Job Description for Retail Associates in Springfield

When you join Firestone Complete Auto Care’s Springfield retail team, you’ll become the first point of contact between new guests and our company. Building genuine relationships face-to-face and over the phone will be one of your top priorities, along with educating customers about relevant service specials and tire options. Every day is different but, in general, you can expect to answer customer questions like, “What tires do you recommend?” “Which motor oil should I pick?” and “Do you think I should get an alignment?” You will help guests make informed auto repair decisions, and become a master at handling customer concerns.
