    Appt set for 10:00 a.m. got there early, was taken in right away, technician checked vehicle out, advised me of same and what was wrong or right, stated to come back anytime to get any service I needed here and that they have the technicians available to do job. Nice facilities and nice employees.

    The service department is usually good and knowledgeable to help me. My disappointment is that sometimes I must wait at the empty desk awhile to get anyone to give me attention even when there are no other customers in the lobby. After more than 7 minutes of standing there I begin to think about going elsewhere. But I stay with Firestone because they have the vehicle history and the work is good.

    The guy who checked my car in was really grumpy and rude. I asked some questions and he was angry that I was asking the questions. I got four new tires. Soon after purchase, one was flat. I took my car in and was told the valve stem was leaking (manufacturing problem). I had it repaired and the next day my tire was flat again. So, it wasn't repaired. Things happen, but the things that happened to me made my experience poor. The inconvenience of an already inconvenient thing made my experience poor. And the initial guy I dealt with when I got my four new tires made my experience poor.

    I have been taking ALL (4) of my vehicles to Firestone in Warren, Ohio for the past 16 years. In all of my visits, I find their management staff to be very professional, customer focused and they always explain in details the duration on how long it will take to repair my vehicle and are always helpful on giving me ideas on maintaining my vehicle as well. also, I would like to recognize Emily, Craig, Mike and Andy on always being there to answer the phone on my last minute emergency repairs and taking the time to explain to my wife and son the issues the car is having. Over all, the Warren, Ohio Firestone team ALWAYS exceed my customer expectations.

    The service manager/assistant manager - Mike, ALWAYS goes a step beyond and did so again for me when my wife's car needed a new battery in the midst of a bitter, bitter cold snap we experienced here in the Detroit area. On a Saturday afternoon her battery failed. I jumped her car and drove to your Northville location. Apparently others had difficulties that day too, as the waiting area was packed, bays looked full - and that location was out of the battery I needed. I like Firestone and Mike because I've been there before and Mike has always taken great care of me. I know he would take care of my wife or daughter as well and so I trust him and Firestone. I offered to either leave the car or come back the next day. No need - Mike was able to call around, locate the correct battery from another Firestone store and get me up and running in maybe 2 hours! He is always like that! In the past, he has always provided a professional and personal touch to service that I really appreciate. Another example is from this past July. While on a road trip vacation to New Mexico, I had a car issue in west Texas. I found several Firestone stores in whatever town I was near - but called Mike in your Northville store for his recommendation on which to use. He remembered me, asked my location and told me to let him make a few calls and that he would call me right back. He called me back in less than ten minutes and said he didn't know anyone at any of the stores, but recommended the store I was closest to, so that's where I went. Mike had called ahead and when I got there, they were expecting me. They took care of my problem while my family and I went for breakfast nearby and had it fixed by the time we returned! The folks there were great and Mike certainly didn't have to call ahead or extend the service he did - but that's the kind of thing he always seems to do for me as well as others. You folks have a terrific employee in Mike and I hope you're taking good care of him. He sure is talking care of Firestone and its customers! Thank you for this opportunity to tell you of him and the professional service I consistently get from Firestone.

    Manager was very rude when I asked a question after spending over 700 dollars on tires. Waited two hours after appointment time and car still wasn’t aligned. Last visit was ok but after today I will never go back and will tell everyone I know that the manager told us he could sell us tires up to five years old. That’s bad customer service and most people do not know how to check the age of tires so I will spread the word so they get new tires like they are paying for.

    I returned to this store for the 2nd time in a few months, due to the great service I received on my first visit for tires. I was in need of tires for a recent vehicle purchased, and I didn't hesitate to make the drive back, even though there are other stores (Firestone included) which are closer to me. Steve and Mike are straight forward, efficient and honest and I won't hesitate to return again.

    I was looking to get new tires I search and compare sears bell tire and few others I have Ford Flex and needed 235/60R18 size unsuccessfuly I was passed along stores and customer services waiting .... I used firestone website and ordered tires and made app to put them on being so happy I will get them before my trip for spring break with the kids The firestone coustomer servive was great through out the whole process I really apriciate Steve and his whole crew. Thanks for making me feel comfortable letting me make my decisions and not oversellling stuff -from beginning to the end the process was great five stars from me

    Worst experience ever after coming to Firestone for many years. Work was not done right the first time, and they didn't really seem to care about it. Tom the person I dealt with was unaware of what was going on and very rude to say the least. I'm not really sure what I should believe, so I will have to take my vehicle to another place to make sure I am safe on the road. It would have been nice to talk to or see the manager but I was only given a pre-signed, no estimate invoice plus a business card with a kick in the butt out the door. If there was lower then a poor I would go with that!

    The team use a comprehensive inspection on a slow leak that was undetectable by normal means. Upon location of the leak I was inform as to the location and the repair process. This service center had resources to order and replace the wheel in a timely manner. They also help me file a claim with the tire/wheel warranty. Firestone has service my family for twenty-five years this location twenty-years. Same level of service at all Firestone locations.

    ive been a customer for many years know. I see some bad reviews on the site. I really dont get it.all the times ive gone there for simple things like oil changes to brake jobs ball joints tires and tune ups, they have been honest, competitive,knowledgeable. each time i visit northville firestone im comfident the work will be done right the first time

    I had a great experience at the store. I was turned off by the overkill to buy LIFETIME WARRANTY services. It was awful. I refuse one LIFETIME Service and was offered another. I refused at least 4 LIFETIME services.

    I went in to have the wife car check over and had all new tires and front end alignment done. The car has never run this good before. With her drive to Detroit every day for work I need to make sure the car is always running Great. The Northville store always take great car of us for sure!

    I had brought my car in for a brake check on 5/07/15 and they stated that my brakes did not need replacing until after the summer. I took a road trip 6/20/15 and felt vibration when braking. Upon visiting the shop again on 6/29/15, they stated that I needed new brakes and rotors. They also tried to tell me my oil was low and I needed an oil change. I refused the brake fluid flush and oil change, had the brakes and rotors replaced. I checked my oil when I got home from the shop and the level was full.

    The mechanic tossed my donut tire in trunk instead of putting it away properly. I got a call back from the store manager to apologize. I was told that I would be given a free oil change. Still waiting for the coupon. That was five days ago.

    The guys at this location were awesome. The staff not only ensured I had the best tires for my car, but also made sure that my car was safe and winter ready. I felt my car was in safe hands while the work was completed. I think all the employees I encounter were awesome, and know I'll be back to see them.

    I go because it's close to my home. Every time I go, I regret it. They are super personable. Very customer service oriented -in theory. Every repair I've ever had over the past 3 years, I have had to take my car back because something was wrong. Things that could/should have been checked prior to returning my car. I try not to go to northville.

    I have been going to my local Firestone Store for 7 years now. Scott is great every time I make an appointment and have service completed on my vehicle.     I like and respect the folks at Firestone. Several times they advised me about what was wrong with my car -- and it was different from what the dealership had been telling me -- and Firestone was always right! Their prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. If they can't fix something, like my transmission, they referred me to a quality repair shop that could. I'm driving a 2005 Mercury Mountaineer with 174,000 miles on it. Thanks to Firestone, this SUV is reliable with lots of miles left to go. Can't say enough good things about this shop.

    I have been a customer of Firestone for years, first at the Ann Arbor store but since I moved, I visit the Northville store. I would not take my car anywhere else. The technicians always explain what is wrong with my car in terms that I understand, my car is delivered when promised and I am satisfied with the results.
