    Car went in for repairs and is STILL not fixed! Had to have it towed again to them. They do not return calls, give you status of your vehicle (even with you sitting there)! Oh they greet you fine and will get that money! But everything else in between regarding Customer Service does not happen! I am so frustrated and its costing me to get to work because I am NEW to the city. Do you think they care or even want to know? No they do not. This place needs management that will address customer service, integrity of staff, customer satisfaction and quality of service.

    Always fast as possible with such a high amount of customers. They have always respected my time, and only done premium quality work. If that’s not enough, they aren’t pushy with their service reminders. I do most of my own work, but sometimes, I’m too busy. They have never left me disapponted.

    I dropped my car off Friday evening. I was called a few times Saturday morning and did not answer. I called in Saturday morning at 10 AM and was told that my car had a bad battery and that they had already replaced it. When I dropped my car off, I had no idea what was wrong with it and did not authorize anyone to do any repairs without speaking to me. I was told they had to get it out of the shop and because they couldn’t reach me they made a decision. This is the second time work has been done without my authorization. I have spent about $4000 in the last three months at Firestone But I will not be spending anymore because of how you do business. I could have had the work done for half of that price somewhere else but was not given the choice.

    I've been using the chick to water location for about 3 or 4 years now I am very satisfied with the quality of work that I received, sometimes I am a little disturbed by the prices, nevertheless. They get the job done.

    Jhe-rell Daise at the Peachtree Industrial store is an ANGEL. I'll never take my car anywhere else, they're awesome. Highly recommended!

    This location is a ripe off. I take my car in because the engine light came on and I even provide the diagnostics that were ran on the car the day before as well. However they tell me they won't allow the paperwork I have but say they need to run their own and it's a hundred dollars. The test results were the same codes as the codes provided. On top of that they tell me they can't fix the problem in which I came in for. Good job Firestone you got 100 dollars for someone else's work and I'm still out of a car and you are 100 richer and all you had to do is low the faith of a customer that believed in your service. Never going back again

    I appreciate the professionally provided by the staff at this location (Alpharetta, GA), however, after having my vehicle serviced, there's a loud noise coming from under the hood. There are not any issues with driving, however, the loud noise (squealing) concerns me, due to the fact that it did not exist before Firestone serviced it. Tell me how can Firestone mitigate this issue?

    I had the worst experience you possibly could have ever had. I would have been better off just stuck on the side of the road. It was a wasted trip. They absolutely did not do their job correctly and put my life at risk. After trying to communicate with the store, customer service and other managers I am still without a car and no resolution in sight. I would not recommend my worst enemy to have their car worked on at the=is location. You have policy fixed right the first time, but yet you wont stand by your own policy.

    I recently went to Firestone to get 4 new tires on my car. I called about 5 other tire shops but firestone had the lowest prices. I went in and they made you feel like they wanted to be helping you. The salesperson that helped me remembered my name after 3 & 1/2 hours which I thought was very impressive especially due to their large amount of customers that day.

    I have been a regular customer for over 25 years and numerous vehicles. Firestone goes out of their way to make needs transparent and complete. One hint - I always allow them to take their time, often leaving my car overnight. My drill is to get my wheels aligned, and the tires rotated and balanced along with an oil change. I do this every 5-6,000 miles.

    I can't say enough good things about the Howell Mill Firestone store. I was able to get my battery taken care of before the warranty ran out! Good save when a new battery was not on anyone's Christmas list!!

    I got my car towed there and was in by 11:30 AM after having to push my own car out of a parking garage because it would not start. Since it's finals week & i'm in a PhD program, I was happy to have wifi (but it definitely needs work[slow & would disconnect itself]). Over the next six hours, they had conversations with me about my car, showed me the issues and readily explained them to someone who doesn't know much about cars. Mo was such a help and a hilarious guy. He made my $1100 bill not seem so bad especially when I originally thought it would be $500. He gave me lots of advice and laughs. The people in the lobby were awesome too! They helped me establish a line of credit to pay for my bill and even let me know about the 6 month finance rule so let's hope I pay it off in time. The Google Reviews were WRONG! The staff was great, my experience was great, and my Bestey (my car) is running great! THANK YOU!!!!!!!

