We had a bad experience the first time with my wife's car I have always had good experiences with my cars there but my wife's experience was different we were mad and showed our displeasure with the manager Dan. Dan managed too turn a vary bad experience into a much better situation we went bad they fixed all the issues we had and at the end we we're pleased with the final results nice job dan

I was very please with the technician and service rep. They were both helpful and polite. I give each of them five stars . The only thing I was unhappy about was the amount I was charged for the TPS. I realize I agreed to have it done and to the amount. However, I did some research that evening after I left and discovered it should have been much less, around $25. As well as I did get the tire insurance when I bought the tires two years ago, at the Firestone in West Springfield, MA. And that factor should have been given consideration allowing for a discount for the TPS. This is what made me unhappy and not completely satisfied. It comes across as dishonest. Customers like myself will learn when they are being overcharged and will stop using your service. Even though it has nothing to do with the techs or service reps or the quality of service. It's just dishonest. Customer's want to be able to trust the shop that takes care of their vehicle. And that is where they will go.

The best place to have your car serviced. Dan the manager runs a great operation. He is personally extremely knowledgeable and knows how to explain products and service work. He always works with me to get the work that a need done in a way that I can afford. He has a great team of service advisors and techs.

I normally am very leary about anyone working on my car however...when I stepped through the door I felt a huge weight being lifted from my shoulders. The anxiety and worry gone and that was before I spoke to anyone! After going on the test drive with Orlando the soon to be technician, he immediately knew what was wrong. (I did do my research and already knew what was wrong but I was looking for honesty). He did not add anything extra and was completely honest about everything. I spoke with the manager Dan and he was great and extremely helpful! Ken was extraordinary and so very helpful as well! I didn't get the other gentlemen's names that were there but they definitely made me feel comfortable by answering all of the questions I was asking. This made me completely and utterly comfortable to allow Firestone to do the work on my car. They are truly a Diamond in the ruff, a Unicorn! I have finally found a new Dr. for my car!! Firestone...thank you!!!

I highly recommend this place for tires. The staff there are professional and patient. There are one or two guys who work out front who will answer every question you have. I must say I watched numerous interactions between staff and customers while I had my car worked on. They are respectful to everyone and provided a spanish-speaking customer with a staff person (one of the mechanics) who translated every detail of the work to be done on her car with patience and kindness. As an older woman (who used to be a young woman!) It was refreshing to see the men who work there approach several younger women with the same professional demeanor that they gave everyone. It's impossible to emphasize the impression that makes. Good work.

The staff were very friendly and tried to minimize my costs by being conservative in their approach. They tried to first repair my pressure sensors, but they were beyond repair. I appreciated their effort and also that they showed me the extent of deterioration on my sensors. I was also reassured when they told me the replacement parts exceeded what had been there there, "You won't have to worry about these ever again."

I popped my tire on Saturday afternoon and was super stressed that I wouldn't be able to get it fixed in time to get to work on Monday. I spoke with Firestone early Sunday morning and they told me if I could get the car in soon they would do everything they could to have it ready by the end of the day. Everyone was super nice and professional. The individuals spoke to me with respect and answered all my questions. I was so pleased to get a call less than two hours later letting me know my car was all set. I would definitely bring my car back. I would recommend to others and suggest calling early if you need to get in on a Sunday. Thanks Firestone!

My husband and I have been Northampton Firestone customers for close to 28 years. On more than one occasion, I have found myself in an "automotive jam" - they have fit me in and put me back on the road on the same day. The service department is friendly, competent and knowledgeable. The mechanics are the best we have used. If there is ever a problem, they fix it. The waiting area is clean and comfortable... We can't say enough about this hard working team. We have trusted them for all these years...that says it all!

This team was amazing they were able to perform the alignment on my SUV. Now normally that's not surprising in itself however I had already been to another shop that did not know how to do this. That was because the SUV does not have camber adjusting built in and that was what was off. So I am very happy with this service and will be back

From the phone call, to the in-person visit, everyone at Firestone Northampton was professional, kind, and respectful. They were very helpful with answering all my questions. My car was serviced within an hour. I was quite impressed and left very happy.

I recently filled out a servy and wanted to give a high rating but filled it out wrong. I've been going to Jason Batrano for over 10 years and have sent friends to him for car work. My son is now taking his car there. I trust Jason and will continue to go for as long as he is there.

I just got 4 new tires, and had a great experience here! Excellent customer service. Very competitive pricing on high rated tires. This place has a nice lobby with very comfortable chairs, coffee, wi-fi and a nice big screen tv. There are some tires on display that you can look at but it doesn't feel like you're in a warehouse.

