Went in for a new set of tires. They were installed, for the most part; however upon the retrieval of my vehicle 2 of the tires were under the minimum inflation recommendation with a psi of 23/24 and none my tires had the valve caps which were present prior. I had to knock on the door and bring this error to their attention only for them to replace my alluminum valve caps with some cheap stock black valve caps. Initially I thought the tire pressure sensors were simply adjusting to the new tires, but that was not the case as I noticed after a few minutes the alert remained illuminated. With this revelation obtained, I commandeered my vehicle to a gas station to fix the inflation oversight. This was a heartbreaking experience considering how outstanding all prior experiences at this location had been.

The associate told us that we would get a $60 mail-in or online rebate even though we only bought two tires. When I tried to submit the rebate online the system said we were not eligible because we did not buy 4 tires. We will never shop at Firestone again, it's not the $60 as much as it's the flat out lying. We also ordered 4 tires for our other car today ($1,200+) and we will cancel that order. Fool me once, there won't be a second time.

There are 2 other locations closer to my home, but I still drive to the location in zip code 75063. I totally trust the people & the work performed here. They always make me feel valuable, informed, and comfortable while my vehicle is in their care. I trust their knowledge & expertise and also their welcoming & relaxed atmosphere & demeanor. I got new tires. I have not been by in two years. I was a regular Customer for years. I notice a lesser personal level of service. Where a store just conducts business as business. My dealership offers a warm and friendly appreciation when I get service on my car. I do miss that welcoming team a few years back.

Great service and friendly! This is a busy location and wait times can be long but it's worth the wait. Saved my daughter from missing her first day of college classes. They worked late and had her ready to leave for Lubbock by 7 am. Great job and thanks for going the extra mile!

This was the WORST experience I have ever had with this location. I've also already spoke with Customer Service about this but I will gladly relay this again in hopes of something actually being done. First, I dropped by car off at about 11:05a for a flat on my driver front tire in which I was informed that I would need 2 new tires (absolutely fine). Upon taking my order, I very explicitly told her I needed by car ready when I come back at 430p as I have a second job that I have to be at by 6p. She confirmed. I arrived at about 440p to pick up my car in which I saw my car was up on the machine and still missing 2 front wheels. I asked how long it would be, and she said they were finishing up. I sat in the waiting area for 35min! The time is now 535p. I asked again how much longer it would be and she said she would go check. She asked the guy at the window for an update or if he was done in which he responded "No." She said I had been waiting and he replied "well I didn't know." They have now had my care for over 6hrs for simply 2 front tires! At 540p I was informed that she would go ahead and check me out and they would bring up the keys. I checked out and stood at the register. Another 10min pass and I'm still standing there waiting! A guy then walks by me in passing and says "Oh ma'am your car has been sitting out front with the keys in it." Are you kidding me?! How long was I going to stand there before someone told me that. I then have to drive 45min to get to the job I was supposed to be at by 6p. Clearly I was almost a whole hour late. Because of y'all. How does it take over 6hrs to replace 2 front tired. HOW? As convenient as this location is to my job, I will drive out of the way to go to another one. This was ridiculous. I never got an apology. Nothing. Just awful.

I was extremely satisfied with my service and the honesty of my service tech Thomas. I went thinking I needed my brakes replaced, I had this loud screeching noise coming from my car every time I put on my brakes. So, I was prepared to pay for what I thought was going to cost me dearly, brakes pads, rotors etc. I got a call from my service tech Thomas, with the best news ever, my brakes were fine and that loud noise was caused by a long metal wire wrapped around my back wheel. Thomas removed the wire and I was on my way, It's so awesome to know that they are still honest companies out there not taking advantage of people esp women. I thank you and Firestone will be my place for all auto service needs.

I was having some brake trouble about 2 weeks ago, and brought my car into this Firestone. I had to bring my car back 4 different days due to continued issues that kept occurring. I don't say that as a negative, but to say that this Firestone worked with me throughout the entire process, being patient with me, and taking me to and from work without any complaints. I was only charged for the first job, and due to this I will be a customer for life. It was the first time I have ever left an auto shop and felt I was not scammed or ripped off, but instead was given exceptional customer service that set this place apart from the rest. Although I can't remember specific names, I drove a red Mazda 6, and there were two guys working the front desk and one out in the shop that stood out and were exceptional in how they worked with me. Maybe the inside guys were Brandon and Thomas (or Joe), and the outside guy said he had just started at that location a few weeks before. They know who they were and really should be praised individually for their help. I sincerely thank those three guys and Firestone for all their help!

Went in for an oil change. Representative at the counter was professional. They quoted 1 hour, it was done in 53 minutes. Let me know of a few things to look out for on the car going forward, but no need to replace anything at this time.

