My husband had an appointment here at noon for an oil change & fluid top off. This isn't our normal mechanic shop as our mechanic was out on injury leave. Brad was extremely rude to my husband and didn't listen to a word he said. They DID NOT top off our fluids. They DID NOT reset my vehicles oil life gauge. But to top it all off, apparently a line of dirt is a windshield crack. We wiped it right off & there are no cracks whatsoever on my windshield, ironically enough we have just had our windshield replaced. I am very concerned for my vehicle as these so called mechanics clearly do not know what customer service is, common sense or any training. I will not be returning. This place is a joke. Take your business elsewhere... Beware these idiots!

Sirs I went to the Firestone Complete Auto Care shop at 731 E. Union Hills Dr. Phoenix, AZ 85024, on Thursday 03/15/18, to get a fluid brakes bleed on my 2001 Nissan Pathfinder. The Mgr. said they can't just bleed the brakes, They would have to do a complete brakes system flush, $69.95. I said OK. Replacing all the fluid sounded good. I said as long as you have it up on the rack, a few years ago I signed up for a lifetime front end alignment, might as well do that while you have it up on the rack. He said it would take a few hrs. He was shorthanded, people were out sick, on vacation and one guy was a trainee. I said OK just do the brakes, I walked home, I live a few blocks away. When I came back, That afternoon, my car was parked out front. I went in, paid the bill, $75.51. There was a different guy behind the counter now. OK it's getting close to closing, Thursday night, maybe he left early? Anyway, got my keys and went to get in my car. When I put the key in, and started the engine, I hear this loud CLICK, CLICK. I don't drive with the radio on so I heard it loud and clear. When I placed my foot on the brake pedal, it nearly went to the floor. “What the heck just happened” I thought, how could they expect me to drive home with the brakes in this condition? I could get killed? I went directly back into the shop and explained to the gentleman, what I had just experienced. He went outside with me, I gave him the keys and he started it up. He heard the CLICKs and said the sensor in the gear shift console was bad and he would have to replace it. He couldn't get the replacement part at any of the stores he would have to go to Nissan for the part. He said he had my number and would give me a call. (I thought it was a little strange that he knew so much about that part, when he was sending me out the door without mentioning it.) WHAT about the brakes I said, He said the shop Service Tech said "Bla bla bla some bladder was weak and might have to be replaced bla bla bla? I didn't understand what bladder he was talking about. I'm 74 years old. I think he probably thought I would go home and he would never hear from me again or maybe because it was close to closing time he just wanted to be rid of me, I don't know. I came back the next day approximately noon because I still have not heard from anyone regarding my vehicle. Now the original Mgr. was behind the desk. I proceeded to explain what had happened the day before. He told me, if I wanted, he would give me my money back and I could go get a second opinion. I said OK. He then did something to put the money back in my account, $75.51. Before I walked out the door I asked, what about the broken sensor and the fact that the brakes go to the floor? He said the service tech never touched the sensor and in order to fix it he would have to tear apart the whole console to get to it and besides that the brakes were old, worn out and the "bladder" over time would go bad. Thinking to myself, isn’t that why I came here? I was thinking this was Firestone “Complete Auto Care”…………………… As far as my refund goes, It is now Saturday evening at 10:00 pm and I have yet to see a deposit back in my account. (nearly 36 hours later) This is the worst service experience I have EVER had from any establishment, "COMPLETE AUTO CARE" shop or any other organization for that matter. Associates doesn’t provide healthy guidance during the visit which results in spending more than expected time just for tire replacement. If they could have provided a proper guidance, could have saved money as well as time. Very disappointing experience.

Bryan the sales person or front counter guy greeted me (seemed more an advisor rather than sales), explained the importance of maintaining rather than replacing, didn't seem like he pressured me. Also made me feel welcome by providing water and coffee along with the remot to the tv, also explained the invoice in full and reminded me the importance of rotating the tires to get the most out of them every oil change.

Only $10 to get car checked for many things. Lubrication was all that was needed to stop noise in front end suspension, so no recommendation to buy parts and labor, which is nice.

