    Mr. Tom the mechanic did an awesome job of fully inspecting my vehicle and performing a full engine check up after another care provider left me with a full 4 quart oil spill under my hood. I appreciate Mr. Tom making me feel safe in my car again.

    I made a visit to this location and found that Jiffy Lube had left my oil cap off and my entire engine was grained of oil. Mr. Tom and the receptionist were sooooo helpful with calming me and giving me professional advice in my time of need. They were so encouraging and professional that I went back the next day to still get my full winter check up which was my first intention. Mr. Tom was so professional and gave great feedback and thorough recommendations on my car. I will for sure be going back to get my winter work done on my car. Thank You Firestone for having well rounded and professional employees!!!

    Just seems like a very unprofessional place based on the fact that my oil leak mechanically had no changes from when they said how fast oil leak, during when the oil leak dye test was administered, the leak was the same when the results were given and when they agreed to do the repair. So nothing has changed to the point where the shop had to refuse the repair they quoted and accepted and held my vehicle for the days. The decision was not a Firestone rule it was a decision made by a mechanic and lead tech which represents the FireStone franchise.

    On 5/17/18, I went to this location and they charged my for an oil leak dye test that I know does not cost $60 and yet I was charged that and most of the money was labor when all they did was removed the oil cap and and out oil and the dye in thereI. I was told to return in 3-4 days for the results, I returned on 5/20/18 and no one was there qualified to perform the service which is unacceptable. I then had to return on 5/21/18, there I was told they diagnosed an oil leak coming from 3 differ places valve gasket cover, oil pan gasket cover and timing cover (which has nothing to do with oil). I was told the repair is a one day process and can be done by 5/22/18 and the shop agreed to do so after I agreed to allow them to perform the repair. I was told on 5/24/18, that the shop now refused to perform the repair because it is not environmentally safe, even though I was told the repair can be done once they drain the oil out of the car, complete said repairs and refill the oil in the car. I was explained this and they stated that is what would be done but the head mechanic and lead tech decided after having my car since 5/21/18 to 5/24/18 that is would not make sense to fix my car. I am not understanding why agree to a repair, quote a price, hold my car for 3-4 days then decide I do not want to work on it because of the oil leak when draining the oil then working on the repairs eliminates the issue and is already part of the process of repairing these oil leaks. Very unacceptable and unorganized, seems more so lazy rather than an unsafe repair. They definitely lost my business and I doubt I will ever step foot in a Firestone facilityespecially this one unless I have to pick someone else car up. On and Tech Natalie is the best person they have there. She needs a raise, training to be ase tech and her own shop.

    We brought our car in for an oil change & CVI on Sept. 19th at 8:00AM. They said they would call us when car was ready. We waited from 8AM-5PM for them to call us, they NEVER did. We called them, only to find that absolutely NOTHING was done. In fact, our car was in the exact spot as it was when we dropped it off (10hrs. ago). Even when we picked up the vehicle, nothing was said, no apologies for the inconvenience, NOTHING! They simply handed us our keys. Word of mouth goes a long way!

    Made an online appt for 4-tires. Followed up with the store at 1800 on Monday, 14 Aug. The individual told me he would call me back upon checking to see if he could get the tires. No return call. 1850 called him back - he had not called to see if the tires could be delivered for an 1130 appt. on 15 Aug. He said he would call them in the morning. He did call them according to his statement. Got there at 1130 and the tires were not delivered. The individual had not called to find out what time the tires would be there. He just told me he wasn't sure what time they would be there. While I stood there, he called the individuals delivering the tires. He hung up the phone and stated that they were leaving in 5 minutes and that he was the 2-3 stop on their route. Here's the problem with that statement 1. He still had no idea what time the tires would arrive. 2. He didn't bother to ask them. 3. HE DIDN'T CALL ME AT HOME TO STATE THE TIRES WERE NOT THERE. The individual proceeds to tell me that he has even more bad news for me. He's short a technician and following tire delivery, it will be at least a 2-hour wait before he can get my car in. So, not only did he neglect to call me to let me know my tires weren't there, he neglected to call me to tell me he couldn't get me in at my scheduled time. Tire delivery occurred around 1300. I checked out of the location around 1645 that afternoon. That's almost SIX hours SITTING at the Firestone store. During that time, I contacted customer service who opened a ticket - response time is between 24-48 hours - 2 days. WE ARE NOW PAST THE TWO DAY MARK WITHOUT A RETURN CALL FROM YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE.

