The curved radiator had broken, and I took my car to Firestone in Fort Bragg on Butner Road. They fixed the car the same day and their service was excellent.

Artie was able to quickly help with a complicated problem we had when we went to get our newly purchased used pickup. He listened carefully to understand and then made phone calls to figure out the solution. He went above and beyond for us and we will be back!

I always get good service when I go to Firestone. Firestone ordered me a set of Toyo Extensa HP II tires. They were so noisy and rough riding I called Firestone. They said they would replace them due to the 45 day Warranty replacement policy. I went to Consumer Reports.com to see the tire ratings and found BFgoodrich G-Force Comp-2 A/S tires 245/50R16. Their overall score rating was 74. I had Firestone order me a set to replace the Toyo tires. I found the Toyo Extensa HP II tires only had an overall score rating of 54. I will always go to ConsumerReports.com before I make any purchases in the future. I'm glad they exchanged the tires. I'm very pleased with the ride of the BFgoodrich tires.

I brought in my Jeep and a Firestone Free Battery Check coupon for this service. Battery was checked and they told me I need new battery and new alternator. I asked 3 times for Free Battery Check coupon to be applied to my bill at different stages of the repair process, starting when I first walked in the door. They would not apply the coupon to the bill (even though the charge was there) when I asked about it, they kept saying "we will take it off later". I heard this "we will take it off later" from both Firestone employees working the inside of the store. When it came time to pay the bill, I noticed again the coupon was not applied and I demanded the $25 battery charge be honored with the coupon, this is the service special in the Firestone app on my phone and also on a piece of paper in front of them (I printed the firestone coupon just for them! It was inside my repair sleave the entire time....no excuse for missing this) WHY do I have to demand a Firestone coupon be honored? In my opinion, Firestone does this on purpose (at this store anyway). In general, they rush you through your bill at the end and expect you to catch things like this. Works great to make extra $ from people who might not look their charges over line per line. Look, within all your stores you have a picture of your company founder Harvey Firestone, hanging over the door leading to go out to the shop, which says "I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business". To me it appears Mr Firestone's motto does not apply to this store. I stopped getting all my vehicles serviced at this location for this very reason (lack of trust in one form or another), and I would drive out of my way to the Apex Firestone because I can trust them. I came back for this Holly Springs location to see if anything has changed, and nothing has changed. I've been pretty patient about this over the years, but it appears to me that I need to find an honest auto repair shop. I'm considering leaving Firestone altogether, to have my work done by small local repair shops.

Pulled up right before closing time with a tire that was almost flt, these guys took care of me, and repaired it in record time without hesitation! Great service (and i know they were ready to go home)!!!

I called on a Sunday morning and was able to get an immediate appointment. I was in and out in no time. Great customer service, and friendly environment. It also helps that they have comfy leather chairs and a waiting area that isn't cramped!

I had all four of my tires replaced at Firestone store. One go a small nail and they recommended a replacement since I had used Fix a Flat and could not seal. GREAT VALUE and worth buying road hazard!!

Rance Hume is amazing. He is approachable and extremely competent. He took his time to explain the issues with our vehicle (multiple oil leaks) and what was needed to fix it. It was a major job and cost a lot of money. He provided us updates and delivered the car as promised. We are very pleased with Rance. We have referred him to several of our friends and they are very happy with him as well. Thanks you Rance!

I like this service center very much, the guys are great and you generally feel like they have your best interest in mind. I do occasionally get the call with "hey David, you have 7 things that you might want to think about and that will be $1,978.34" ....but all you have to do is say "ok, tell me what really needs to be repaired?" and they'll say, "just the flat tire or whatever and that will be $49." Some locations are not that honest but these guys are. I guess they are just doing their job by not leaving money on the table but it bugs me to get that call. Other than that, they do an awesome job!!

Decided to try and replace the battery in my Acadia Denali. How hard could that be, right? So I go to O'Reilly Auto Parts, purchased a $199 battery and took it home. When I couldn't find my battery I knew I was in trouble. Took it back to O'Reilly where they showed me where it was in the car but said they didn't have the tools to open up the compartment. So I bit the bullet and drove over to Firestone thinking they would surely cost me more money. Since the car was due for an oil change and tire rotation I had them do that too. An hour later, my car was finished and I got my bill - to my surprise it was $179 for everything!! Taught me a lesson! Antwan, thank you especially for taking such good care of me and working me in on a very busy day!