Kia dealer in Peoria AZ sold me new Kia soul four years ago in very suspending condition. Dealer's service said everything is ok but Firestone Company found it fast and easy. Car was probably hit before sale. Rear alignment not repairable.

Was given a price for a service. I was asked if I wanted it put on my Firestone card and I said yes but I wasn't sure how much available credit I had. I was told that they would call and find out. I was called back and was told that everything had been approved and we were ready to go. I went to pick up my vehicle and when I went to pay there was a problem. When the salesperson tried to make the payment it was denied because there wasn't enough credit available, they said there was only $63 dollars left. He called and they said there was$0 available. When I was originally told that everything was approved I assumed that it was a preapproved situation. My wife then talked to call center and they could not find payment. In the mean time I called to see if they could raise limit to cover work. I was told that we had already been denied increase earlier. That could have only happened if the salesperson tried to do that . We did not approve that action. Hear are main issues of the day: 1.Was told work was preapproved when it wasn't. 2. Salesperson tried to get us a credit increase without our permission. 3. My mother was willing to pay over phone with credit card. I was told that wasn't an option. I understand the reason but due to the length of our relationship with firestone I felt that an exception could have been made. 4. Manager said that he would send an employee with me to go to my moms and verify the card. That is absolutely ludicrous! He was willing to pay his employee $30 in wages to verify a $275 charge. I was already an hour late for work so this wasn't an option. 5. We have been to that firestone for years and have spent thousands of dollars. From the corporate level all the way down to the store, there should have been some sort of easy solution. Picked up car the next day and there was never any sort of apology or offer of any free or discounted services. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR AT FIRESTONE! YOU ARE POTENTIALLY LOSING OUT ON THOUSANDS OF MORE DOLLARS BECAUSE A $275 TRANSACTION WASNT HANDLED PROPERLY

I recently took my wife's car in for brake noise and they did a full auto check and let me know the issues they foresee in the future but nothing was required to be done at that moment. Firestone has never had me pay for something that is not necessary. Love their honesty and integrity every time.

We've been taking our vehicles to the 7th Street and Union Hills Firestone for maintenance and service over 16 years. The Manager and staff have always been helpful, courteous, friendly and above all else trustworthy in their evaluation and service of our vehicles. The staff have always shown professionalism and concern interacting with customers any time we've been there. We feel very comfortable having our vehicles serviced at the Union Hills and 7th Street Firestone.

I have been using Firestone for many years and this location in particular for my vehicles which tend to be European with "over engineered" requirements. I am yet to be disappointed with the service received. The atmosphere of professionalism at this location always gives me confidence that my vehicle will be serviced properly. The "downside" getting simple oil changes is a lengthy process for my busy schedule ... recommend a "Quick Service" bay where simple stuff can be done on a drive in drive out basis.

I've been doing business with Firestone for years and recently had my truck worked on due to a check engine light. At first I was called and told that only the spark plugs needed to be changed and it would take a couple hours. A couple hours later I get another call that they made a mistake, and there was a lot work to be done. They changed the spark plugs, wiring harness, knock sensor and fixed a coolant leak = $1300. And they had my truck for a day and half..;( Having second thoughts on returning for more service in the future.

So I had my oil changed recently and it was pretty costly. I use synthetic and the pricing came close to $60 for an oil change. It took ALL DAY after dropping my car off at 8am and picked it up at 5:30pm. The biggest issue is when I decided to change my oil myself this time to save $40. My oil pan bolt was tightened so tight that it had to been put on with the wrong torque, also I notice some RTV which did not make sense until after 15 minutes with a hammer and wrench I got the bolt off with NO washer, obviously lost by Firestone maybe not the last time but it had to been sometime since I was only taking my car there to get the oil changed and why would I have not been told about it so I could get a replacement? After going and getting a new one since I had to strip it basically to get it off it was time for the filter. You guessed it, tight to the point of needing to drive a screws driver through it in order to get it off. What should have taken me 15 minutes took me an hour due to the lack of care that should have been given to my vehicle. I will NOT ever go back to Firestone, I do not trust my vehicle there anymore.