    We bring all 3 of our cars to this Firestone for general maintenance as well as specialty service needs. The manager, David is awesome. The staff are efficient, friendly and always offer a full explanation regarding any needs we might have. We wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else!!!!!

    Issue with tire price on line price compared to store price. One technican told me new tire go on rear. Another technician tells me it does not matter. Do not know who to believe.

    Management keeps changing at this location for a reason. Techs take too many breaks as they fall behind way to much, may be an overbooking problem at this location. I was there for over 4 hours with a supposedly scheduled appt for new tires and a vehicle alignment and vehicle problems still weren't completely gone afterwards. Took over 2 1/2 hours before my vehicle was even pulled in with an appt. Went to a different Firestone the next afternoon and was there less than 1 hour with problems fixed.

    Didn't call when things were ready, forgot to mount my tires on my rims. I drove by no fewer then 4 tire shops to get here. Mistake. Skip this shop.

    Unfortunately I am disappointed with this Baltimore Firestone. On Saturday, I was given a diagnose for why my service engine light was one, they told me it was fixed and about four hours after picking my car up it was back on. I was told to bring it back in the following Monday. They kept it over night. They told me that they found some bad wires which was the problem. They had to keep it over night. On Tuesday when I picked it up the light was off, but my high/low beam switch was broken. I now have to hold it to keep high beams on. It was not broken before they did the wire fixing. When I called back I was told that they only did fuel system work only. So now I don't know what to believe, got a huge bill to pay and now that my light switch is broken I have a new one created. So I am indeed an unhappy customer. Someone did something and I feel that Firestone should repair the damage at no cost to me.

    When I brought my car in, I said the wheels were squeaking when I drove it. They told me the car was ready. When I went to check out, they said the brake shoes did not need replacing. They did not address my squeaking problem.

    The female attendent took very good care of me and the Auto technician performed the task in a quick manner since it was close to closing for the saturday afternnon shift, and other then one out of four tires having a leak, that too was quickly checked and corrected. I have the trust that this service center and the employees performing service are at the top level of costomer appreciations, because i see some of the same people getting return maintenance to thier vehicle as me. keep up the good work and be blessed Shawn Chewning

    I went a week ago to get my oil changed. They returned my car saying they checked everything and it's in great condition. However there is a loud metal on metal screech and grunge when I drive and especially when I break, they didn't recommend anything and acted like they didn't hear it. Would've been nice if they looked at it just to let me know and I would've gladly let them fix it. Not bad service, they just do the basic bare minimum to classify the job as complete.

    I am a new customer I went to get a worn tire repaired I knew I needed tires so I was really searching for a business I could trust to put tires that I was going to have shipped. I found it the manager at that time explained the process. He also tried to give me the best price but because the brand and size of tire was not something they carry. No problem ordered tires had them sent and from there the service flawless. I received a notification tires where in. Called was able to come right in got tires changed for price discussed. I walked a happy customer.. Bottom line would I return absolutely and will refer all my friends. And they bonus they are right in my neighborhood.

    I had front end work done at your Liberty Road store. I spend all day in the store waiting on them to fix the issue. I was told that the turning problem was that the truck was in all wheel drive. In the snow just recently I put the truck in all wheel drive and I had a problem turning. That was when I needed it and I had used all wheel drive in that situation before but didn't get the same results. I right now would not recommend Firestone to my friend and when I finish paying off my account I will drop the account with Firestone. I am afraid to let them do any more work on my truck.

    I received 4 new tires about 2 months ago. Service was excellent but my tire light has been coming on ever since. I've made several trips back but the light still comes on.
