    Its very unfortunate that not only this Firestone Care Center does not ensure complete customer service satisfaction but their wait time for return customers with warranty issue are even longer wait times. I am very dissatisfied with Firestone Car Care center as a whole and feel that they process car on a conveyor belt not really ensuring they provide quality and guaranteed repairs that customer expect from this corporation and the money that they charge for major repairs. My 81 year mother has repeatedly had to bring her car back to re-repair and evaluate the full brake job that she had done on her car. With no satisfaction even with the Manager's helps, she waits hours and still do not have a car that ride smoothly without hearing rubbing or squealing of her brakes month after the job had been completed, reinstalled, reevaluated, and given back to her. I would personally would never take my vehicle or recommend any Senior citizen or military affiliated person to go to Firestone as they are the worse Car Care Center I have ever dealt with. I am very dissatisfied with Firestone and I thing they need much improvement in the area of doing quality repairs, providing good customer service, and give quick attention to returning customers who have issues with their repairs of their cars.

    Thanks to Nick Chavez and team with their assistance pertaining to an Interstate battery issue. Nick and team took care of the problem - even though I had not purchased the battery there. Previously i had been there for tires and the whole crew was very helpful. I would recommend them any day. Thanks

    During scheduled tire change I had an alignment performed. Now my steering wheel is not centered and my vehicle drifts to the right. This was the first time I had my vehicle alignment performed since factory manufacturing. I rescheduled a visit within 24 hrs to have the issue fixed. Technician briefed me that it was due to my gearbox why they couldn't get the steering wheel centered. Before the alignment Firestone performed the vehicle didn't drift to the left or right. I'm agitated by this due to being very busy with work and expecting mx to be performed correctly and having to continuously demand premium service. Other than that the tires are great!

    Big kudos to josh, Jesse and all the guys at the shop. Very courteous and explained everything in detail. The office was clean and they have a nice waiting area. You can even recharge your phone with their courtesy charging station. Did a great job and I will be going there with my vehicle for future issues when needed .

    Went there first thing in the morning to get an inspection sat there for an hour with no update on what was going on with my vehicle. After an hour of watching what appeared to be the manager on the phone, I asked for an update and the guy seemed to be disgusted that he had to end his personal phone call and actually get up to ask the technician how much longer it was going to be before he was done. Customer service was horrible I would not recommend this place to anyone especially if you are a female

    After substandard service on Nellis AFB Firestone, we took the car here and received fast and superb service from Manager, Nick and his crew after learning this would be our third time getting the brakes fixed. They were able to find out immediately that the brakes itself was defective and the brakes were warped. They were thorough and efficient in telling us what was going on with the car. We were very impressed with the excellent customer service we receive and we know that this car care center is trustworthy.

    First off I went there because I needed a oil change and my car was shaking. They told me they changed my oil never put a sticker in the window and told me I needed motor mounts .... I suggested I needed brakes but they told me it was everything but my brakes. Got my oil changed and two motor mounts put it... Left and my car was still shaking ... went back the next day and they told me it was another problem, i also kept asking for a oil change sticker that they never put in my window that I kept asking for... they told me they was going to do it and did two weeks after my oil change From me going back and forth to find a solution ... they told me I needed belts (only one ) cabin filter air filter other stuff got that done and my car was still shaking .... I suggested it was my brakes from the start they checked my brakes again and told me they were good ... so I got the air filter and stuff changed left and it was still shaking. So I went to another place and they told me I needed brakes and pads so I went back to Firestone told them ... they changed my back brakes and my car was still shaking I told them it was my front brakes so they changed them and my problem was gone .... the next day my car started to make a loud noise along with my new brakes squeaking... when I start my car in the morning I would hear the noise I never heard it before so I took it back complained about it they told me it was a cold start but it sounded like my engine was gonna fall out and they couldn’t do anything about it bc they couldn’t hear it. so I took it to a real machanic shop for them to see wats going on. They told me I needed a oil change my oil was dirty and it needed to be flushed out ASAP and I needed belts as of a month ago also the brake pads that’s on your car are cheap that’s why they are squeaking when you break and they don’t understand how I went to Firestone and they didn’t do anything .... the belts I knew I had to get changed but they told me it wasn’t something that needed to be done ASAP and I wanted to see what the noise was before I did anything else with Firestone they completely ripped me off did NOTHING I PAID FOR THEM TO DO I’ve cried their for he past three weeks and they didn’t solve my problem at all I will NEVER RECOMMEND FIRESTONE TO ANYONE EVERY !!!!! I feel like I can’t trust anything they tell me I want a REFUND !!!!!!!!!

