I just left Firestone on Carrollton. My front driver side door was able to open and close prior to the mechanic Brandon bending it inward. He apologized and ran out to open the door as I was leaving as well as hold the piece open so that I could get in. I immediately told him it was NOT bent inward like that and he apologized. I drove to Firestone alone and got in and out with ease. I now have to climb out of my passenger side to get out of car. I may be reached at this number (504)315-9537 concerning this matter. In addition, I had a coupon for $10 off for an alignment that was NOT returned to me.

I towed my car in to be diagnosed because it would not crank. After keeping the car for 5 days, they "diagnosed" that my car needed a new PCM and Crank Position Sensor. (for $1151). I called around and got different prices and advise and decided to wait on getting my car fixed at this time. I did a little research of my own and decided to see if my car would not crank due to the anti-theft. I came to pay for the diagnosis and get my keys, which i did. I then went to my car, unlocked my car with my key to try and "reprogram it" to the car. And Bam....Car cranked right up. I paid a mechanic and a Master Technician $116.00 to incorrectly diagnose my car. I plan to get my money back. And I will NOT be using this company's services again.

LACK OF EMPATHY, LACK OF TIME MANAGEMENT, LACK OF FINANCIAL CONCERN, ALL OR NOTHING ATTITUDE, FIXED THINGS AND YOU WILL HAVE TO RETURN BECAUSE THEY NOT FIXED PROPERLY THE FIRST TIME AFTER OVER $500 DOLLARS. THEY SEEM LIKE SHARKS , My brake job costs over 500 dollars, and they still making noise and the brake light is on.

Amazing customer service! I went into the Carrollton store for tires and brakes. Mr. Francois took the time to welcome me, go over all the details, and worked with me and my budget. I told him that I had to pick my son at a certain time and me made that a priority and had me back in the road with plenty of time to spare. When I came in the next week, he remembered me and the progress we made on the car without even looking at the computer! Best of all, he remembered that I had to get my son without me having mentioned it. He made me feel like what was important to me was important to him. I have a mechanism for life! I will be back to Firestone and recommend the Carrollton store to anyone who will listen!

Really bad experience this time. First time it was not good and i tried again.. however i am very disappointed . Really I DO NOT recommend that place at all. If you don't want to work on Sundays you better close like other places.. not be there with the terrible attitude to serve your customers.

1st time, received incorrect tires and ball joints to correct the rattle. Went back, got the right tires after a couple hours of waiting, but the rattle is still there. Bringing car to the dealership now...

Being a female bringing your car in for repairs is stressful (let's be honest, auto repair...it's a 'man's world'). Mr. Francois Chartian provided 'exceptional service' at the front desk...he was so calming! He explained in detail the required service I requested and suggested other services that were a must...purchased 2 new tires (mine were bald) and more! Thank God for another 'exceptional front desk representative' Steve Catoe for going the 'extra mile' to listen to my concerns when I returned and conducted a thorough review of the Tech's performance. I needed 4 new tires and after calling the car dealership , my husband suggested Firestone on Carrollton. He had used them one month prior. I called and the manager, Billy got me in immediately . Service was complete in no time, and Billy honored a $50 coupon I received in the mail the same day! Excellent service, and love my new tires!

Used this business because my tires are hard to find and I wanted the same tires that came with the car. Tire change took two days as tires had to be ordered - this was made clear up front. Reseting the tire pressure monitors was supposed to be done (I asked) before I paid but wasn't. Ended up driving back, waiting around, and after several failed attempts by the techs I had to search on youtube for a solution. When you have run flats you can't drive off without the sensors working. Fortunately for me I insisted that they check the tire pressure before the reset although I was assured that this had been done. Pressure was 40 on all tires instead of 30 on fronts and 33 on backs - so glad I had them recheck! If I hadn't been on top of it and willing to do some of the work on my own, I would have left dissatisfied and driving a vehicle that was potentially unsafe (overinflated tires with no working sensor on run flat tires).

I used them before a long drive and said I needed my a rear light replaced and windshield wipers. They sold me on getting the summer care package and a review to make sure the car would make the trip. After an hour tried to sell me on over a thousand dollars of replacements but at least admitted o would not need them to make it up north. Left 30 minutes later and then got pulled over because they didn't fix the rear light. Never going back.

I took my car there on Saturday and the gave me an estimate. I made an appointment for the following Thursday. Took off of work, took my car there and took a cab home. 2 hours later they tell me the part would not be in until the next day. Isn't this why I made an appointment? Needless to say I called a cab and arranged for the $2000 job to be done elsewhere.

My initial visit for the tire estimate resulted in complete and clear information, and the pricing was competitive. I chose Firestone particularly because the waiting area was pleasant and very clean. The service I had was done in a very reasonable time span. This particular location is nice in that Subway is a few steps away if you want to get some food.

I used firestone exactly one week when I received my vehicle back my tire pressure light was on and my vehicle feels as if alignment is off. Mind you I spent over $1200.00 this visit which included alignment

I know you're probably seeing a one-star review and prepared for a customer being hyperbolic, but my experience back in October was sincerely pretty crummy, and I'll happily break down my experience step by step. I wasn't going to write a review, but I've changed after receiving a few email requests from Firestone. I brought my car to Firestone due to issues maintaining a charge: it would begin by refusing to accelerate, and eventually the car would slowly shut down entirely and require a full battery recharge. Even after personally replacing the battery, acid would accrue. After bringing it to Firestone, it was concluded that I needed to purchase a $500 alternator, and it honestly felt like the most expensive fix was suggested without a thorough examination of my vehicle. Upon receiving my car after alternator replacement, it immediately made rumbling noises once accelerated past 20mph (which leads me to believe Firestone does not test drive vehicles to ensure quality). When I immediately brought it back, they discovered that the mechanic who attempted repairs on my vehicle didn't even reconnect one of the main hoses under the hood! It's not as if it was a minor error midway through, it was inexcusably the last thing you look at on top of everything before closing the hood visibly disconnected. Similarly, I was very disappointed the mechanic didn't even clean off the build up battery acid, as it was left caked around the connectors (which seems like something you'd do to ensure the electricity is working when the fix is oriented toward charge difficulties). The solution of replacing the entire alternator didn't even fix my car. It still had the exact same problems of the electricity shutting down and refusing to accelerate if overworked. My vehicle died from the same problems, and I was stranded across the river waiting for AAA to come and jump my car. Thankfully, Billy the manager was very helpful in ensuring I was satisfied when I approached my ongoing problems, as he gave me a full refund. If Billy wasn't tactful enough to give me a full refund, I would have honestly dedicated a large amount of my free time ensuring friends and family would never attend this location. Instead, now I just roll my eyes and laugh off passing inquiries about the credibility of Firestone. I took my vehicle to a small, independent shop, had the diagnosis of a faulty fuse block within the hour, had it replaced, and haven't experience a problem since.
