Been to this location 3 times for a check engine light. third time they discovered a bad repair from before I bought the car. techs don't seem to know what they are doing as they should have found this the first time and informed me. They seem dishonest and overcharge for parts. They seem to charge double what the parts cost at an auto parts store. I've wasted so much time and money and I'm stuck with another repair they say is going to cost 700.00 i've already spent over 2000.00 this year on this car with them and they don't seem to want to fix their mess ups without more cost to me. Calling the BBB. so done.

Kind people who took the time to explain an issue with my tires and the sensor on my 2014 Jeep. Also glad to know that Firestone provides other services than tires, I had an oil change as well and it was done in a timely manner. I'll be back, thank again for your honesty and patience with my questions.

These guys are great. They have their Firestone corporate rules that they must follow, but anywhere they can they always seem to try to give me a break. I love this place for tires and advice. I wont go anywhere else.

I've been taking my Prius here for over two years, other family members have been using them for over ten years. We consistently get high quality automotive and customer service. These folks don't try to sell us things we don't need. I appreciate the peace of mind when I drive away knowing that my car has actually been run through a safety check. Wish there were more businesses that operated this way.

Took my car in for oil change and inspection they said it failed but I still had to pay for an I inspection but took it to another place and it pasted everyone I have talk to says that I shouldn't have paid for a failed inspection but they charged me $28 for nothing so needless to say I will never go back

I changed struts on my truck cause I broke a spring and need to have the front end aligned. They told me I , that my lower ball joints were bad. I had checked them when I replaced the struts. I asked them how much to replace them, they gave me an estimate of $1213.04 . I laughed and told them I would just take my truck. Took it to Asheville Ford and ask them to check the ball joints and align the front end . Ford charged me $89 for the alignment and told me the ball joints were very good.

After 31 years coming to the same Firestone location, I can say I have always been treated fairly and honestly. The managers and service advisors and mechanics have changed over these years (though not too often!), but the quality of service and care has stayed consistently high. This is a tribute to the leadership in your company, and I am grateful for you.

EXCELLENT service. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. The staff was friendly, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. They listened attentively as I described the problem I was having, and never talked down to me when I didn't know basic information. After servicing my car, they explained the problem I was having and even drew a picture to help me better understand. Because I know very little about cars, it's important to have a shop I can trust, and Firestone--Innsbruck Mall far exceeded all expectations.

I have just became a customer with Firestone, The 2 trips I have made there now where extremely professional, They keep me informed on everything, They did not try and sell or push items I didn't need. I work with companies that use a lot of lease cars and I will now try and push sales there way.

Went in to get an inspection (close to closing time) and they found out I had a brake light issue that needed a switch replacement, which needed to be ordered from another store. With only 45 minutes left until they closed, Josh managed to get the part to the store and install it with time to spare. He kept me updated constantly and explained every detail of what they were fixing with my truck, he was super nice and really made me feel like his number one priority. Thanks guys!

I have always been pleased with the service I have gotten from the Tunnel Rd store. I have used them for years now. I feel that they tell me the truth and don't "find" things wrong with my vehicles. If I ever learned that they jerked me around, I would be terribly disappointed, as I have been jerked around by others, including dealers for my vehicle.

I got 4 new tires for my car from Firestone. Everyone was so friendly and fast. I would reccomend these guys to anybody. I have had them to repairs on another car and they always fixed it right the first time! Can't say that about some other places I have been. Great service and great people!!

I have had very good service over the years.This last repair has left me a problem and I do not know what to do. While returning to our residence in Florida and applyiing Ithe brakes I heard a grinding noise coming from the rear . Firestone has been my SOLE provider of car care since 2000. That's 15 years that this Company has kept my car in a condition of top safety and efficiency. With the help of their $1200 Firestone credit, I have stayed ahead of the curve on repair. The Asheville store reflects those 15 years of exceptional service. Firestone will keep you current on your manufactures recommended maintenance and that translates into a longer running life on the car that's cost effective in the long run. It's just now that I think about it, Firestone has been my to the dealers services.

I had an appt the other day and was promptly waited on and the car repairs happened in under the estimated time (always love when that happens!). Also, when figuring the bill, I was given some discounts beyond what I expected because the person at the register looked up some things that could be applied to the work done. So I paid a little less than expected, plus got my car back quicker than expected. And when I had a question about something on the repair receipt and called Firestone the next day about it, the man (I think his name was Justin) did a great job of explaining everything to me. Very happy w/ my interactions w/ Firestone in regard to this recent visit.

We will not buy tires at this store again.. A simple rotation may make you wait several hours or send you home -mad.. they are poorly managed, and have an insufficient staff to handle the workload. Don't even try to set a appointment, You will still wait a long time. Overall, I would rate my last Service extremely poor.
