The tech replaced 2 tires and inflated 4 tires at 36, 37, 39 and 44 psi whereas recommended is 33. Salesman Steve says they should have inflated at recommended. No one payed attention. The tires had to be replaced because there was inner wear on front tires. The same location has not been performing alignment correctly for past visits at every 5k-6k miles. 200 miles ago I brought for state inspection, there was no mention of tire wear.

Employ knowledgeable employees. inform the customer of the wait time and update the progress of the work. offer better incentives or discounts to achieve customer satisfaction. Explain invoice in full. Make employees accessible and available for customer assistance

I believe the reps name that waited on me was Jared. He kept me informed at all times of any changes in the status of my car. Assisted me In tire replacements, inspection, alignment and oil change. He was professional and courteous than all the reps I have dealt with at other companies over the last year. He Thanked me for my service and still asked is there anything else I can do for you. When I left I was very satisfied and felt that he really cared about me, my car and my finances.

Very comfortable arrangements, waiting area, TV, water, coffee. Ability to check status is good. Managers seem trained, informed in process and needs and communication of status. Seems to be changed, though. But just hope good mechanics stick around as use local Firestone a lot.

I had the best experience at this location on Eldridge. Others locations interactions have been bad or mediocre. I will only go to this one from now on. New manager is awesome and staff is right there with him as well.

Agent not responsive to customer questions. Does not appear knowledgeable about services provided/needed. Slow and not timely service. Agent seemed busy and bothersome to answer questions. Did not provide time-frames to complete the work. Long wait to speak with a agent to get the work order started. The prior order made before the work day was not ready when promised. Had to wait to make totally new order through and ready. Did not feel welcome nor appreciated in the store. Did not inform about the status of the service or repair throughout transaction.

Totally satisfied with the work I had done which included, brakes, and shocks. Work was done in less time than projected and I was kept informed throughout the process. I feel comfortable that I have found someone I can trust for my future automotive needs.

I went in to have my air conditioner fixed. I was charged $40 to be told Firestone could not fix the problem even though the mechanic knew the ac was not working. I was told to go to a dealership.

Went there before a road trip. It was a last minute appointment. The gentleman at the front desk was prompt and very courteous. My car was serviced in no time and I was able to continue my day. The experience was very pleasant.

I used them less than a month ago and we have the car in their shop at two different occasions to be told they could not find anything wrong with the car and told us to take it to the dealership. We did we needed a new alternator. We will never take another one of our cars or recommend any one to use that Firerstone shop. Lazy just lazy. GB

I went to them last week because my brakes were acting very funny and come to find out I needed new brakes. My car was not fixed right the first time I left it with Firestone, but since Lonnie Lavalais was such a great help I was not as mad as I would have been. He helped me get it fixed how it should have been the first time and was very patient with my attitude. I really did appreciate working with him. He was the best help; my mom also went back a few days ago and he helped her with no issues. We are both very greatful for Lonnie. Thank you so much.

I've used Firestone for years. In July, I had the radiator replace based on their recommendation. Ever since then, the car has been overheating. 3 times I was told it was air in the lines. On my last visit, I was told I needed a new head gasket. The quote was more than the car was worth. I question if my radiator had a leak, or if the head gasket may have been the original issue.

I probably paid a little more for my battery since they only had one that would fit my car. The convenience factor played a factor. I like being able to have maintenance work performed when I have my car in the shop. I have had my cars serviced by Firestone since 1993. The team at the Eldridge location are friendly and helpful.
