Brought my wife’s car in for NYS inspection and oil change. What should have cost me around $70 ended up costing $500. First time they called me to tell me I need new brake pads and rotors on the rear to pass inspection. I tell them okay go ahead and do it. No problems, I understand wear and tear. Then they call me back and tell me my vehicle won’t pass inspection because the 3rd brake light won’t function and it’s going to cost $400 to fix the non-working 3rd brake light. I tell them not to do that, I will fix it myself. Go to pick up the car and some how, magically the 3rd brake light is working. Seems as though they were just trying to work me over for another $400. Then upon looking at my printed invoice of work completed, which was so conveniently given to me after actually paying with my credit card, they charged me $40 to diagnose that my 3rd brake light didn’t work. Which I never approved them to do, nor did it require a diagnostic test considering if you put your foot in the brake you can see if it works or not. Apparently that costs $40. Then on the brake service, they so nicely offered me a $70 off coupon but then charged me $56 for an unnecessary service on the brand new brakes they just installed. The BRAND NEW BRAKES they just installed required a service that apparently isn’t covered in the installation of BRAND NEW BRAKES. Never bringing any vehicle back here and will be sure to tell everyone else to avoid this location and this company.

This I'd my one stop shop. I have not had yo return for any previous work that was completed. All my visits are for something new or basic wear and tear. Great service.

I took my vehicle in to get some work done. Only to find out that they couldn’t get one part to work and didn’t try to resolve issue and I had to get my vehicle looked at by a car dealer. I am having to pay firestone for not completing the job and the dealership for correcting problem. I should have taken vehicle to dealership instead of having to pay two bills. If they could not fix entirely then they shouldn’t have charged me for the part. But they charged me a lot of money! I feel as though they took advantage of me because I’m a women. How do you charge someone for something that is not fixed and I was told I had to pay to release my vehicle to the other dealership. Will never recommend or do business with them again! Very displeased customer.

My problem was a slow leak in a tire. I had called my usual service place and the best they could do was for me to drop my car off the next morning. When I called Firestone they said to bring it in and they would squeeze me in. I waited about a half hour and saw the car taken into a bay. It appeared they "squeezed me in" immediately between the cars/appointments. This, to me was exceptional effort.

Mike at Firestone in Southtown was super helpful and took such great care of me and my Toyota Camry. He gave me solid advice over the phone when I called asking about my car battery in terms of quality and price. He gave me the make and model and told me they provided a free battery check! Once I brought my car in, he was friendly, and made me feel welcome and informed. He tested my battery, told me it needed to be replaced and even honored the online coupon I had. He then did an inspection on my car to make sure everything was working great. Mike was outstanding, kept me informed, and I would recommend anyone to go see him at Firestone!!!! I arrived very close to closing time and was greeted by Kwame and Mike, they assisted me with quotes on new tires, explained all my options. My car was ready in less than 45 minutes. Mike, Kwame and Luis stayed a little past closing to make sure my car was ready for me the same night. Thank you so much

I went in to have new tires put on my car based on the price quoted on their website. When I got there, they automatically included lifetime alignment, which I had in no way requested. I asked that the alignment not be done. I also requested that the inspection of the tire pressure sensors be removed as I already know one of them is broken. They then checked my sensors anyway and tried to sell me a new sensor. They also did a one-time alignment for $89. I ended up paying for services which I specifically asked them not to do. They are liars and scammers. Also, I am a small blonde female so I have no doubt that they try to take advantage of certain demographics. I am not happy.

I always go to them for maintenance. I just bought a new car two months ago and had to take it back to the dealership three times complaining about something wrong with my tire or around the tire. They gave me the run around stating it was nothing and it was fixed. I get an oil change at firestone and they tell me that on the passenger side tire the cv boot was leaking oil. I knew something was wrong and wouldn't have found that out if it wasn't for firestone. Great job guys. Keep up the good work

I have not seen this type of service in a while, seems that service such as this is almost extinct. Quality, speed and a job well done. If I didn't live 5 hours away, I would bring my other car here as well.

A month ago I purchased 4-new tires from a firestone store in Fort Drum, N.Y. A few days ago one of the tires had a faulty sidewall and blew a hole. I went to a local Firestone store to get a replacement, thinking that the road hazard I purchased and warranty on the tires they would replace it. Well, I found out they pro-rate the tire, (really after 30 days) even with purchasing road hazard. It was a faulty tire. Anyway I ended up paying more money for the tire. Two things, I will not purchase road hazard again or buy from a Firestone store.

I was about to leave for a road trip and realized my inspection was overdue. I had already been declined by several other places when the staff at Firestone agreed to fit me in. They were kind, quick, and topped my fluids off to boot. Next time I'll call them first.

I've had light shimming in my front end. Continually trying to figure it out on my own. Tried balancing beads. The people at my local firestone immediately told me they didn't think this was a good idea and thought this was my issue. I'm sort of thick skulled so I kept thinking no way right. Then I got totally frustrated and took my vehicle in to have the beads removed and get them remounted and balanced there. WOW what a difference !!!!!!! NO MORE SHIMMY !!!!! Even at the 70 to 75 mile per hour highway speeds, where I mostly noticed the problem. I guess my lesson was don't forget these guys have come in to contact with many problems over their years and to maybe listen to the pros when I get frustrated with solutions to my cars issues. Besides that they always treated me very well and got me out the door when they promised the first time. Thank you to all....Pete

I walked in to find out when I needed an oil change. - No one was there when I entered: 5 minute wait. no big deal. - We spoke, the phone rang he answered. 3 - 4 minute wait. - We started to speak again. The phone rang again. 3 - 4 minute wait - On the third ring I complained. He was very cordial and waited on me. He following company policy. I think you should wait on customers as they are received. Phone calls should not take precedent over people coming into the store.

I had bought my tires from Firestone, I stopped in because of tire pressure light going out. They got someone right away to help me I had my 2 grandchildren with me. They got me out quick and I am so grateful for them.

The men and women at Firestone Complete Auto Care are always very professional and welcoming. They value their customers and it shows. While you might have to wait a little longer because they are always busy, they do a great job of getting you in and out without leaving anything unchecked. No pressure to purchase any recommendations and they will tell you with honesty if something can wait or needs to fixing right now. Very nice people… genuine.

I brought my car in to be serviced last weekend at the Firestone in Henrietta, NY and have great service in an old school way. When I entered, I was greeted by name (which is so rare these days), and my car was serviced as promised and ready on time. At the point of check out, I'd forgotten my $10 coupon and the manager honored this even though it was at home. In fact, I exclusively service my car at this Firestone rather than taking it to the Hyundai dealership! Oh, and they even gave me a complimantary ride to my AM exercise class while the car was being serviced! Super happy!

I've used Jefferson Rd. in Henrietta, NY for many years and have been completely satisfied. The welcome, the friendliness, the service, the efficiency, the cost -- all are in their favor. Mike Fearby has been great, and I think he has another manager who is also excellent. I will continue to visit these good people with my 2003 Toyota Camry.
