The sales team and the techs were awesome, and they took care of a problem with my Jeep that another Firestone location told me couldn't be fixed without taking it to the dealer. I am more than pleased with the results.

Paid $1600 to replace brakes, rotors,& calipers. Had to take it back 2 or 3 times due to loud screeching, grinding sound coming from brakes. When tech called to say car was ready, I was told it was a plate that protects the rotor was actually rubbing against it. . Was making same noise before I even got home. May have diagnosed the problem but didn't fix it. 2 stars is being generous....

Came in for a diagnostic test. Service was straightforward and timely. I brought the car back for service and was very happy with overall service and fees. I couldn’t shout out the staff that helped in online survey but shoutout to Anton, Wynton and Cody for their help!!

Always there to help and able to get work done that day. They do the multi point inspection and have found low fluid level that another service station did not bring to my attention. Always buy my tires from them.

Worst oil change experience I ever had from a shop. Oil leak no once but I had to bring the car back 3 times and still not done correct..How can you messed up an oil change

Absolutely terrible service, fraudulently tried to fail our vehicle for state inspection, for a needed tires. Took the vehicle to another shop, where the tires passed state inspection. Recommended on necessary services, and required unnecessary tires . Tried to take advantage of a female customer .

I couldn't figure out how to snap on my wiper blade, so I asked Patrick if he would ask the mechanic to put it on when they did the other work on my SUV. Patrick went the extra mile to check the work history, confirmed that the warranty was still valid, and ordered me a brand new wiper. I've patronized this location for over a year, and they are consistently courteous and honest. This Firestone goes the extra mile and I highly recommend them!

I received a response from this location (Wynnewood, PA) regarding a survey I completed following a recent service. I appreciated the prompt response and, after speaking with Rob, I understand that there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the delay. Please consider this review as a clarification: I had no issue with the service provided and have no reason to believe Bridgestone/Firestone was responsible for any leaks or other issues. I was disappointed by the delay only, but I understand that it may have been a misunderstanding or mistake and so it is fine.

My van battery died at home on Monday morning and I had it jumped started but could not turn off engine. I called my Wynnewood Firestone who I have used several times for inspections and tires to great satisfaction. They asked make of vehicle, said they had the battery, quoted cost & labor, and told me to come in. Service was done within an hour.

I needed a bulb changed on a busy Saturday morning. As always the team went above and beyond. I was prepared to leave my car for a couple of hours but heard back from Firestone in less than hour. These guys are always a pleasure to work with.

had appt and vehicle was taking in right away, it took a little long but overall ok. but nowadays while we wait ,we carry our technology gadgets with us, would be nice if a couple charging station would be set up. you have coffee service yet no coffee was available, would be better to put a coffee vending machine instead. i noticed my car had been completed yet had to wait like 20 minutes to be checked out, i did notice that the person that was in the front desk was extremely busy working on vehicles, that is why I did not make a fuss, but like the rest of the world i had already spent over 2 hrs in the shop.

I bought 4 new tires here for my truck.I was dissapointed to see that the tires were blackwall instead of outlined white letters as shown in their ad.About 2 weeks later I dropped my keys under the truck and while retrieving them to my surprise I noticed that the tires were mounted with the white lettering on the back side of the rims.On my recent visit for a oil change I explained my situation to the manager and he agreed I should of been asked my preference on the mounting of the tires and offered to remove the tires and flip them for me at no charge.And they did just that and the oil change in about an hour.Thank You for the great service.A satisfied customer.

I came in for a front end alignment Traci suggested I pay ten dollars to get some sort of check up just in case it was not the front end alignment. the mechanic found several issues that needed fixing immediately. she was very helpful and great customers service

I made an appointment for 10am to have a new set of tires put on my SUV. I had not heard from them, knowing the close at 5pm I decided to call at 4:30. They said it just was put on the lift and I should wait till as close to 5 as I could. So I went over at 5 min till 5 and it was still on the lift when I drove in. I waited until 5:45 till it was ready. Why bother making a reservation if they are not going to put you first. Then when I go to pay, I find that the cost was much higher than the estimate from that morning. They never disclose that labor is not included. My dealership always itemizes and outlines cost, labor and tax. My bill was close to $100 more! Also, the showroom was dingy and dirty....I know its a tire shop, but dirty floor, broken furniture and old displays in the corner. Lesson, you get what you pay for with service and I will be going back to the dealership next time.

I used their services for oil change two weeks ago and was disappointed as I had to wait for 4 hours, when they promised to get it done in an hour or so. Also, after 3 days I realized that oil started leaking after the oil change, as it left black spots on my garage floor. I went back and they told me oil filter cap was broken and it's going to cost me $55+ to replace it. Really guys!!! You did something wrong while changing oil and now I have to pay for the mess up you created. That's bizzard. I would never recommend to go at this location.

Ted Harper and the entire team at the Wynnewood location are terrific. They're honest, dependable and very flexible. Over many years we've had 6-10 cars serviced there. I'm always told what service is required and what's optional....given the no-pressure choice about how to proceed.

The first time I took my car in for an oil change and a tire repair for a slow leak. A month afterwards my car was leaking oil on my newly paved driveway. I checked the oil level and it was very high. I did some research to find out that too much oil can cause problems, such as leaks. The extra has to go somewhere, right? So, I called Firestone and nicely told them of my discovery. The manager told me to bring the car in for them to look at it. After an hour or so, he called me back and told me that there was a significant amount of extra oil and that they corrected it to the proper amount. He then tried to charge me to fix the oil leak that his team caused by overfilling my car. I thought they should have fixed it, since they caused the problem and they admitted to doing so. That was not the case. I left feeling like they were not taking accountability for their mistake. A few weeks later, I noticed that the tire that was "repaired" on my first visit, was down to less than 10 psi. I made an appointment online to bring the car in on a Sunday at 12 pm. I got there on time and checked in. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. I sat in the waited area until past 1:30pm without any word. I went to the front desk because I had to leave. He checked on the status and it turned out that my car still hadn't been looked at! I said I needed to leave and required my keys. I instructed the gentleman that they shouldn't offer to take reservations online if they can't keep them. He replied defensively, telling me that it was Sunday and that the shop was short staffed on Sundays. I was not the least bit interested in those excuses. Don't take reservations if you can't uphold them. Long story short, the service mechanics caused my seals to leak by putting too much oil in my car and then tried to charge me for their mistake, which I refused to pay, so my car continues to leak oil. The tire they "repaired" is still slowly leaking and has not been looked at a second time. I will never go back to that Firestone unless the manager personally calls me, apologizes, fixes my oil leak on his shops dollar and gives me a genuine apology for the lack of professionalism and accountability on his and his staffs behalf. I have years of customer service experience and because of that, I found myself to be very calm and respectful and patient when dealing with these people. Apparently I wasn't rude or aggressive enough for them to take me seriously. 3 bad experiences, back to back to back!

I've been bringing my cars to the Firestone in Wynnewood, PA for 15 years or so. I've always received knowledgeable, professional, and courteous help there. On the rare occasions when things weren't fixed right the first time, I've been given complimentary service when I had to take it back. Ted Harper, the manager there, has always been fair and friendly. He's a great guy!

i got my last oil change here. prior to the service, I ask the service manager could his tech visually inspect my front suspension and steering components while the car is in the air, he said ABSOLUTELY! So after about 3HRS!, my vehicle was in the air,. I then reminded the service MNGR, to inspect my request, again he said ABSOLUTELY! and my tech will also take it for a test drive. When the oil was changed, the tech parked my car and turned over my keys.Mr P-------, your vehicle is ready. the request I asked for was not honored because I watched the tech from start to end.
