Do not go here! 3 times for a simple brake job and still do not trust the work that was completed. Will never bring my vehicle here again and the location also lost the business of 2 other vehicles in our household. Poor poor work completed!

Technician was too occupied with checking my battery and recommending that it be replaced that he failed to place the tire in the correct position on the vehicle for directional rotation.

Store manager joe tambasco not pleasant would not go back they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Was a customer for 10 years but now they loose a customer.

My name is James. The survey sent had my wife's name on it. We are both on the title but my wife was not even there for the oil change, which took 50 minutes even though I had an appointment. Car looked like it was maybe washed with tires shined but windshield was definitely wiped as was streaked really bad.

Pushy service advisor. I have a new car. Went in for an oil change and was told I needed an alignment. Shady if you ask me. I just got an alignment at the dealership the oil change (5,000 miles earlier).

Great car shop. Honest. Fast repairs. Fixed right the first time! Always take my vehicles there. Have had several repairs performed there and only once was there a mistake. Everyone makes mistakes its how you resolve the problem that counts. They handled it great sent a tow truck out to my location towed vehicle in for free found the actual problem repaired it at a discounted rate, and replaced the belt again for free, all within 4 hours! Love this place!

I had been milking a set of Badyears for a little too long. I had put a set of Primewells on my daughters car and they are great. When the left front on the Expedition went down, I had it towed to Firestone and they put Primeweels on it. It has never ridden or driven better. The Service rep called to let me know my truck was there, and again when it was ready. When I picked it up I was in a hurry, and he had my invoice ready, and I might have been in the store 3-4 minutes. This was one of the best experience I have had buying tires in a long time.

Joe, the manager, was frustrated at having to train a new hire. I simply asked him to come help said new hire during my transaction because my ride needed to return to work. Joe treated said new hire like he was a child because the man was trying to help more than one customer at a time (he was the only salesperson inside to do so.) Joe reprimanded him in front of myself & another customer and told him to get back to his kiosk and only help one customer at a time. Once finished with the collection of $ from the other customer, Joe came to the kiosk to continue my check-in because new hire couldn't find my info in the computer & had stepped outside to get the info from my car to make another profile. Joe found my previous profile, checked my car in and gave me a estimate. I questioned the cost of a diagnostic check being deducted from bill if repair completed at this location. He so no it wouldn't and I again questioned him because this hasn't been the policy in the past, nor is it to policy in other repair shops. He then rudely & with quite an attitude said to me, "OK then, which sensor do you want me to fix?" Because of his attitude that day, I took my business elsewhere for that $400 repair! If I had not previously paid for lifetime service on my tires, Firestone would have lost my business permanently. NO customer should be treated with disrespect for any reason whatsoever!

I went there about a week or so ago for a basic oil change, when i got my car back i was on my way home when i heard air releasing from my tire. When i called firestone the next day an employee was extremely rude to me and when i spoke with the manager she more or less called me a liar and refused to replace my tire that had mysteriously had a gaping hole in it after i left the shop due to the "wear and tear" that i had. I will never do business with them again

I am a woman and I'm tired of all the Firestone I go to treating me like I don't know anything about my car when I do. I also didn't like the price I paid for a cabin air filter replacement. You charge $30 of labor when after I figured out how to do it and it took 30 seconds. You got me on that upsale, but it won't happen again. When I go to get an oil change, that's what I like to do. Not get told all these things need fixing when they really don't. I get your trying to make money, but don't make a girl feel stupid. I won't be going to Firestone again. This is the second time I've been treated like this.

While driving to work the other day my truck started to overheat and just shut off. Never have had a issue before. Being I broke down in front of regency square mall I decide why not get it towed to firestone its right there they offer good service.(which they used too) Well after dropping it off with them overnight they tested it and called me back the next morning with great news.... They told me that my water pump went out and that caused my radiator to go out, which caused my fan clutch to go out, which caused my water hoses to collapse, which fried my thermostat. With a total estimate fixing price of $1400. Im not a mechanic but I know your whole cooling system on a 2006 with less than 90000 miles will go out like that. So i had my truck towed to my house bought a new water pump and did the replacement with a new thermostat for less than $100 and in 2 hours. Now my truck runs just like it did before i had a issue with no water loss or overheating. Needless to say Firestone will try and sucker you if your not careful and i will not be going back to them ever again.

I went to get my oil changed. The sales person said my 2012 Honda Accord called for full synthetic oil. I explained the last time they used semi-synthetic oil. The manager came over and said to the rep. to give me the full synthetic oil change and charged me for a standard oil change (I had a coupon for $19.00)... It really impressed me .... I will now always go back to them..

