What does it take to get an entry-level mechanic job in North Las Vegas with Firestone Complete Auto Care? First off, entry-level auto technicians are required to have a valid driver’s license, the ability to drive customer and company vehicles, and a natural inclination for problem-solving. You should also be A.S.E. certified in at least one of A1-A8 or become certified within two years of employment. (Similar qualifications are accepted for application purposes.) Prior auto repair experience and completion of a Vocational-Technical program are a plus, but they are not required!
