    My sales advisor went out of her way to get my business. They were extremely helpful and friendly and found coupon pricing that was less than I had found elsewhere.. They were very respectful on my time and went out of their way to work within my time constraints.

    I was welcomed by James. It was early in the morning and he was ALL smiles. He was finishing up a call when I came in and was very pleasant to who he was speaking with. James and Donnie took excellent care of me today. I am so thankful for the staff at firestone as I am ignorant when it comes to cars, I am always treated kind and with respect when I come in. Firestone hasn't let me down yet (with my son's or my car). THIS STORE HAS EARNED ALL MY FUTURE BUSINESS. The water bottles are an excellent touch. Thank you!

    Taylor and travis were amazing and I would so recommend any one to them. They explained everything and even helped with my son. Made me as a single mom feel good leaving and like they didn't just try to make a buck off me. I will so be going back to them for all my car problems. Thanks yall keep up the outstanding work.

    This Firestone is the worst store I have ever been too! The manager has the worst attitude. The guys at the front Taylor and Chris's are awesome they are the most helpful and informed people there, they have great customer service. They were the reason I kept coming back just to deal with them personally. I wish they were the managers. The manager just seems like he doesn't care. He does nothing to help remedy a situation. I've been in many times the time before my last time I came in for a flat on the tires I got from this store that I paid 700 for. They kept my truck for 2hrs then said sorry it's too close to the edge. When I was younger all through high school I worked in a tire shop. It was not too close to the edge. So next I got to the other Firestone in Irving. Bam! Had it fixed. Multiple things have happened with this store and I'm done. I will be closing my Firestone credit account and never come back!

    I like that the store manager let me know while I was on the phone that because his store was short handed that it would possible take a longer time than usual to put on a set of tires but assured me my car would be ready by 5:00. The call to let me know that I was in need of a break job too.

    Went in had ac and alignment issues and got the work done on what I asked for.. Nothing like their places that find a billion things wrong with your car and try to force those services down your throat!

    Firestone broke my axle nut when they were fixing my wheel bearing, and told me that I would have to pay half of the rental cost. Poor customer service. Never use them, you'll be disappointed.

    The staff was organized and provided excellent customer service. My vehicle's issues were accurately diagnosed and repaired. I was a bit dismayed about a $95.00 diagnostic fee that was charged when I had the repairs done. I usually find that diagnostic fees are waived or at least discounted should the repairs be ordered. I would highly recommend this Firestone Store.

    On Saturday, December 12, 2015 I took my car in for an oil change at Firestone Complete Auto Care, in Irving, TX. The service advisor was Christopher. I got the car back an hour later. Total cost for changing the oil and filters $185.17. After starting the car and exited unto Beltline road, I noticed the warning light was on, indicating that the side markers lights on the front bumper were not working. I drove back to Firestone Auto Care and inspected the front bumper. The side marker lights were popped halfway out and a large crack in the bumper with traces of yellow paint on the underside of the bumper. I went inside and spoke with Christopher about the crack in the bumper, he inspected it and said that all he can do is to refer me to the Assistant Manager, Erik G. Hinojosa. Mr. Hinojosa examined my car and said the damage to the car did not occur from the service tech parking it because the spot where it was parked did not have a yellow concrete section on the ground. Mr. Hinojosa insisted that his service tech parked my car where it could not be driven over any obstacle that could have damaged it. He then says he has nothing else to say and I should take the matter up with the service manager on Monday. My car is a 1995 Model CLK500 Mercedes Benz. It is equipped with a dashboard camera that is activated when the car is turned on and remained activated for a minute after being turned off. On Monday, December 14, 2015 I spoke with the Juan Lopez, the store manager at the Irving Firestone Auto Care. I showed the video from the dash cam indicating that the car was parked with a yellow concrete divider at the front bumper in the location that Mr. Hinojosa denied it was ever parked. Mr. Lopez was rude and told me that all the video I have could be manufactured and the damage could have occurred elsewhere and he could not do anything for me and if I have a problem with that I should talk to his regional manager. I am still very upset about the whole experience.

    I used this location at the beginning of summer. AC issues, air condenser was replaced and in less than 5 months I had the same problem. Took my car in on a Wednesday and as told that I was still under warrantee, but they did not have the part and had to book an appointment. With my tights schedule, I scheduled for an appointment for Saturday morning, I suggested 7am and was told the person to deal with it will not be available until 8am. I kept time, was at the location at a few minutes to 8am only to be told that the part was not to be at this location until 12noon. Meaning that it had not been ordered to begin with and nobody had the courtesy of calling me to tell me not to drop the car at 8.00 AM. I am never using firestone again for repairs, I may do oil change if I have to but I am very disappointed. I had to cancel a lot today. What happened to communication. It is now 2pm and I have not even been called to be updated on anything

    Purchased 4 new tires, the follow morning the tire warning light came on, took it back and explained that I was taking a long road trip, the sensor was reset. Got on the road and at about 3:00 am tire warning light came back on , pulled over asap and filled with air. Made it to my destination the following morning tire was completely flat. Took it too the local Firestone ,they had to remove the tire and reseal it to the wheel as this was not properly done at the original location where the tires were purchased. Really sad as there was also an infant in the car which they were aware of , just glad nothing more serious happened while we were on the highway

    Every 3 or so months I bring my car in for it's oil change, alignment check, and all that jazz. When I drop it off, they give me a time it'll be ready, and come that time; it's ready. Never have I had to wait longer than the wait time they initially gave me. If something comes up, like they see I need something else done, I get a phone call first explaining the issue and pricing (if parts are involved at all). I can't say enough good things about this place. Honestly. I'll never take my care anywhere else.

    The manager cursed at me because I asked to speak to him in regards to a tech who broke a part on my car as I was standing right there while getting a wheel alignment. Embarrassing me in front of everyone. The day of the first service they were short staffed and we waited for four hours the following day I waited another two hours.

    Went to get a basic oil change. Was up-sold to an expensive oil service ($60) or a basic oil service with $35 of profit for the site. Tech also attempted to sell unneeded brake service - falsely stated there was metal to metal contact - for $700. The work could be done for 1/2 that amount.

    Very very pushy employees trying to sell me tires and breaks adding up to $900, when all I wanted was a oil change. Then they told me it was going to be about 1-2 hours...I will never go back and just stick with my normal guys.
