    I took my car for a check engine light and so after repairs and $547.00 and two days later the check engine light remains on. I won't recommend the place to a enemy.

    I would recommend Firestone to all after the awesome customer service from Kyla who went above and beyond to listen, understand and recommend the best product and service for my needs and I ended up buying a whole set of tires and saved over $100 on the service and she went above and beyond. I will go back to Firstone

    Great service but they do not value a clients time. Be prepared even with an appointment to hear "you will have to come back or leave your car overnight. We are just too busy."

    I've been a customer at this location for a long time and I'm hoping that my service to my auto is as reliable as before. Normally, I receive the courtesy check, which is still listed as done at no charge, but this is not the first time if it was done that the paperwork was not included. One time, the tech didn't do it & the Mgr. told me to come back to get it done. The last few times the Mgr. has said it was done. So, this time I didn't mention it to anyone. It's very helpful to me to be informed, so that I can be more aware of what my vehicle needs. Thanks for the survey.

    Have been going to the same location for about 3 years no. I haven't had any issues with my car...EVER (knock on wood). And I have a 2005 Ford with over 150K miles on it.

    I needed one tire replaced and all went well until they had a problem with the lug nuts for my Toyota Sienna, some of which were worn and needed to be replaced. This was not their fault, but they ordered new nuts and I came back the next day to have the tire put on. When I arrived, the person did not know how to ascertain whether the nuts had come in, because she said, "He had to run to the bank and I should wait." I sat and waited for 20 minutes and asked her if he had returned and she said "Yes, and she would check with him." Another 20 minutes went by and nothing, so I asked her again if the parts had come in, at which point she went into the shop and spoke with Chris (who had worked with me the day before), who looked on the wall of work orders and found the nuts in with the order. She then told me they would put the tire on. I waited again for another 20 minutes and observed a technician bringing a jack to my car and jack it up, he put the tire on, returned the spare to it's storage place and walked away, leaving the jack sitting under the car with the work order laying on the hood. Another 15 minutes, I observed the tech working on another car, so I walked out and saw that the tire was on the car, so I asked her again what was happening. She went back out into the shop and spoke to someone, then came back and handed me the keys, saying, "You're all ready to go." Meanwhile Chris, who was sitting nearby said, "They had to work your car in between the other jobs who came in earlier." The car had been ready for 10 or 15 minutes, but it was just sitting there and I wonder how long I would have waited if I hadn't spoken up! Clearly, no one was monitoring the situation, instead the clerk was texting or doing something on her phone instead of making sure the job was done. Very sloppy and unprofessional. I'll never go back there again.

    I scheduled a routine oil change at Firestone. Everyone was prompt and courteous. I was also informed about a problem with my car that I needed to get inspected at a dealership. Thanks to this warning, my car never broke down (which it easily could have) and I was spared from a potentially huge repair bill. Thanks, guys.

    This is an excellent place to bring your vehicle for maintenance issues of all kinds. They are also very capable of doing many repair jobs on A/C-Heating and many other items. They are professional and honest. I've been using this service for years.

    I've been here several times, but this last time was not good. I made an appointment for 2pm. I arrived and checked in about 10 minutes early. At 3pm my car was still sitting in the parking lot where I left it. Other customers came in after me and left before me. If I hadn't have brought it to my technician's attention, there's no telling how much longer I would have been waiting. To his credit, my technician gave me a discount for my inconvenience.

    The guys here were great to work with. They explained the issues with my car and the needed repairs in a way that was easy to understand. They offered choices in tires and did not push me to buy the more expensive set and were not at all pushy on the recommended services.

    I had been back and forth with my honda dealer for about a month about the cause of a loud noise on the driver rear of my car. After an exhausting ordeal that included a case manager from Honda corporate. They paid for a portion of the repairs that said were needed for a defective part (rear control arms) and said that I would need new tires also b/c the tires were making the noise, but the control arms were the reason for the tire wear. I was so exhausted with them that I told them I would purchase my tires elsewhere. I made the appt with Firestone. I dropped my car off and a little later Benjamin called and left a voice mail to give him a call. When I called back he said everything was good with the tire install, but when they test drove my car there was a loud noise from the left rear and they looked at it and found that the wheel bearing was bad and making that noise. So in less than a few hours Firestone provided the diagnosis needed and without me taking a month of my time having to be the researcher. I took your quote to Honda. Honda has refunded me the amount of your quote and I called and made my appointment today with you all to have the bearing replaced. I am So grateful for the Friendly & Knowledgeable service . When I called to make my appointment today, he even remembered who I was. I am absolutely more than satisfied. I can't say enough Thank

    I made an appt, but still wound up waiting. Over 2 hrs for an oil change. This is ridiculous. I'd rather pay the premium and go to the dealership. Time is money, and when I checked in, I was told it would only be 1 hour max. For it to take more than double the time in not ok.

    I used this specific location twice in the last month and seem to get a different person to help me every time. They are literally the most honest guys I have ever dealt with. Beyond what I expected about good customer service and are always on time or earlier than any expected time. All and all I will be going back.

    I got 4 primewell tires and after installation there was a vibration during highway driving. A week later I went in to talk about it and was told the tires come with 12month/12k mile balance so they redid the balance and I have no problems now. Very satisfied.

    I go to the firestone on North Druid Hills in Atlanta because Mike proved to be honest and helpful over four years ago. It's no longer the most convenient place to bring my Honda, but you don't make a switch after that.

    I have been using services from Firestone since 1986 from several Firestone stores throughout 3 states for all my cars and trucks but this one is best of the best, David Strongin store manager is super nice,very knowledgeable, very professional; Brandon Barnhill service manager is very good too. I am very please.

    The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The waiting room is nice if you need to wait on your vehicle. The mechanics do a great job also.
