The manager Chris is extremely rude. Talks to women as if we’re incapable of understanding. They lied to me and have 3 different reasons why my tires were bad. All blaming me and wouldn’t warranty them after trying to scare me saying they were shredded on the inside. I had put less than 20K on the tires.

This store is not only very knowledgeable but friendly and get you in and out in a very timely manner. Chris, the manager, really takes pride in taking good care of his customers and going that extra mile. If they don't have your tire they will get you one by the next day. I went to pick up my jeep after getting the tires aligned, etc. and when I pulled out of the parking spot the tires made a terrible noise like they were rubbing the wheel well or something. I pulled it around to the service area and the car made such a bad noise that all the techs turned and looked at me. I depended on Firestone to SAFELY fix my car and they did fix the tires but failed to notice that once they aligned them that the front tires would rub the frame of the car when I turned the wheels. They didn't even notice that the tires did this so how can I trust them to know what is wrong/right with my car when they didn't even notice or tell me about this. The fix would be something I had to fix which is fine but the fact that they didn't acknowledge the problem and tell me before I drove it away is a problem for me because I trusted them to make sure the car was good to drive. I TRUSTED THEM AND I HAD TO LOOK OUT FOR MYSELF JUST BE AWARE OF THIS.

They were supposed to rotate my tires and told me they did but I was keeping an eye on them and they did not. To confirm my suspension my hubcaps had dust and dirt that was undisterbed. They could not have removed my wheels without leaving evidence!

Service advisor Brad was outstanding getting my auto in and out of the shop in 2 1/2 hrs on a Friday afternoon before a holiday. I got 4 new tires, alignment, oil change and state inspection for a very reasonable / honest price. The technician OITIES did exceptional work.

Went in for simple leaking tire repair. My car is a 2016 Dodge Journey with black mag wheels. ROBBED ME AT $29.63 fee for tire repair. DISCOUNT TIRE DOES THIS FOR FREE! Then failed to re inflate tire to proper psi!! White gluelike substance smeared all over my black mag wheel!!! DAMAGED MY BLACK MAG WHEEL!!!!!!!!

Not many people in store waiting for cars but not many workers. Ran out of oil. They had to go to O'Reillys to get more. I was there about 3 hrs.

They misdiagnosed the reason my check engine light had come on - an $834 mistake I paid for. The light came back on after I paid for the services and it took 4 guys 1 hour of my time to change a spark plug. I was not refunded for my original, unnecessary service of $834.

I've never had a problem when I come here, everyone is courteous and ready to answer my questions and most importantly are able to answer my questions without the run around. I'm always in and out within an hour most times, and with free coffee and a tv to watch can't beat that.

I went into Firestone in Denton Texas because I had no heat in my truck. They changed out the thermostat, put a new clutch in the fan and replaced the overflow tank lid. My truck now overheats at 60 to 70 MPH. I NEVER had an overheating problem before. Am I pleased? NO. I do not think that the clutch was necessary. I have already spent over $600 and now have a problem I have never had.

I bought 4 tires there today and it was a terrible experience. Two years ago I bought a set there and swore I would never go back. They added in all kinds of charges to my bill without disclosing what was included. They will include a lifetime rotation and balance charge of about 63 dollars and a 98 dollar road hazard charge without you requesting it. They will have a smiling young lady engage you in a distracting conversation while she tells you to swipe your credit card. She then folds the paperwork and puts it into a envelope without going over the items you are paying for. Today I took the day off and decided to give them a second try. We told them over the phone that we only wanted tires installed only. They had them in stock and when I arrived I told Tim Patrick I was here for tires only and don't add anything else to my bill. He talked down to me with a condescending voice. I should have left but, I needed tires. Big mistake! First thing they do is hit you up for a front end alignment. Even if you have a new truck they have a employee standing near to tell you how his brand new truck was out of alignment. I have actually heard this story three times here. They seem disturbed when you tell them no! When the tires were installed the routine repeated itself. It was dejavu same as what happened last time. I was distracted with conversation with a innocent appearing young lady the papers were folded and put into a envelop without any disclosure. I was stupid enough to think they would not try it again! Wrong! They had included a lifetime rotation and balance for $63.96 . Tim Patrick, the store manager was next on the scene. My complaint was that I did not want to buy the Lifetime rotation and balance as my selling dealer does this. They have structured there invoice so you don't know what you are paying. $48.00 is a fair going rate. He offered me $8.00 refund to cancel the lifetime rotation and balance. Ha ha So he said that the balance charge was $14.00 a tire. I told him I have no problem paying for a tire balance during installation but, he was obviously caught trying to pull a fast one. After yelling at me I front of other horrified customers and hitting his fist over and over in his hand in a threatening manner, he gave me a $30.00 refund. I suggest that before you go there read the goggle reviews, go over your invoice line by line before you leave the store or pay, don't be a victim and just put your invoice in the glove box . I learned my lesson and I hope this helps you. P.S. Check out the other reviews which are not from goggle. It looks very suspicious that they were written 7 months ago I guess the same person didn't write them

