Nancy Jennings made me feel important as a customer by patiently explaining all of the different tire options they offered. She gave me as much time as I needed to make my decision on my purchase. She made sure to tell me that the store was open seven days a week if I ever needed anything, and was very appreciative and thanked me very much for choosing her store. She marked very clearly on my invoice everything I needed to do to get my rebate.Overall, Nancy made it a fantastic experience!

Great service , trust the guys with my vehicle as I have not taken it any where else since finding the Garner location. I usually get a military discount but this last time it was not put on there. It would have been $5 so not big deal. I will return and I recommend for tires and basic maintenance.

CHRISPEN, WAS GREAT. 2 WKS AGO HE PUT ON A WATER PUMP AND THIS PAST TIME I COULD NOT AFFORD TO FIX THE ISSUE RIGHT AWAY. HOWEVER HE WAS GREAT AT EXPLAINING EVERYTHING TO US.

Broth my "new" vehicle in for a battery check and a check engine light. Turned out the two were related but service team noted I had a bad tire too. Called me about the tire. Got it changed rather then having a blow out. That is what I call great service. That is why I keep coming back.

How much needed help I'm a grandfather that has to take care of his grandsons don't make much money and I need help it's a management and staff was excellent a personalized added compassion for someone in need that is a dying art those much needed in our businesses today when you treat someone that you care it goes a long ways

Employee, Joshua Pitsenbarger is awesome. I was driving back to my office in Downtown Roanoke on August 30 around 3 p.m. I ran over something and my tire pressure light came on. Back driver tire pressure immediately went from 34 to 11 to 8 to 4. I got off on the Downtown exit thinking I would pull into Hotel Roanoke and call AAA. Then I remembered the Firestone store just over the bridge. Pressure was 0 when I pulled into their lot. I went into the store and I was told that they were completely covered with work today but I could take car to the Crossroads location. I explained that the car was not driveable. So this guy, Joshua Pitsenbarger says we will work you in but it will be a few hours. No problem because my office is a two block walk from there. I just bought four new tires in June from Firestone but did not purchase the warranty. Due to my low mileage, Josh back dated the warranty so I paid half of what I would have paid for a new tire. They are not cheap. Praise God for watching over me and Josh for taking care of me.

I have been taking my vehicles to this location for routine maintenance and tires for approximately 5 years. I always receive quality service with a high level of courtesy, patience and honesty. They remember my name and are always willing to take the time to explain services and charges. I appreciate that they give me a heads up on things that I need to replace in the coming 3-6 months (tires, plugs, pads, etc.) so that I can budget ahead of time for those expenses and not be surprised by them. At no time have I ever felt that they have tried to sell me services that I don't need. Because of this, I take the time to recommend them to friends, coworkers and family often.

From the start I felt like I was seen as a bother to the staff. It took more than 2 minutes for someone to come into the lobby to help me, and even then they just looked at me, no greeting. I was told that my Virginia state vehicle safety inspection would take 1 to 1.5 hours to complete. After going to get lunch then coming back to see all the workers slowly shuffling around and going to the soda machine or looking at their phones, I finally got a call 2.5 hours later (while I was in the lobby) telling me I could get my car in 45 minutes as they needed to reinstall all the wheels. I watched as they reinstalled the single wheel they took off and lowered my car off the lift within 5 minutes of the call. My car then sat there in the garage for another 25 minutes as people shuffled around it, leaned on it, and ignored it while just talking to each other and looking at their phones. My car was finally reversed out of the garage thus completing the 3+ hour ordeal. My invoice was handed over with no explanation and I was sent on my way. Maybe they would be able to complete services on time if they actually worked rather than shuffling around and visiting the soda machine. The lack of enthusiasm and customer service is appalling and I will never be visiting again. Horrible horrible experience.

Once the purchase was made for my new tires, they were scheduled for installation. This all took place in less than 48hours. The store manager exceeded my expectations and I look forward to doing business here again.

Nasty weather and flat tires do not go together. Picked up a piece of metal on the drive up from Knoxville, after passing a major wreck. Tire was losing air. This Firestone was across from a gas station we had stopped to get air. Decided to have it checked since the weather was so bad. Nice people, good service, busy but finished in a timely measure. Very impressed that we were not over charged for the service we received. Highly recommend. Thanks

This team solved a tricky, loud noise problem that two other garages were baffled by. Impressed how two Firestone techs crawled under my Jeep in the parking lot to troubleshoot the problem. No one else had done that! A new fuel filter solved it all.

They understood my tire issue that another firestone dealer in Weatherford OK refused to address: a flat tire with only 443 miles on the tire & no adjustment. Brian Loving & Ian Taylor listened to my complaint & satisfied my complaint 100%.

Was told the service would take 40 min. After 30, was told I need rotors also and mechanic noted coolant leaking. I authorized the rotors but I had had the truck in for new tires the day before and no issue reported. So I declined repairs on my coolant system. When I picked up my truck, 2 hours later, the fan was turned to "off" which I've been told can lead to coolant leaking. So was this an intentional act by the mechanic? I don't know, but am skeptical of having future work there.

I am an idiot about cars, so I was pleasantly surprised to receive excellent service from a gentleman named James. All I needed was to top off my oil, and he did for no charge. I will be coming back for any really important vehicular catastrophes!

Firestone is located right down the street from my job so they allow me to drop off my car in the morning, give me a call when it's ready and let me come get it on my lunch break. love love love the convenience, I take my car and my boyfriends car to them.

I have used this location repeatedly for years on my cars as well as my children's cars. Always first rate service. I am impressed that they never have added anything I don't need. I can walk up to the coffee shop while I wait or on occasion I have grabbed a nearby bus to get home.