I recently moved into the area. When I signed up for the credit card up north they gave me three free oil changes (coupons) and said they would be good anywhere. I used one at this Firestone in March and even though the general manager hadn't seen it before, she honored it. She told me next time I came in to say that Pam said it was ok and they would honor it. When I went in this time they had the same reaction, they had never seen the coupon before. So I told them what Pam had said and the cashier looked in my history and saw that Pam had in fact honored the one in March. Dispite that fact, she and the store manager on duty refused to honor the coupon. They were rude and dismissive to me. I had also scheduled my appointment online, arrived on time and was still there for almost two hours. All I got was the oil change. The only time they were nice and welcoming was when they handed my my receipt and asked me to give them all tens on the survey at the bottom. The only reason this has two stars is because Pam was amazing when I went in March. This experience should have been a 0.

One Sat PM, I stop at your Regency location to discuss what I thought to be a front end problem. I met Jason, a Service Rep who impressed me from the beginning. He was willing to heard me and attempted to recommend some possible issues. Having had some auto experience, I knew the issues I described would need to have a repairmen examine and drive my vehicle which I could not do at that time. I few days later I returned to start that process. I met Pam J. and Anissa B. who took the helm with class to move forward with the exam. Pam made sure that I was comfortable during a short wait with coffee and good conversation. In about 30 to 40 minutes I had a complete assessment from a Master Mechanic of what needed to be repaired, as I suspected. I agreed and both Anissa and Pam made me feel that I was in good hands and I would be happy with the results.They convinced me to trust!!! After receiving a call from Anissa, I returned later that afternoon to pickup a completely repaired vehicle and was given to opportunity to speak with the Master that took care of the issues. Another positive and concerned member of the team, he took to time to explain his repairs and again convinced me to trust. I have been great since.I FOUND A REPAIR HOME!!!!

I've come to Firestone twice now and am extremely disappointed with the service and work! First time I came in waited almost 4 hours for work that should take an hour. With the poor customer service, I received a free oil change and decided to get my services from Firestone about 6 months later. I got an oil change, battery, and an alignment. Thought things were great and gave an exceptional survey on the service, but then realized a couple days later that I had excessive shaking with my steering wheel which I didn't have prior to my service. When I came back to get this corrected I had to wait over an hour to even have my car looked at for them to correct their error. I will not recommend Firestone to anyone and regret my decision to ever come back

I went today for a free brake inspection and was told I needed two front rotors and pads. When asked about the breakdown of price, I noticed that I was charged for the pads. Pads from Firestone are under warranty and should NOT cost you anything. The service advisor was not happy that I pointed this out to him because he had to credit the account. Be careful at this location. Look over your bill and know your warranty.

1st visit to inspect brakes, went good.Next day all of a sudden have leak from a hose line by radiator. What a coincidence. Cost a couple of hundred. To fix.On top of that, greasy hand and foot prints inside the car.

My battery and alternator went out while I was at a nearby theater, and the manager asked if she could give us a ride. They diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me a reasonable quote, repaired the car quickly, and helped me finance it! The service department was knowledgeable and explained what was wrong, why it was wrong, how to fix it, and preventative measures for future maintenance. The atmosphere was warm, friendly, and clean. I will be going to them again in the future!

I have always gone to this location for all my car needs. The mechanics there are honest workers. Today wasn't so good. I got quoted over the phone, by a mechanic for 2 new tires, that it would take 1.5 hours. I ended up having to wait 3 hours. I denied any other service and inspections due to already pushing on time. I had to go to work, of which I was late to. I'm guessing they over estimate the time it takes for any service... mine definitely was under estimated. I received no apologies from the lady up front, nothing. Just "have a good day" and handed me my receipt. She was just rude. Having to wait double the amount of time quoted is bad, but throw some rude customer service on top and you got yourself a horrible experience. Due to honest and professional services from the mechanics, I will keep going to Firestone.

I got a set of Firestone Destination LE2's on My 1999 Ford F-150 Lariat for under six hundred dollars during their buy 3 get one free sale and they look and handle great! I was impressed at the quick installation and friendliness of the staff. The only thing I did not like was how steep my front end repair quote was but I understand why, so i'll do my work myself and I will definitely be back for an alignment package, as the lifetime is so hard to beat. My whole family uses Firestone on all our vehicles and trailers, and will continue to do so for years to come.
