The service level was great. However, the experience can be greatly boated with a total make over. As a consultant, Firestone has a knowledgeable and dedicated staff of professional. It is time to give The Company a new image. Come on Firestone, please turn up the heat in the industry. Wake the place up and give your customers an experience they can look forward to continuously. Grab my attention, you grab business away from Jiffy Lube. Grab my attention, you have more of my business. This is 2017, please make an effort to keep my business. Clarence has always been extremely professional and helpful when I get service done on my car. He informs me of service I need to have done in the future to prolong the use of my car. I greatly appreciate not being taken advantage of. The technicians are the best and they look after me, as well.

I had an appointment to have my car serviced (4-Wheel Alignment and Brake Fluid Exchange w/ABS) on Monday, 8/21/17 @ 10a.m. It took nearly 3 hours which I thought was a little long, but understanding that it was on a Monday and sometimes things get a little backed up. On my way home after driving about 5 miles my Traction System icon starting flashing. I called the store explained what happened, asked if it could possibly be just a system adjustment, the Service Advisor was not sure, but said to keep an eye on it and if it happens again to bring in back in to be checked. The next day 8/22/17, I attempted to drive but was only able to drive about a quarter of a mile because it was constantly flashing. I called the store spoke with a Service Advisor, explained my previous day’s services, what happened on my drive home, and my conversation advising me to bring in in to be checked. The Service Advisor said to bring it in; I explained that I was a little nervous about driving but would get it there. After reading my Car’s Manual, I decided that it should be safe to disenable the Traction System. I arrived at the store between 1:30pm-1:45pm; I believe there were 3 people in the waiting area. I approached the service counter and explained why I was there and determined that this was the person that I had the conversation with prior to my arrival. He told me to have a seat. After about 30 to 45 minutes he called me up to the counter; asked for my phone number and asked me to explain again why I was there. Again I was told to have a seat. He then left the area. After another maybe 45 minutes to an hour, another Service Person approached me in the waiting area and asked if I had been helped, I explained why I was there and that the person at the Service Counter was aware of it, but that I still had my keys. He said to hold and he left the waiting area to the service area. Sometime later the Service Advisor returned and stated that as soon as the rack was available someone would check my vehicle. At 4:52pm the Service Advisor approached me in the waiting area to say that he had not forgotten about me and he exited through the Store’s entrance. At some point he returned to the Service Counter. At 5:56pm the Service Person that had approached me in the waiting area earlier, called me to the Service Counter, because the initial Service Advisor had moved to a station behind the Main Counter, I explained again why I was there, he asked me for my phone number and entered something into the system and asked for my keys. After a while another Service Person entered the area and asked why he was checking my vehicle. I explained the previous day’s services and what I had experienced after leaving, and what I had to do to be able drive it back to be checked. He stated that the Brake Fluid Exchange w/ABS could possibly have caused it. After a while the Service Person that entered me in the system returned to tell me that my vehicle was scanned and that it did not produce any Codes. I was then told that I could schedule an appointment to return the next day for a Diagnostic Test for $99.99. I declined. This was horrible and unbelievable Customer Service, or lack of, that took over 5 hours to complete. I am shocked that I was not worthy as a customer to be entered into the system to generate a ticket to get my vehicle checked for an issue that occurred after services that were performed the previous day. I can only surmise that someone expected me to become upset and leave.

I had my oil changed and tires rotated here last week. Within 2 days my tire pressure light came on and my car now leaks what appears to be oil. It never done this before. I am scared to take it back and let them screw it up some more.

I was there a week a go and the service was so bad .It was only one man working on the cars until 9 : 00 am. My company service their car there . I was there at 7:00 am until 1:30 pm the manager was nice in the end of the day. That store need to get it a new out look .me being so long that day I see a lot of people come and didn't want to wait .They take too long to service. very bad business .

I had a coolant leak, but I had my car checked at several spots and they couldnt find the problem, went to fire stone and they quickly found the problem, easy fix and they didnt charge me an arm and a leg to fix it, now this Is where I get my oil change at great service and skilled mechanics.

Wanted to have tires rotated, an alignment and brakes inspected. Mechanic was not available on the 1st or 2nd visits so I could not get the brakes inspected. However, tire rotation and alignment service was fine. Complimentary coffee was not available even though it was early morning.

I have been a loyal customer to Firestone for over a decade. However, the Union city location has to be the worstservice I have EVER received. Making an appointment does absolutely NO good. I brought my car first thing Wednesday morning, due to a faulty part they put on my car a few weeks ago. Here it is two days later and my car has yet been fixed. Even though I was told yesterday AND today that it will be ready this afternoon. Only to call this evening and be told it hadn't even been worked on yet. Yet I was still assured that it would be fixed before closing. I called,called and called and NO ANSWER! Now going on the third day of no transportation and possibly may be getting fired from my job I will be calling corporate and filling a complaint. Once I finally do get my car back I will never use Firestone again.

I went in two weeks ago for a brake service and they di such a good job I went back for Wheel bearings and hub service. I have one suggestion, they should do price matching. Overall The customer service was great and they did a good job on fixing my van.

Every time I use this location except for once...there's always issues. I've been loyal to Firestone since living in Hawaii and now here in Georgia. If they weren't so close to my home I would take my business elsewhere. Because of the issues here I was given a rewards membership and yet still.... I come in today to get some of the services offered for free as a gold member with an appointment for 3pm. I called in the morning for the 3pm appointment....I get here at 2:45 and as I'm writing this it is now 6:48pm and I'm still waiting for my vehicle. My car was not serviced until 6:15pm. My problem is this....if you know your swamped for the day and backed up, tell your customers to try to make an appointment the next day. Do not waste my weekend. After today I'll be contacting the district manager.

I took my car in because my tire light was on...indicating I had a slow leak or flat tire. I was the first customer that morning at 7 am. This should not have taken more than 3 hours!!! I ended up paying for an oil change I did not request in addition to paying for one of my tires to be patched. I will never use Firestone in Union City again!

Whatever you do stay with your vehicle. If you are not there to watch them they will service other vehicles ahead of you. When I showed up my vehicle had been completed by the technician and the service writer had no idea. I received no call that my vehicle was ready and I missed a half day of work because of a flat tire.

I went there to get an alignment on my car and was told that I could have a free courtesy check on my vehicle. I was given the free courtesy check I was informed that I needed, new tires, windshield wipers, starter, brake fluid, and more parts. After getting the check I was scheduled for the alignment the next day. After the paperwork and alignment was finished I was told that I needed a new CV Axle and more ridiculous parts after I was given a show called free coutesy check. So, I ended up getting a bogus check on my car and had to pay them for nothing. Worst place to ever go to. Never going back.
