    I was away from my home town traveling for my birthday with my mom on a holiday weekend when I had car trouble. Unsure of the exact source of the trouble, I was pretty uneasy about being without my usual resources. The service advisor I interacted with was attentive, courteous, and professional--listening and letting me know what I could expect. The inspection of, diagnosis of the problem with, and repairs to my car were done in a timely manner. All of the employees Mom and I interacted with while we were waiting were hospitable and accommodating. After the service was completed, again, the service advisor was thorough and reassuring--explaining services and answering all my questions. Obviously I would have rather not had car trouble, but my experience at Firestone - Shawnee gave me the best possible outcome I could imagine under the circumstances. I am sharing my experience with family and friends, and can confidently recommend this service location to anyone in the area. Thank You Firestone Complete Auto Care Shawnee!

    Everyone I encountered at this location was respectful and friendly to me, and went out of their way to make my kids feel comfortable. Really top notch service; I highly recommend this location, and will return in the future.

    Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. ZERO communication skills. Huge rip off. Tony the employee there was horrible at communicating and could have cared less about customer service, me and my car. I took my car in for the 9.99 care car package on the website thinking this would be a good idea on my older high mileage car before i went on a road trip. I dropped it off Friday afternoon with Tony asking if they would call me before they closed. They did not call. I ended up calling and they told me they had to keep my car overnight. This was irritating since there was no indication in the beginning this would be an overnight thing. The next morning I called again asking for the status and when i can pick it up. I picked it up an hour later. I left in a hurry with the two pieces of paper the gave me. After getting into my car and looking at the receipt there was no indication that anything on the car care package was complete, except a battery check. I called back for the third time. I finally got ahold of someone who knew what they were talking about. He apologized for all of the confusion and said that Tony rang up the car care package wrong in the very beginning. He assured me everything listed in the car care package was completed. It was only $11, but I left feeling ripped off and taken advantage of. I'm thankful for the one man there who knew what was going on.

    AMAZING! Richard and Tony helped me on a Sunday when my alternator died. I went to two other places who wouldn't work on my Volvo. Luckily, my last stop was Firestone in Shawnee and Tony and Richard saved me! Since I was traveling alone with my son for a baseball tournament and had to drive home that day, I was so grateful they were willing to help me. They were honest and genuine and took the time to explain everything to me. I will forever be grateful to Tony and Richard and I hope everyone will visit that Firestone because I know they will treat them with the respect they treated me with! Thank you so much!

    Recently I purchased a set of tires for my 2004 Corvette. I spoke with Chris, the store Manager and he was extremely knowledgeable with performance tires. They did a great job installing the set of tires.

    Great tire recommendation. Confusion on lifetime rotate and balance. Had to make a second trip back. Good price but have found them online cheaper.

    They didn't have time to do the service but they did it anyway. They cared that I had to drive on the freeway with a tire at risk of blowing out and they took the extra time to get it changed.

    I brought my car in a few weeks ago for an oil change, which I made an appointment for. It was at 1030 we arrived 10 mins early. When we asked how long it would take the employee said 1 hour. We decided to go home and eat instead of waiting there. They looked pretty busy so I decided to give them 2 hours before we went back. When getting back I quickly realized my car hadn't even been touched yet. It was still in the same spot I parked it in. I was a little upset. When I walked inside the gentleman told me it would still be another hour. Never once said sorry or offered me anything for the inconvenience. After the third hour of waiting my oil change was finally done. I completely understand being busy. I work in a pharmacy I know how it goes when things get behind, but I also know how to give realistic wait times and always apologize for any inconvenience caused. That was my first time going to Firestone for anything and I will probably never go back.

    I do believe the attention and courteousy at Firestone is a step in the past. I can't remember when I was treated so well and the work that was preformed was great. They have sure earned my loyalty to take all my vehicles there. It is good to know that a company cares. Thanks so very much.

    I have been using this particular Firestone Store (Shawnee, KS) for my Vehicle Services for 15 - 20 years, or more. Chris, the Manager, has always gone out of his way to provide for my Vehicle needs. This store's previous Manager (Bill) also provided exceptional SERVICE.

    Refused to repair a nail puncture on a tire with road hazard protection, then wanted prorate the tire at 50% with 9 of original 11/32 tread remaining. Had the tire repaired elsewhere and have driven several thousand miles without a problem. I will never buy another Firestone or Bridgestone tire

    Needed to get a battery replaced and was almost to 60K miles so asked them to check out car since they advertised 6 mos same as cash. Mechanic tried to sell over $1000 of unnecessary service, then they told me I didn't qualify for a card, (after they had my name wrong 5 times) Then they called-oops, their mistake- I actually did qualify and if I wanted the 6 mos no interest-I needed to return to the store when the manager was in(2 days later) to get everything correct. My car hasn't run right since I left and I cannot wait to pay them off and NEVER will return

    New Interstate battery was installed under Honda bracket from factory. This prevented cable from tight contact and batty cable disengaged at 1" pm at 70mph My concerns were dismissed entirely by the manager. As a former ICU nurse I urge people to avoid this location. 1/25/2015

    Had a whole new set of tires put on my daughter's vehicle - the cost was reasonable (for really good tires) and the service was excellent - my vehicle was done well before I was exepcting it to be completed.
