like knowing the work will be done right & on time. If there is ever a question or minor correction I have experienced the staff fixing it to my satisfaction. I've recommended them to many friends over the years & will continue to do so in the future.

    I have used the Firestone in Grapevine, Texas multiple times, with multiple vehicles, and every time I have been there with a problem, the mechanics and the manager have been very professional, and always have diagnosed and fixed the problem. The pricing is right, and even if it was more, I would pay it, because I know that the staff and problem will be taken care of. I will definitely continue to use Firestone- Grapevine. Thanks

    I did a basic oil change at this location. Upon arrival I inquired about the price. The front counter clerk took my info and told me the price for the service, which seemed in-line with what I was expecting. 1/2 hour later my car was ready and I was given an invoice that was $10 more than what we agreed on. When I protested, another employee told me that the original clerk just went on lunch, and that the price I was told upon arrival was a special that they had last month, so it wouldn't apply anyway. As I couldn't wait for the original clerk, I just paid, and I promised myself never go back. So long story short... a wasted opportunity for a new return customer by offering a service that is lacking training and common courtesy .
