My experience here was exceptional!! The tire technician and also the sales rep stayed late to make sure that my tires were installed and road worthy for a late night departure to Kansas City!! I was so impressed and will be a customer from now on.

I go here often to get my car checked and will continue to go here, everyone is friendly and when I came in telling them I needed an oil change because I was going on a long road trip they gave me a free inspection of my car and found that the axle was close to breaking and I could have totaled my car had I gone on the road trip without fixing it. I had gone to a more expensive place to fix my axle a month earlier and they apparently didn't fix it and my tire was shredded because of it. On top of that, at my most recent oil change I noticed they wrote 'have a great day' underneath where it tells me when I need to come back in! Nice people and not too expensive for good work!

I will always recommend this location. Service is always above and beyond!! Never suprised by anything. They always communicate well and amswer my questions honestly amd respectfully. I'll never take my car anywhere else.

I first went to the 814 S. Glenstone Firestone shop in 1986 to buy a battery. I was so impressed with their service I soon purchased a set of tires for my antique Cadillac. Thirty years and seven cars later, I am still doing 100% of my auto repairs and maintenance through that same store. I am now married, and my wife has migrated her auto repair needs to the capable staff of this location as well. When an auto problem arises, the staff does their dead level best to accurately diagnose the problem and put forth quality repair to amend the issue. I often recommend them to friends, as well as those new to the area, because of their continued commitment to quality products and service. And yes, I still have the Cadillac and they service it 100% to this day. I am a loyal customer because they have earned my business.

The guys here went the extra mile to keep us going on our trip from STL to Tablerock with our boat. After a blowout and running on spare, Firestone did not have needed tires in stock. We found another local non-Firestone store who had tires but was closing, so Ryan went and picked up the tires for me and had them in hand before I arrived and quickly got them installed and got us back on the road.

I had scheduled an appt with the store across town THINKING it was the one over by where I live, got my geography confused. Anyway, apologies, cannot remember the manager's name, but he was very understanding of my mistake and that I needed the service done BUT had to be at work by 1000 am. He efficiently got one of his other guys who comes in early to get my oil change done in no time. He apologized for my wait, but it seemed time passed really quick. Thanks again!

I was visiting my college kids and noticed on early Sunday morning that I had a nail in my tire as I was just getting ready to leave for St. Louis. I quickly ran into the store and they treated me like I had been a customer for years. In and out in an hour and back on my trip. Definitely will recommend to my two kids who live in Springfield MO.

I came in to the store on Sunday at 3:00 PM. With it being a holiday weekend I was pretty skeptical at to if what I was needing would be able to get accomplished in the amount of time left during the day. I was able to get 4 new tires installed, an oil change and an alignment check ALL IN UNDER 2 HOURS! The timing was impeccable and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

I took my car in for an oil change, I spoke with the manager let him know I believed my rear shocks were going out, because it would make a little thud when going over bumps in the road. I also wanted them to check the alignment because it had a slight pull to the right. I was told my car would be done by time I got off work at 3pm, I come in the door a little after 3pm and my car hadn't even been moved at this point. He instructs me that I can wait for another 30-45 min and they would get it done, I had to get my daughter so this was not possible. I ended up bringing the car back about an hour after to drop it off to get the oil change done and to check the shocks/alignment. I get a call a few hours after letting me know that my front bearings are out and that the noise in the back is infact not the shocks but rather its the control arm. He told me that the previous owners put an adjustable control arm on it and that it had came loose so it just needed tightened back up. Said it would only take about 30 min to do what needed to be done but the tech went home that does the bearings so they would have to do it in the morning. I could either bring it back first thing when they opened or leave it over night. I left it over night and borrowed my friends car. Let them know I had to go out of town that my friend would be picking up the car but only had someone until noon to help go get it... o no problem we will pull it in as soon as we open and have it done. Come 2:30pm they still haven't pulled my car in the shop, they say we are now. Then around 5:30 she calls back up there and they inform her that they put the wrong part on and didn't know it until they got the car put back together so they are fixing. The finally get it done and the mechanic decides to drive my car to her and drop it off. Tell her there was a sensor that they missed on first inspect so they replaced it for free. When I finally get back to my car I read the paper work, they damaged the ABS sensor when doing the bearings so they replaced it, and get into my car to drive the noise in the rear end is still there and its still pulling to the right. Why is this a big problem?? They had my car 2 days and a mechanic drove my car. So first it don't take that long to fix and its a LOT longer than quoted, and if your mechanic drove my car they know the alignment is still a problem and the sound in the rear. I call to speak to the tech the next morning and he decides to be condescending and more than rude, I told him there was no reason to act like they fixed the sensor for free given they broke it he said "you should be glad I didn't charge you for it!" asked me what would he like me to do about my car. Well probably fix it!!! They charged me 4times the amount of labor that they quoted me on the phone and still my car was broke. I called and talked to corporate after going back and forth with the store. I placed a complaint was supposed to have the area manager call me, I specifically stated I do not want to talk to the store manager or anyone from that location again so what happens? The area manager sent an email to the store manager to have him contact me instead of doing it himself. I finally find out I can go to a different store in the same town for them to fix it. So I ended up at the glenstone water tower store, they were more than accommodating and helping me get my car fixed. First thing one of their techs said is WOW you should have never paid this amount, and your control arm wouldn't make a noise like that. They have my car and call me back to let me know that infact my shocks are completely out and there is no way that they could have missed that. Then the reason it was pulling is that there was a broken belt in my tire and it needed changed, didn't need the alignment. I finally talked to the area manager after having to call the corporate again, he acted all mad and like something was going to be done, told me he would call me back the next day 3 days later still nothing, finally talked to a store manager. They decided they'd refund me the money for the control arm that never needed fixed in the first place. Had the first store just fixed what need to be done and not been lazy I wouldn't have been out so much money or out of a car for over 4 days of the time they had my car. I am a single mom with 2 kids so the fact that I am now out of pocket over $700 is insane and the fact they sent me back out on the road like that is crazy as well. Ive never felt so disrespected before! After the many years of using firestone I would NEVER expect this and I will never be returning!!

Outstanding customer service! I called on a Saturday morning and they arranged to have the tires I needed delivered from another location that same day and installed them that day too. I got a great price, great service and he even gave me information on another special they were running at the time that saved me even more money. Highly recommend!!!
