There was an issue with the removal of my tires for new installation- and it wasn’t a great situation but I want you to know that DENISE was wonderful. She took care of the problem immediately. She had also spent an hour assisting me in understanding the best tires for my Jeep Rubicon. I wish Denise could get some sort of credit for the service she provided me, the time she spent and resolving the issue. Unfortunately, she lost the sale of the tires as I had to go to a different location. If it wasn’t for the way Denise handled my situation, I may have never went to Firestone again. Please acknowledge her above and beyond service, she deserves it. Also, the service tech Jesse deserves recognition as well. Not only was he polite, he was honest with me and didn’t try to work on wheels that he wasn’t qualified for. Even though I will be going to a different location in the future, Denise and Jesse are an asset to your company. Invest in them so they can grow and learn because their customer service is something that can make or break a business, they are an asset .

My Mom was paying for my service but she lives 70 miles away from the shop, they excepted payment over the phone and saved my Mom a long drive and also topped of all my fluids even my oil which was a quart low.. No charge!! Excellent Job by everyone!!

I had asked for battery replacement for my honda civic ex, but before doing that I asked the Firestone 3 times that whether they'll be able to do it without causing a anti theft radio lockout as I had lost the code. Each time I was assured that it will be taken care by using memory saver. But when I got my vehicle back I was told the radio is locked out somehow so I have to contact honda dealership for fixing it. I mean I asked 3 times for this not to happen. Also when they returned the vehicle, I saw all the documents from the glove box out on the passenger seat as they were looking for owner manual to find out the code, my car was messed up. They also left the plastics that they use to cover their shoes inside the car. I mean that's the least you can expect 'a car in the same condition as was given for service'. Also when I specifically asked for the details of the battery like warranty and stuffs, I wasn't explained about it, they said it will be mentioned in the invoice. Seriously?? What's the point of me looking into the invoice if you have already installed the battery. Very rude and careless and very bad services. Will never go back to them and will never let them touch my car.

I recently took 2 tires (that i did not buy there- and this is important) in to be remounted. After the remount there were unanticipated issues. I returned to express my frustration. To my surprise, an apology and prompt attention to find the cause of the issue was given. The people I dealt with went out of their way to correct it and give me a positive customer experience for tires I did not even buy there. They stood behind their work and gained a new customer for future needs. If anyone from the Corporation reads this, I HIGHLY recommend acknowledging these employees. My hood would not stay close, so toke up to you guys to look at and that a screw that came lose somewhere. The guy would was their when i pick it up said you guy weren't going charge me because it was a real easy fix. THANK YOU GUYS ALOT SAVE ME ALOT OF MONEY!

My car is a year old with 30,000 miles on it and your mechanics told me they could not rotate and balance my tires because there wasn't enough tread,and my rear tires were in worst shape than the front tires. My car has front wheel drive so please explain to me how they could be worse than the front. Brand new car yet Iam having this trouble. Took it somewhere else and was told there was nothing wrong with tires! Got tires rotated and balanced. No problem! Your company is always finding things wrong that aren't there. You also charge too high for all work that does get done!

A month ago, i needed a new tire and got one from firestone. They served me well and with great time. They also did an inspection that I wasn't expecting with a tire change and examined a part that i had questions on. They did a lot more than required. Thank you.

I paid 1,000.00 for Firestone in Westland to replace my rack-a-pinion. They had my car for almost 20 days & once i got it back i noticed a week later they also had broken my power-steering-sensor. They refuse to fix it & they attitudes were terrible especially the manager. It would of cost me 450.00 to fix it so i handle it the right way & called corporate. & corporate sent me to Firestone in Canton,Michigan who replaced it right away. Thank you corporate & Canton store. P.S I wouldn't refer nobody to the firestone in Westland.

twice had oil changed and both times oil filters split open and they said it was past there warranty period but on on my silverado computer tells me when to change oil. know go to gm dealer no problems!!!