    I went in needing to replace 2 tires on my vehicle and did just that. I was able to get a decent price on a couple of tires and they were order, delivered, and installed all before I left work for the day. Successful visit overall.

    Tires were not installed correctly the TPMS WAS NOT INSTALLED ON MY TIRES AND I WAS TOLD THAY 90% tread remained on my tires, however they charged me based on the fact that 62% was depleted.

    I got my two front brakes replaced last week. Fast and efficient - got me my price before I had to leave for work. The only negative is I would like a little more guidance on how urgent other suggested repairs are. I opted for only the brake repair and they are working great

    I went to Firestone for the second time, first one was on Buford hey and was great plus friendly staff. Second one was on Howell mill, service was great and fast but the sart was friendly and smiling enough.

    I was having issues with my engine turning over so brought my vehicle to Firestone. I explained to the technician that I had already had the alternator battery and starter tested that day and all the readings came back okay. The Firestone technician decided to run the same test then escorted me to my vehicle to only reiterate what I just told him. He then said that he had to run a diagnostic. I told him that was fine. He told me the cost was $100. I said that's fine. After about 45-50 mins the tech comes back and says there's an issue with the BCM in my vehicle and that I would have to go to the dealership because Firestone does not have the ability to make the fix. I said okay and requested my keys but was told I would still be required to pay. I think this is not right. If you're unable to make the fix; the customer should not be charged. I was forced to go to the dealership where they had to run they same diagnostic. The dealership even thought that was absurd. I would truly appreciate your attention to this matter.     The staff was great. They listened to my problem, heard my thoughts. I worked with the counter to get the best price and option that fit my car profile and usage. The machinic was very thoughtful and showed me what was going on with the car. I felt like I was apart of the team, and they wanted to help me out.

    We always take both of our cars to this Firestone and have had many good experiences. This time my wife went by herself and when the oil change was completed she was told that her battery was shot and that she needed to buy one right then and there. She declined several times and finally got the car out of there. When she brought the car home, I checked and noted that the battery electrolyte (water) levels were low. I'm disappointed that the Firestone rep was so eager to push an expensive new battery instead of just adding a few ounces of distilled water. Our old battery is fine now that I have topped it off.

    I hit a pothole on one of Atlanta's many poorly maintained roads and as a result needed 2 new tires. I ordered the tires online and had them shipped to this Firestone for installation. I made an appointment for 9am and was told it would take 30-45 minutes. It took 2 hours and me calling the regional manager to complete the job. Worse, they didn't install the tires in the positions I had asked, leaving me with the task of doing it myself at home. Furthermore, I was promised a callback from the regional manager and never got one. Awful customer service and nightmarishly slow workers. They certainly aren't understaffed - half of the employees just stand around. I would strongly recommend skipping this place if you need any kind of car maintenance.

    Firestone always provides great service at a quality price. My only suggestion for improvement is that because they usually have a lot of cars to handle (especially on weekends) they are slow to notify you once your car has been serviced.

    I came in without an appointment on Sunday and they took me in. They did tell me that it would be completed by closing and it was. They told me that I needednewtires, which was correct.

    I needed new tires and an alignment on Christmas Eve(!) to prepare for a long trip. And they were quick and courteous. And even when I needed an adjustment on my alignment after the trip, they were very helpful.

    I first took my car to Firestone back in 2004, after my first visit I made them my automotive care partner; not sure when I opened my account with them but I have had great service for over 10 years at the Howell Mill location! I am on first name business with several people there ... Mo typically services my car and does an excellent job! They are fast and courteous even when they are overwhelmed with biz... not a bad thing! Thanks for all of your excellent service!

    I used Firestone for brake service and other services recommended by their technician. I found it was quite cheap and reliable. The only thing is I didn't like was that they don't report the service to VIN check. Had they report to VIN check, I will have good resale value of my car.

    I was told I needed rear shocks and struts to stop the vibrating of steering wheel and seats. Had this done and it is just as bad a before. Didn't notice this till I was driving on the interstates. Now what should I do?
