Had a great experience with not only Markanthony Moreno the service rep but the manager Gary as well. Short in time, I originally came in for a one time alignment but was also provided with lifetime alignments for a small extra cost that will pay for itself in about 3 visits. Plus they had me in and out so that I can make my doctors visit. Amazing service and great team that all greeted me making feel like family.

Horrible they drove my car 200+ miles, and it smelled like ultra BO, my car was extremely dirty on the outside and still smells like someone let a drifter defecate in my car. Oh and they were only swapping my wheels and they scratched my car in 3 places. If any of my worst enemies read this please come here they will treat you great!!

The service advisor was quick, thorough and very friendly. He kept me p to date on the status of my vehicle and provided great conversation while I was in the waiting area. Definitely a 5-star visit.

This location is by far the best! The HONESTY and overall excellent customer service were impeccable. Not only did I leave satisfied, I also left educated and knowing that I received the best prices and customer I've had in years. I'll never go to my dealership again. Thank you!

Employees are just so friendly and courteous and my 3 year old was being a friendly wild crazy baby all hyped they never once complained or asked me to keep her calm. They just said she's a cutie pie with so much enery and encouraging her to run around more lol love this firestone :)

My experience at this location was horrible! I originally came in for a leak in my AC. To make a long story short.... they claimed to have fixed my leak and sent me on my way. I payed $175 for the leak to get fixed. Approximately one week later I had to return because the air was blowing warm. That let me know, the leak never got fixed. I had to return a total of 4 times in 1 month to finally be told where the leak was coming from and that it would cost an additional $900 to fix. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I feel like they were trying to get over and did just that! I'm looking into filing a more formal complaint.

GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE HERE. FROM THE COUNTER TO THE VEHICLE TECHNICIANS. THEY EVEN STAYED LATE PAST CLOSING HOURS TO COMPLETE MY TRUCK. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FIRESTONE SERVICES AT THIS LOCATION. THANK YOU GUYS!

I've recently moved from New Orleans to Houston and I can tell you that I've never experience GREAT SERVICES! before like this. I went to PepBoys on Jones Road and as soon as I walked into the store the Technicians was looking at me like why is she here. they were sitting at the table playing chess and watching TV and I guess I must have interrupted their morning because the look they gave me was not one of a happy camper! Well anyway I preceded to walk over to the other guy that was standing behind the counter and he seemed to be very friendly. so when I told him about the problem I was having with my vehicle he than called the Technician over to check it out but before the Technician could check it out he told me that he have to pay for a diagnostic test well after the test the Technician informed me about all this work that needed to be done and stated that he will call around to find the parts that I needed to repair my car. Bottom line is that they couldn't fix my car so after I paid for the diagnostic test and prepared to leave I notice that the Technician didn't include his findings of what he thought was wrong with my car so I asked the Technician can you please give me a copy of the diagnostic test results that I paid for and then he looked at me and asked me why did I need it. That brought out red flags to me because I didn't understand why he would even ask me that question because I have had diagnostic test done before on my car at other repair shops and I know that when you PAY for a diagnostic test you suppose have the results listed on the form. I guess by me being a older woman going to PepBoys store early in the morning by myself and no one was waiting I guess the Technician felt as if he can tell me anything or handle me any kind of way. So I gave him the evil eye look and told him that since I PAID for the diagnostic test that I want my results just because you told me what was wrong I would like to see it on paper and it is my choice if I decide to compare prices with other car repair shops. So he stand next to the gentlemen who was working the front register and asked him to chart findings instead of charting it himself. So the Technician started dictating to him what to chart on the computer and once they was finished the Technician told me that he would call me in 3 or more days to bring my car back in for him to fix the problem. Although, I was not planning on going back to PepBoys but the Technician have yet to call me and ask me to bring my car back, he didn't even bother to call me to update me on whether or not he was able to find the parts he QUOTED I NEEDED, UNQUOTE! I guess PepBoys professionalism has flown out the door and gone with the birds. But anyway I was glad to have come across Firestone in my neighborhood and I was VERY PLEASED with the way they explained and showed me what was wrong with my car and everything that PepBoys claimed that was wrong with my car was not true and not only did Firestone was able to locate the part that I needed but was able to get it VERY CHEAP! So I didn't have to wait on a phone call from Firestone to let me know if they can do the job BECAUSE FIRESTONE DID THE JOB AND DID IT WELL! THANK YOU FIRESTONE!!!

I have used this location for over 15 years and normally have 4 vehicles in the family. Many other service locations are a bit closer to my home, but these guys have always completed all service correctly the first time and never push additional services unless absolutely needed. Always professional and willing to discuss in detail if something should be watched and what/when it will need to be fixed or replaced. Great team!

I split my stars down the middle because I thank the team fir helping to do repairs and different ones like Jose that gave me some breaks but two things, first they said I needed so much more work to be done and cost me like $900(?) but I took it elsewhere and had it done fir $150. Second, as I came to the second light heading home from picking up my car from firestone TWO HUBCAPS FELL OFF ROLLED PAST ME AS I STOPPED & WATCHED! My first impulse was to run out grab them as the cars ran over them but I can't I'm in a wheelchair partially paralyzed I haven't run in over 25 years.... But what really gets me is Jose said I NEED TO FIND and purchase the hubcaps THEN FIRESTONE WILL REIMBURSE ME! WHY SHOULD I DO THE Work looking for them and foot the bill ( which only postpones me without hubcaps for a month because I don't have any extra money laying around-I'm 150% below poverty according to statistics + raising a child on my own ) why don't they offer to find them??! Well, thanks for allowing me to post.. Firestone has been with me and my family( parents, sisters, etc!) for over 40+ years(?) for the most part they have been my first choice to run all our cars and trucks to...

This nightmare started in December when I was told they could not align my truck because of the tie rods and the play in the rack and pinion steering. $1,300 later I drove out. Brought it back the next day beacuse of power steering fluid all over my driveway. oops , a bad re-built rack and pinio . So anothe one installed. 3 days later still leaking, oops a bad hose on the power steering pump. That gets fixed, next day back beacuse more power steering on my driveway. Response: Oops we must have over filled the fluid. 45 days later I can drive down the road and had over 1" of steering wheel play left and right. So they replace the rack and pinion for a 3rd time with a REAL factory Toyota part, in the meantime the car is there for 4 days and when I call to check on it , the acting manager tells me one of his techs looked at the truck and said there is nothing wrong with the rack and pinion (that the real tech ordered the part and waiting for it to come in) this not so certified or knowledgeable tech tells me it's a Steering Memory problem. REALLY!! Steering Memory on a 12 year old Toyota Tacoma. Can't tell you how many of my mechanic friends enjoyed that. Well truck is home now and nothing has fallen off in the last 24 hours!! If it were not for Xavier, this would have been in civil court by now!!

It took over 4 hours to remove, mount, ballance and install 4 tires. Driving at 40 mph my truck is bouncing down the road instead of rolling. Telling me it will take 2 hours to ballance my tires will have me going somewhere else. That adds up to over six hours for four tires. That is a complete waste of my time.

I have nothing but kudos for the Champions Forest/Louetta staff, especially Judy & Cortlandt, they have excellent customer service skills! Every time I have come in, for service on my vehicle, the staff was positive, professional, and knowledgeable. Always a great experience!
