    Saturday afternoon before Easter Sunday and I got a screw in the tread of my tire so it would hold no pressure. Jason and his great technical crew got me fixed up and saved the day and Easter Weekend. I own 3 vehicles, and Firestone Parmer is the only place I go for care and service.

    I would like to say that I have been coming to this Firestone location for many many years and each and every time they have exceeded my expectations! They are friendly and never are they pushy to try and make me over spend on a repair. The technicians take the time to explain repairs and give you options on your repairs. I recommend this location to all friends, co-workers and family.

    I was stranded with a flat, and the Store Manager brought a jack and assisted me in removing the old tire and taking me to their shop for a quick replacement; I was back on my way more quickly than I could have imagined. I have all my Service done here at this location and recommend to anyone needing any type of Auto Service!

    Clerk at the counter was very Welcoming and Great Smile. The manager ( Jason ) is Exceptional and he is the main reason I keep returning to his Firestone, He is very Trustworthy and being a Women that means a lot to me

    John "Chico" Oritz definitely deserves to be a manager! He made me feel like my need to get home was important. He even saved me a little money on my visit to Firestone. I used the saved money to have a couple margaritas on him. I will definitely be telling all my friends and family to visit his store.

    I always have a great experience here, customer service is top notch, laRon is my serice adviser i would say.. They do a great job here. I would recommend the full vehicle inspection to find if your vehicle is A ok! Then proceed from there..

    I have taken my cars to many Firestones, the Parmer location once is by far my favorite. It may not be the newest or nicest shop but the people who work there blow all of the other Firestones out of the water. Jason Collins is the store manager and he always treats me right. Just because of this man I will always bring all of my vehicles to Firestone. And I will also recommend all of my friends and realities to come see Jason. Thank you Jason and thank you to the whole Firestone team.

    I highly recommend the Firestone at 2500 W. Parmer, Austin, TX--specifically Laron. I was recently stranded due to an automotive problem and Laron went above and beyond to assist me--very professional, a good communicator, highly skilled, knowledgeable, and courteous. I will call Laron the next time I have any automotive-related need and I encourage others to do the same! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!

    Friendly guys, and quick to help. I rate the store and the management a 5 out of 5. However I had one major issue that is corporate policy as opposed to anything they did. Requiring me to replace the whole tire because I had to small punctures within 15" of each other is ridiculous. I've had something similar patched in the past and it's just a tactic to make you buy tires in my opinion.

    I LOVE this location. The weekend hours are very important to me, and everyone there always has such a great attitude. My car is not the easiest to work on or obtain parts for even for routine maintenance, and this team does a great job every time.

    I've been a customer of Firestone for about 7 years. This was my first time visiting the location. I went in around 7:15 a.m. on a Friday morning to get an Inspection Sticker. After about an hour and a half, I walked outside to notice my car had been pulled over to the parking lot and thought well - at least I'm done. Wrong, when I was finally acknowledged the guy told me the car barely passed inspection because one of my tires was nearly flat. He stated I would need to purchase a new tires and it would cost around $150. I politely asked why this was not brought to my attention since I had purchased my tires from a different Firestone location 3 months earlier with a full warranty. The rep then checked the system - saw that I had in fact purchased the tires at a different location and stated that it would be approximately $20 to fix the tire. One hour later - a girl sitting near me outside asked what type of car I drove and when I mentioned it, she stated that she saw them drive one into the parking lot about 15 minutes earlier. I walk around the building and lo and behold... there is my car: parked and waiting. I was just ready to get out of there at that point so I walked back inside and waited for a few minutes before saying 'excuse me' out loud and one of the gentleman checked me out. I will not be returning to that location. I am have been to maybe 10 different Firestone locations over the past years and never experienced the lack of service as this location.

    I went to this Parmer/Mopac Firestone to replace a battery. I told him I wanted a specific battery that was listed on their website with a special internet price. About 30 min later he comes to me and tells me my truck is ready but they installed a DIFFERENT battery because they did not have the one I wanted in stock. He tells me that they recommend this battery. Well I don't care what you recommend . That is not the battery I wanted and he should have told me they didn't have that battery in stock and ASK me if I would like a different battery. He told me he was going to charge me for the battery and I told him I didn't want it and to put my old battery back and he got mad and got an attitude acting like it was my fault. What kind of customer service is this? Asking for a service and then getting something you didn't ask for and then they want you to pay for it??? I will definitely not go back to this Firestone location even though this one is nearest to me. There are plenty of other Firestone's in this area.

    I brought my car in for an oil change that took five hours to complete. While I was dropping it off and waiting for the attendant to enter in my information, there was a small argument between the attendant helping me and one of the other workers. He yelled at him to turn the music down, because he could hardly hear himself think. I didn't even hear any music. It's a little unprofessional to have that kind of conversation in front of a customer. They didn't even call when my car was done. I just went back to pick it up when I got off of work. Everything seemed fine. The next day my check engine light came on. I took it back in to the same location to have it checked out. I wanted to make sure nothing was out of place from the oil change or reset of the computer. A different attendant helped me on this visit. When I told him the situation, he frowned at me and informed me "there's no way" and oil change could cause the problems I was experiencing. After a little coaxing, he agreed to hook it up to the computer to see what the problem was. He told, without any doubt, that I should take it to the dealership. He claimed the codes were saying it was and O2 sensor issue. I thanked him and made plans to take it to the dealership on the next available day, which was three days later. When I brought it to the dealership, I told them the whole story. The first thing they did was pop the hood to find the oil cap was, in fact, loose. He said that was probably all it was, but they would keep it to check out any other possibilities. After being without a car the whole day, I was informed by the dealership that the oil cap was the only problem they could find. That's something I could have checked myself, but why should I have to do someone else's job for them. I paid for a proper oil change and received a sloppy one. In the the automotive repair business attention to detail is the most important trait you can have. I minor slip can mean life or death. That's an exaggeration in this case, but what else is being missed. A mistake is one thing. To completely dismiss me, because what I asked was an inconvenience, is an entirely different story. I will never go back.

    I used them a week ago for a Alignment and that was great. They told me I needed new filters which I thought was a little expensive. Over $100.00 for 2 filters.

    I am always satisfied with my service at firestorm complete. They are very friendly agents and dont try to sell me something I dont need. The service is fast and meets my needs. As a woman I dont feel uncomfortable while im waiting and that's important too.

    I went to get a diagnosis on my 02' Pontiac Grand Am. They told me that my catalytic converter was bad and that it was going to cost $1,800 to fix. I went to a local muffler shop and got it fixed for $325. Really, Firestone? $1,800? That's ridiculous. Only good part was that they diagnosed the problem correctly. Also, good service. You know, except for the $1,800 thing.

    Check engine light came on. They were busy so offered me a ride home so I wouldn't have to wait. Also, as I get all my work done at Firestone they look up my records and can tell me when and what I have had done in the past. (use app for that also)
