It would be tough to pin point one experience, because I've never had a bad experience while getting my vehicle serviced at Firestone. I enjoy having my car serviced by Firestone, because the Sales Rep and Service Tech's always go the extra mile to make your visit as pleasant as possible.

This was my first visit to Firestone. Carlos was a wonderful sales associate! His customer service skills exceeded my expectations. I felt comfortable knowing that my car was in good hands! I will be returning to Firestone for my future vehicle needs!

As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a Hello, I'll be with you as soon as I finish. (Another customer was paying their invoice). I was then asked to describe the issue, if it was okay to drive around the lot, and then the easy solution to correcting the issue. So very grateful to Jerry Plogman, his helpful, friendly attitude and honesty. I have already recommended to to 9 people I have spoken to since leaving the shop...very happy with my experience, will definitely come here again.

Had an appointment for a oil change. Arrived early, 10:45am for a 11am appt. It took 1.5 hrs for a oil change? Representative person, not friendly at all. When addressed about other services, he appeared annoyed that I refused other services. I WAS a loyal customer for 5 yrs. My business is going elsewhere.

Megan P. Is great. She really knows how to treat the customers. Mike and the rest of the mechanics are all nice and make sure every thing is explained. One of the best Firestone locations in Cincinnati area I've ever been to.

I recently filled out a survey because I had my car at Firestone 3 times and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Finally it looks like they fixed it. I was a little frustrated when I filled out a previous survey. But now it looks like it is fixed and I couldn't be happier. Even when I was frustrated, the customer service I received at the Northgate Firestone was wonderful. They were friendly and cheerful and I do think they were trying to figure out what the problem was. Thank you for taking the time to figure it out and fixing my car.

made an app. for time and particular tires get there and now the tires don't exist anymore and aren't being made. on top of that the clerk pretends that he doesn't know what the codes on the tires mean such as speed ratings o U,V,H, etc in additiion to LRR . its not plausable. this stores employees at the desk can't be trusted. i just hope the techs at least did their jobs.

I used Firestone for an oil change a week ago. I thought 2 hours for an oil change was a bit much, and they were unable to check all of my tires without it taking another sizeable chunk of time.

I went into today for routine oil change , tireally rotation, and brake inspection. I take my Toyota Camry there because of the great service and value close to home. I am very appreciative of the service guys who know me and my car as I've gone there for years with many different cars.

I am a regular customer at my neighborhood Firestone Complete Auto Care. I have been going there for years. I am always skeptical when I take my car to get service because of the general belief of females being taken advantage of because it is assumed we do not know about cars. The service I receive at this place is usually professional. Sometimes, the amount of time it takes to fix my car is too long. The prices are too high, in my opinion. I do not feel as if I am receiving quality service and work for the amount I have paid. This is the only place where I take my car to be serviced. The reason why I take my car to this place only is because I have a line of credit. It would be nice to see female workers at this place. I trust a female worker more than I would trust a male worker when it comes to servicing my car. The store was clean. I was able to watch television while I waited for my car to be fixed. The bathroom was clean. There was water available for me to drink. Sometimes, when I enter the store, I am not immediately greeted because no one is behind the desk or because there are other customers ahead of me. Every time I take my care to this place for one service, I am told about other issues which would increase the total cost of repair. It would be nice to receive coupons in the mail or via email to save me money on services. It would be nice if the company had more sales. Overall, this store is average in every way possible compared to competitors.