I have sent this letter to Rance, Manager of the Firestone in Holly Springs, NC. It concerns service issues not being addressed correctly. When I purchased tires for both my vehicles, I was told by Rance that at every oil change, I could expect tire rotation and alignment - I wouldn't need to think about it. His service staff thinks otherwise. On both my wife's car and now my car, that has not happened. The letter below details the deficiency - my service records, when scheduling service, is not being reviewed for what needs to be done. Am I expected to point this out (tire rotations, alignments, etc) to staff on every oil visit? When I do expressly request it, it still gets missed. Trust is paramount in auto service. You have lost ours. Service staff went so far as to specially mark a sticker in my Cherokee window when I'm "entitled" to my next tire rotation - every 6000 miles or every other oil change (at 80K miles). I'm really disappointed and frustrated in my experience with Firestone. I've spend probably close to $4000 there in the last year. People ask me where I get my car service done, and you can imagine my response. +++++++++++++++++++++++++ Rance, Please see attached, highlighted. I came in for service a few days ago and your notes from our February conversation about poor service and making it right were not honored as you indicated they would be. You were not at the service center at the time. I was there (stayed) at the service center the entire time service was done. James wrote up my service request, Michael totaled me up at the end. What can you do to make this right? To be honest, I do not think the service advisors are taking the time to look in the customer’s service record or notes, to listen and notate in the ticket what the customer is asking to have done, and I feel like I’m being rushed in and out. That’s the sense I get. After my latest service, I did check to make sure my oil was indeed changed, the right amount of oil was put in, and my inspection was done correctly. I feel like I have to do that now anytime something is done there. I know these issues are important to you, so I am writing to point them out. I brought my F150 in to check on a roaring noise in the back of the truck. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and to my surprise they suggested I take it to the dealer. They said that it was something they were not set up for. I'm very grateful that they didn't try to go beyond their expertise just for the sake of keeping the business for themselves. This is the kind of shop that will continue to get my business. In all other instances they have excelled in their workmanship. It is a pleasure doing business with them.

This Inspector has no respect for customer vehicles nor for company he works for. I had grease throughout that I had to clean myself. As a Fleet manager, Joseph Campion wouldn't work for my company. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. I'd fire him in a heartbeat.

Having routine maintenance done on your vehicle is one of those things that we just don't think about too often I needed to have an oil change, and a safety inspection completed on my vehicle. I had been putting this off long enough, so I gave them a call and I was able to bring my vehicle in the same day! Talk about convenience. When I arrived I was pleasanlty suprised to see very nice, clean waiting area with free Wi-Fi, TV and free coffee. I was able to be out the door within an hour and on my way.

I have used Firestone Complete Auto Care Service many times over the years. They have always done a good job for me with one exception. They tested the battery in my almost new vehicle and told me it was ready to fail. They told me to go to my dealer and ask for a new battery under warranty. My dealer checked the battery and told me it was fine. It's still fine two years later. I won't hold this against Firestone though. It was probably an honest mistake. All other service work they have done for me has been very good and I intend to keep going back to them for my auto service needs in the future. I fully recommend them.

I don't do reviews. But, this was too much to not respond to. I had a trailer tire. Someone stepped on the valve stem and broke it. All I need was a new valve stem installed. These guys would not do it as my tire was not new enough for them - is working perfectly on my BOAT TRAILER - they say I need a new tire and would not work on this tire. So, I bought the valve stem, took it home, and installed it myself! What ever happened to customer service?

Have had the services of Firestone - Holly Springs several times since living here and have been always treated with respect, explanation of the problems that needed to be attended. Knowing I have to wait for the car rather than come back and pick it up they have been diligent in getting me in and out as quickly as possible. Most importantly after the problem has been repaired, I have not had to return for a repeat of the same problem.

I have been going to Firestone in Holly Springs since they opened and they always treat me right. Anyone who answers the phone knows who I am when I call, customer service is always top notch! The service technicians there keep my high mileage vehicle running smoothly and the service managers all give me sound car advice that I can trust. I've logged over 150K miles on one vehicle with Firestone and many thousands of miles on our other vehicles, too. Sometimes I need to take my vehicle to the dealer for things like recalls and such, but I always return to Firestone. They keep my car running and keep me safe. I highly recommend Firestone in Holly Springs to my friends and family.

Have gotten good deals on tires. Some of the staff very helpful. But brake service on one of my cars was not done well. Went back a couple of times and they still do not get it right. I don't think I have a safety issue, but brakes continue to not sound right. I have given up on Firestone to fix... my guess is they are installing sub-standard aftermarket, or slightly wrong part. Other issue, took another of my cars in for State inspection, they wanted to "fix" unnecessary items to pass the test. I went to another establishment and passed the test because the items were not necessary. But of course, no refund from them for initial inspection!

Been going to Firestone Holly Springs for the past 2 years. They have changed my oil, replaced tires and brakes, and do my inspections. They are a reliable shop, stick to the schedule, and do a complete job. John and Antwan at the service desk are professional, friendly, and provide good updates to repair status. I appreciate their respect for my time. I know it is not an easy job. Recently I had a nail in my tire, and they went across town to get a replacement the same day. Thanks guys!!! I recommend you to all.