Stopped into this location on a business trip because my brake pedal was making a strange noise. Asked for them to diagnosis the noise and waited. After an hour and a half on what appeared to be a slow day, was called up to the counter and told that all four of my brakes needed replacement and that my rotors were so bad that the pistons will fall off causing the brake fluid to shoot out and I wouldn't have any brakes. Aside from the fact that I didn't even come in to have my brakes checked and they never actually looked at the pedal, I found the news to be concerning. As the monitor swung around to show me the price of over $1100 for a brake job that included two rotors and rear drum brakes, I quietly told the guy that I wanted to pay the diagnostic fee and leave. Suddenly he wasn't as pleasant. After returning to Oklahoma I took it to a local brakes place with the impression that the brakes needed replacement and a normal shop charges much less than $1100 for brake services. I was told that the rotors were fine and that the pads had been recently replaced. They ended up lubricating a bushing that was causing the pedal noise and sent me on my way. It is very upsetting to find out that the front counter commissioned associate essentially lied to my face about the brakes and for his commission he was willing to try and get me to spend over $1100 for a brake job in hopes that I didn't know better. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Craig is the only reason I will return to this location. He provides excellent customer service and has his customers best interest in mind. I have had a few poor experiences at this location, but he made up for all of them with his kind words and willingness to take his time to help me, answer all of my questions, and he even picked me up from work so I could get my car! Craig is the ideal customer service rep for Firestone.

After reading so many negative reviews my husband & I were very hesitant to use firestone. When my husband took the car in he spoke with a really nice gentleman and explained our concerns and draw backs. They took the car back to find out it was an issue with our A/C. Here comes the scary part, How much is this going to cost? It was only $363.00. I took my car to 2 other shops and was quoted $1,200 at one place and $800.00 at another place. I was also told it would take 2 days to repair. Firestone exceeded my husband and my expectations. Car was able to be repaired on the same day. My A/C is colder that it was when I bought my car. I will use them for sure in the future for my car service needs. Firestone not only pleased one hard to please customer but 2 of us. Thank you so much for taking great care of us. I will recommend Firestone to my friends & family. Keep up the great work :)

Went in for some minor repairs and a check up. They found a few things that needed replaced and told me the cost, if chose to have it down, which I did. When they were down they showed me my hold parts to see how bad they were. They were very professional and polite and kept me informed of the progress.

Here's a quick synopsis of my last visit: Me: All of the dials on my dashboard seem to turn off, drop to zero, and then turn back on within a couple of seconds while I'm driving. Maybe something electrical? I (obviously) don't know. Firestone: (does diagnostic) We can't really see what the problem is unless we actually see it happening. Maybe it's a fluke. Come back if it happens again. Me: It's happened a few times already, kind of concerned for my safety while driving, but OK... (the next day, the dashboard dials turn off and on a few times) Me: I'm back. It's happened again. I wonder if it has to do with this remote car starter that I had installed out of state. Just a suggestion, but again, I don't know. Firestone: (looks at it again) It's the instrument cluster. We have to order the part from Honda. It's $$$. Me: OK. (a few days later, paraphrased...) Firestone: Your car is ready..! Except it's actually going to be $$$$ instead of $$$ because Honda and our staff didn't communicate with each other about how it wasn't programmed so we're going to try to make you pay to program it. Me: (silence) Firestone: Yeah, that's not fair for you to pay extra due to our lack of communication - we'll cover the cost of programming it. (I pick up my car. 1-2 days later, the instrument cluster turns off again.) Me: This issue is still not resolved. Firestone: (looks at it again) It turns out it's the remote car starter that you had installed. We removed it and the problem should be fixed now. Yep, it no longer happened once they removed the remote car starter but PLEASE NOTE HOW I MENTIONED THE REMOTE CAR STARTER ON MY 2ND VISIT CONCERNING THIS PROBLEM. Does this mean that I never needed to spend $$$ on a new instrument cluster when the alleged problem was just to remove the car starter?? At this point, I was so fed up I didn't even think to ask. Fine for routine maintenance, staff is friendly, and I understand it was probably a weird/rare problem to encounter but I feel like the whole situation would have been resolved more efficiently (cost, time, etc.) if 1) they had really listened to me when I first suggested the cause of the problem; and 2) did not try to pass the cost of programming the instrument cluster to me AFTER they installed it.