    To Whom It May Concern On Apr 12, 2017. I taken my 2005 Scion into your place of Business. I was greeted by Bill and Gus two Professional Employees. I explained to them what I believe are the problems and they took it from there. Before leaving the shop they explained in detail the problems, prices, most to least important, hours of completion and finally the cost. I was concerned about the cost, they offered discount within their rim of management. Because I need the work done. I accepted the cost with what they discounted. After repairs completed. I must say in my opinion Firestone has the BEST Technician in town his name is Kevin. Kevin is the Only Tech I'd allow to work on my vehicles. Believe me I have five vehicles I bring only to Firestone. I love your Staff. They're Exceptional Greeter, Professionalism, Courtesy, Shows concerns toward Customers needs, Outstanding Job knowledge. With this being said, in my opinion Gus, Bill and Kevin are simple the "Best" and the Best Team on your staff. I'm sure others are just as Great but these three gentlemen is whom I deal with. I do miss Richard, Chris and James they also was good/or great employees. Thank You for the survey and your time. P.S. Firestone a 5*Star Shop...I'm with Them Satisfied Customer Ms. Bennett

    Even though the staff had only a Manager up front and two techs working, my baby and i were offered a ride home to wait in comfort while my car was repaired. Not only was my appointment met, but eveything was done in a timely manner, they made my budget, and i received great service! I will definitely be returning with my other vehicles for service. Thanks again!

    Regardless of what you need done to your vehicle. My advise is that you be prepared to waste your whole day waiting to be called back to pickup your vehicle. The time frames they give you are already an estimate of what it would take at most but even then, they take well past that amount of time. It's just unacceptable. Yes they get their job, for the most part, done right. And of course they are nice to you when you walk in. But it isn't until you hear the other customers complaints while you're waiting that you realize that your in it for the long haul.

    My car was taken to Henderson,Store on 220 N. Stephanie 89074 Chris and Phil were totally professional and great with customer service. My father worked at the Firestone tire and Rubber plant for 35yrsIn SouthGate Calif.He was very proud to be a Firestone employee as a mole mechanic.It is great to see the company back,and doing well. So proud to have real Firestone Tires on my car. You are all doing a super job.

    This place is great!! Great staff, shop feels comfortable and inviting. was treated on a personal level. i normally don't go to auto shops due to overcharge services, but this place is reasonable charged and they get their parts from people we know (autozone and oriellys). They gained a customer for life. Come here and don't take your car no where else. you won't regret it...

    Terrible experience. Quoted on highest end parts without hearing other options. The little boy James working in the front was extremely rude and knows nothing about business. You dont let a $400 sale walk out the door.

    Chris is GREAT at customer service. Always rises to the occasion. Offers services that he thinks would be in your best interest but isn't pushy about them. And if he say's he'll call you back or let you know when your car is done...he will!

    I got a flat tire and it was in the Side Wall so took it in to them as they had replaced the tires last year. I was fulling expecting to pay for a new tire but they called me and told me it was under Warranty and all I have to pay was $13.00. WOW, that was a most pleasant surprise.

    My son's jeep wasn't starting properly. We brought it into see Chris and he diagnosed the issue immediately and took very good care of us. He offered sound advice and hooked my son up with an excellent deal on new tires as well !

    On two different occasions this store got me in same day with no prior appointment. One day my tire went flat and I was able to take it in and get it patched. It only cost me 15 bucks because I had their tire warranty. The next time I came in because I was changing my oil and found out my bolt holding my oil filter was stripped. They took care of that for me. I live close by to this location so it is convenient for me to be able to just go down.

    last week i had a shift linkage issue and took my vehicle to the dealership service station, and they gave me a 2 week time frame before even being able to diagnostic the issue... instead I drove to my nearest firestone and they had it fixed in 2 days!!

    I won't return for service because I can't trust that it will be done correctly. I bought a new set of tires and new belts. The next day while getting a smog check I was informed that my engine cover was off. Later that day I realized they put my spare in the bed of my truck instead of putting it back underneath where it goes. Little things really, but they make you wonder what else gets missed.

    Recently knocked my 2013 Jeep Wrangler out of alignment. The price was around $189 for life. With as much as I go offroad it seems worth it. Great service and knowledgeable staff allowed for a quick fix and I was on the road within the hour.

    I had been getting my oil changed at this location for 2 years before this fateful day. I went in for a normal oil change and when they were unscrewing the plug they found that the plug was pulling the threading from the oil pan. The technician asked where I got my last oil change done and I told him it was at that location. Then they told me what was going on and it was due to my maintenance negligence. Then they told me it was going to cost $500 to get my oil pan replaced. I declined and told them to put the plug back in and I will find a different solution. After doing research I found that the only way the thread comes off of the oil pan is if the plug is cross threaded. So I was accused of not treating my car well and then learned it was the shops fault. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

    I asked the staff to assess a prior repair which looked like there were issues with again. They replaced the radiator under warranty right away. I was able to fit it in my schedule and they stepped up to take care of it. My truck will have greater longevity as a result.

    The1st cashier who checked me out didn't look for my keys instead he made me wait while he could've turned his head and found the keys right beside him then when the second cashier came to check me out he interfered with him saying the vehicle wasn't ready cause he didn't know where the keys were instead of looking for them like he should have been the first place

    I have used Firestone on Craig Road since moving to Las Vegas and they are great and we have always been treated professionally and fairly and they always ensure they do everything we ask and they are not constantly looking to just charge you more for something you don't need.
