I spoke with a salesman over the phone, then went to store expecting to pay around $130 for a battery. Was told at the counter they were talking about another battery, and the one I wanted was $230.00.

John and the crew are the most experienced and knowledgable service people we have ever dealt with. We know we are getting great advice and superior service each time we come into this firestone. I needed a new battery and asap, it was late and I called to see if I could get in. John was very nice and said they would help me. The service was great, the employees were accommodating and friendly and my battery was replaced.

Jesse and his staff were excellent in helping me get a set of winter tires installed on my Nissan. TireRack.com had recommended tires one-size narrower than what was on the door beam of the car, and when I called them, the Rep. tried to tell me that Nissan was wrong. Jesse talked with his management, and managed to sort things out, and got me back on the road without any more drama. He was also great to eliminate the Disposal Fee that TireRack put on my invoice since I was making a winter set of tires, and not disposing of my originals. Another shout out to Anthony for helping my wife by loading/unloading the tires & rims, and putting the "summer" tires in bags to keep the interior of the car clean.

No appointment, no problem, car was taken in services and ready when promised. Service Manager, (sorry, forgot name), was personable, professional and knowledgeable. I’ve been going to this location for 15 years and really never had any issues. Excellent service, will come back.

Didn't review bill with me. Extra hidden and unneeded charges. Did not offer free alignment or balance. Instead charged me for it plus charged me for an unusable road hazard protection warranty. I

This place is a ripoff. The manager is incompetent and allows his sales team to gouge prices. They tried to charge me $51.00 for four lug nuts, which can be purchased at Auto Zone for $6.00. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else?

Bob and the team at Firestone are completely amazing. My car literally breaks down every other week. They are so patient with me and always, always diagnose & complete any repairs within a day...or less. Even the big, huge, scary jobs that make you cringe! Honestly, it's the service and I cannot say enough. Trust and respect are the reasons I keep returning each and every time. Bob has those qualities and more. Thank you for restoring my faith, and for taking care of the car that helps me keep my children safe. You are truly incredible and I am so grateful!!

Outstanding, and incredible. I have stayed away from large corporations till this experience and will now be regular client. Pricing is competitive, and fair but most of all the latest tech equipment supersedes every other mom and pop operation or mechanic I have spent money with. I left with confidence and data that backed up services and assessments.

Service and the friendly treatment is what I received the various times, I was there. The Tech is very on point with his repairs and the staff makes you feel at home. Everything gets explained to you and they tell you which issues are most important address now and which can wait they find ways to save you money. I am a completely satisfied customer. This location is my favorite repair station. Highly recommended

Made an appointment for a snow tire changeover. After an hour 10 min, I noticed that my car was not in any of the bays. I asked the purpose of making appointments if they were not used. They apologized and said they made a mistake and overlooked my car. Since I had waited so long and had an appointment elsewhere, I asked for my keys and said I would make another appointment. They apologized again and promised I would be the first one in if I brought my car in at 8am. Well, I made the 8am appointment and got my husband to take the car in for me. At 9:15am, when he noticed that the car had not moved, he asked when they planned on taking it in. They said it would be another 15-20 minutes! He also asked their reasoning in making appointments and got no response, just another apology. My time is just as valuable as the next guys but apparently isn't worth much to Firestone. If you insist on going there, don't bother making an appointment, they're useless.

I brought my car in last Monday because the engine kept cutting out. I listed three problems with my car; one of which was the Sentry Key indicator light was on. THAT was ignored. I was told I had an oil leak that was causing the engine to cut out. I mentioned the Sentry Key light. "Oh yeah, one of our techs saw that." nothing was done. I picked up my car after a very hefty bill. The first time I stopped my car, i tried to restart it and got stranded for a while in Middletown. I also came out of there with a very large oil leak that i did NOT have when I brought my car in. I brought my car back in for the same exact reason, the engine was cutting out. Sentry key light still on. Big oil leak got fixed but NOT the Sentry key light. I asked again about that. Now I am told they want to do a diagnostic test to see why that light is on and could it contribute to the problem of the engine cutting out. I said I was taking my car; hold off on the test because I was NOT going to pay more for the problem I brought my car in for, which wasn't fixed nor yet addressed. Again, I take my car and got stranded yet again. Now we are at Friday, with no car. I had to again rent a car, now for an entire weekend and then some because no one works on the weekends and I most certainly was NOT taking it back to Firestone; nor will I ever take my car back there. I was extremely stressed out because my mother was in hospice and I needed to get to her. (She passed away the following day). I called someone else and they diagnosed my engine problem over the phone. So as you might understand, I am NOT going to be back to Firestone ever again.

I used then a couple times in the last month or so and they were good when ir came to my car but it took a bit to set things up for an appointment because there was one person up front. Maybe have more then one guy up front more often!!!

went to these guys last minute, and they were packed! But the advisor Andre assured me everything was fine and that he'll have me up and out in no time. He did just that! And they found out a problem with my rear wheel that I hadn't noticed and took care of that as well! I was on the road in no time! Great advisor and great tech! These guys are the TRUTH! HANDS DOWN!

I needed brakes done. i got to the store at 430 and my repair was completed the same day even though i got there so late. John the manager greeted me with a smile and a hand shake. Nick the tech did a great job on the repair.

Always good service at a fair price. Recommended repairs are an honest assessment of the vehicle. I was frustrated when I arrived after hours Sunday night to pick up my vehicle to find it locked in a repair bay, despite having prepaid and arranged otherwise. Mistakes happen, this is a good shop, but I was frustrated that night.

I am happy to say the last several times I brought my vehicle in for service I was told a honest answer & not a fabricated repair upon repair to fix one repair ending up in several other unnecessary charges. You will receive two-fold back on being HONEST with your customers because we will Continue to Come Back. You may reep extra unnecessary funds once but you won't reep them a second time. You choose the important one!

I had scheduled an appointment for my snow tires to be applied (a week ahead of time). It is a free service when you purchase your tires at Firestone and it is much appreciated. However, I had a scheduled time, I had to orchestrate drop off and pick-up and my appointment was not honored. It was not ready for hours after I had been promised my car, even after I called and "confirmed that it would be ready". It was a great inconvenience to myself and those who were providing me with transportation back and forth and frankly I was annoyed. What good is an appointment if they don't honor it.

I have used Firestone did many years, mainly for oil changes and tire rotations. I've never been unsatisfied, though even with an appointment their wait times are far too long. However, the last time I went will be the last time I go, ever again. I dropped my Jeep off to have the tires changed. I provided my own tires. I droppedmy vehicle off and told them take their time. When I returned to pick it up I was mortified. There was tire lube all over the side wall of EVERY tire and all over my alloy wheels. The technician didn't even take the time to wipe the lube off the wheel let alone the tire itself, he did however take the time to leave his handprints all over my wheels. If these technicians or their manager took any pride in the work they put out they would not be losing me as a customer. But after paying $130 for my (provided) tires to be put on, for which I got an upcharge because they are 20" and an oil change I think I'm at least owed a car returned in the same condition if not better than the condition I dropped it off in. I am not asking for a detailing every time I go in, but not returning my car covered in tire lube would be a step in the right direction.