From my first phone call to inquire about availability and pricing of tires to the moment I drove off I was not only extremely impressed but very surprised at the knowledge, professionalism and customer focused atmosphere of this Firestone location. Store Manager and customer service rep as well as the technician were something I have not experienced in a automotive shop of this type.. I'm a believer and will be back.. I went in to have studded snow tires put on my daughter's car. When the car was done I never thought to look at the work they did. I drove home, 20 miles, and then noticed the tires were not studded. Had to make another trip to Northampton. Make sure you check over there work

My friend and I were taking a roadtrip from NJ to VT when my car broke down along the highway on 91N in Northampton, MA (4 hours from home). It was towed to Firestone (one of the few auto service centers open on a Sunday), where I was told the car needed a new engine (a $6K repair). Very upset, we quickly had to figure out what to do. Nick, one of the associates, drove my friend and I to a nearby restaurant where we could stay until our ride came to get us. Once I decided I wanted the car towed back to NJ, Firestone let me keep my car on their premises for one week free of charge. Jordan, another associate, kept in communication with me to let me know what the technician recommended, when the car was being towed, and offered any follow-up services. Despite the messy circumstances, the guys all handled the situation with great care, concern, and professionalism. Would recommend this location to anyone in a heartbeat.

Everyone seems to say "dont go to Firestone, they charge way too much", but this is not the experience I had. I have a friend who works there, John, and when I made my appointment online which was super easy, I ended up wanting to make my appointment sooner, so I called and they were more than happy to move my appointment up and they werent hesitatnt to work around John's schedule so he could be my technician. John was always fantastic and I was really hesitant at first to go back to stock tire size and when he told me about the Destination LE2, I fell in love. It drove like a dream when I left the lot! I am ecstatic with the service I have gotten from Firestone. I will be back.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires that required patching. I scheduled an appointment online for 11 AM. Unfortunately, my car wasn't even pulled into the garage until 12 PM. I remained there for another hour waiting. I think 2 hours for a scheduled tire patch is a little excessive. I understand it may have been a busy day, but what was the point of me scheduling service ahead of time?

I went in to get my inspection sticker and failed for wiper blades and a side head light. They told me they could replace wiper blade and light bulb for approximately 40 dollars. I went to auto parts store and did them myself for about 11 dollars and returned to get my car reinspected and it passed.

All staff were nice and professional but i came in to get one tire changed (i had a flat) and waited for 45 minutes - when they called my name i thought i was done - instead the dude said, "yeah, your car is all wheel drive so we would have to change all 4 tires because of how the treads would wear unevenly". Ok - why not tell me that 45 minute ago when I walked in ?

In a nut shell Firestone has done a variety of services for me, simple oil changes, brakes, batteries, inspections, tires and my last adventure a miserable oil leak! They have been pretty up front and honest about any additional repairs or recommendations that they may have come across during a routine service. They have never pushed or tried selling me anything I didn't need I feel confident that if it were a a safety issue they would let me know at that time, the urgency of it all. I appreciate their expertise. They have great hours as well!

We've been with them for over 15 years. We've always used Firestone for all our car servicing needs. Whatever make or model they always came through for us. We trust them to give us a good price and several options. Their service is all about taking care of their customers. They help us to save money by suggesting what needs to be done immediately for safety reasons and what can be postponed temporarily. This helps us manage the cost of maintaining a reliable car.

I have found the local Firestone to be efficient and friendly. pricing is competitive and problems are handled quickly and fairly if they arise at all. All that having been said the waiting area is austere and not conducive to any kind of productive work or even comfort. A TV and 5 or 6 straight back kitchen type chairs made up the waiting area, It really needs an upgrade unless customers are going to be taken care of in a very brief period of time, but no one is that fast eh!

Probably not, or at least, it's a weird question. But honestly, I cannot say enough good things about the experience I have with Firestone. The service is always excellent, the staff are friendly and professional, all charges are explained, and there is never a long wait. I am so happy with their service that I've used Firestone Northampton as my auto care provider even when I lived in Northern Franklin County (40 minutes away). The service is just that good, really exceptional. And I trust Jason and his team implicitly.

I spent thousands of dollars at this location and another in NJ to attempt to fix an issue that I found out only a dealer could fix. Much of that money was spent on the same diagnostic tests over and over again. I will never trust Firestobe with so much as an oil change from now on.