These guys were FAST. said it might take 45 minutes cause they were pretty busy, but they were done in about 20 minutes. felt like i was in and out in a flash.

I got an oil change on my car because I was preparing for a ten hour drive. I was unsure my car would make it, but I made there and back and the oil change got me 13.5 mag on an suv! Great service! Glad I didn't go mom and pop on this one.

I've been a customer for 10 plus years. I stopped going to a specific Irving location, because an employee (whom has worked there for years) was rude and very pushy on multiple occasions. I switched to one right up the road (MacArthur and 635 in DFW) and a poor service culture seems to be a trend. No customer service skills, no personality and terribly unfriendly at this location as well. I like Firestone and have been a loyal customer for a long time, but in recent years the service has been terrible, and I'm in no way hard to please.

The rep who assisted me, Joe, was very nice and empathetic to my situation. I didn't really have any issues with their level of customer service and have had no issues so far with my tire. My issues stem from the logistics of the actual appointment. I set it up online and explained exactly what I needed done, even down to the exact tire I would be purchasing to match the other three. I received an email saying my appointment was pending and the message even said "If for any reason we cannot complete your requested appointment time, we will call you directly to discuss other convenient appointment options." I then received a confirmation email of my appointment. I left work early that day to make my appointment, only to be told that they didn't even have the tire at that branch, or any tire in that family for that matter. I was told I would have to come back the next day. Joe was very kind and had me leave my old tire and wheel and said he would have the tire early the next morning and I could come in at any point during the day to have the tire quickly put back on my vehicle. When I arrived the next day around 11am, the tire still wasn't ready and I was told that it did not come in with the early morning shipment as expected. They had it, but it had not been placed on the wheel. I went next door to eat lunch and called a coworker to come get me as they could not give me a time frame of when my tire would be ready. As I was leaving, they realized that my tire was actually ready but no one had communicated this to Joe or put anything in the system about it. I think they were overwhelmed that day and understaffed. I even heard someone mention that they were taking on customers for another branch that day that was even more understaffed than they were. I believe it was just a communication issue, but it resulted in having to take time away from work for me, which I'm fine with if I'm actually having work done. I was most frustrated about coming up there twice and still not receiving the service I had booked.

I had changed four new tire air pressure they checked out on the paper work is 35 psi on all the weal but when my self pressure monitor shows that all four weal one 50 psi another one 46 psi 40 psi 44 psi when tech do the job they should make sure what they doing and double check them before delivering to the customer.

I came in last Monday to get a tire rotation and was offered several other services which I declined, left thinking everything was fine then noticed my tires hadn't even been rotated. Not pleased at all and will be going back today or tomorrow to get them done.

I went in for a 105K check up and checking the squeel in my brakes. All is well and working right. I also went in for my annual State inspection sticker. I have one question: Why does my sticker state 12/15 since it was inspected in April. Shouldn't it state 4/16?

I went to my local Firestone as I needed to get a dent knocked out of my wheel and a new hub cap put on. The team saw me realy quickly even though the office was busy and didn't charge for the service which was a fantastic surprise!

I purchased Tires from them & purchased Alignment from them, i have got it aligned every 5K miles and i they were complete out of shape, on top of it, i got the alignment done and they told something else was not good i took straight away to cadillac show room to check what firestone was complaining about, Cadillac dealer said there is no need to change anything that firestone is proposing and Cadillac told wheels are not alligned i was so much fed up with firestone.

Brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation and within 30 minutes I was on my way out the door. They were even kind enough to mention that my air filter would changing soon and offered to replace, but I opted to change it myself.

I always enjoy taking my car to Firestone in Irving (MacArthur Blvd). Their service is usually pretty quick, their prices are competitive, and the manager there always looks for the details about my car maintenance that need attention. My car is fairly low mileage (30,000 miles) and somewhat middle aged (6 years), and he remembered to ask about new radiator fluid. "Not from mileage", he said, "but from age". He then took the time to show me the difference between the old and new radiator fluid. Not many places would take care of my car as if it was their very own. Firestone in Irving seems to care that much...

My repeated experience with Firestone has been excellent. Firestone goes out of their way to make sure my vehicles remain in excellent shape, which is extremely important to the driving safety of my family. Generally, repairs (such as replacing parts) or service (such as an oil change) are accomplished in a timely manner, and I have never had to return a vehicle due to a mistake or error in the completion of the task at hand.

I've been to Firestone twice recently. Once for a battery that was failing and once for a nail in my tire. Both times I drove in without an appointment but the service manager got my car in quickly and fixed the problems.
