To me, the person who I spoke to seems to be arrogant and defensive when I tried to discussed the bad car experience we have going to san Diego. Feeling that defensive stand from him, I just left. We were just lucky nobody was hurt in san Diego

They took care of my Van it was making a lot of noises Adam the mechanic located the noise and knew right away what it is, Jazmin the manager gave me an estimate for the work my Van needed and I agreed on it I feel here comfortable and I can thrust this shop keep the good work up guys!!

My experience at Firestone was good, however filling out the survey was irritating. I found the questioning of my race to be racist, implying that White/Hispanic is separate from Hispanic by forcing White/(only) people to check White/ non-Hispanic. I'll take my business elsewhere. G.Carter

I had a terrible experience with a mechanic. I then drove over to Firestone. The manager named, Johnathan was very sincere and professional. Amazingly positive energy there.

I greatly appreciate Pasadena Firestone Complete Auto Care, Saturday 2/4/17 I had an accident in the freeway, I hit something and did not see what it was. I drove my vehicle to have it inspect the impact of the hit and to find out what damages it caused. Carlos Torres was so honest and showed me the great damaged it caused, he made recommendations, and he even advised me to have my Insurance cover the damages. I had to had AAA come out and tow my car, Carlos Torres recommended me not to drive my car for safety reason. Firestone Auto Center do such an AMAZING JOB! I always bring my car for all its needs, they do such an amazing job, always above and beyond. Love this place!

This location is by far has the best service crews ... They are prompt, professional and more importantly, courteous at all time especially Frank who is the technician in the front office frequently keeping his customers prompt and inform of the repair status .... More over, this location is clean, smell good and coffee is hot ....

The time they said the was going to be ready was late. They change their brand of oil to Penzoil, which is junk brand Service has gone down since I've been going there for years

I was very happy with the service I received at the Arcadia store! The staff were very helpful, professional, quick and nice!! I went in there thinking I needed to get 4 new tires but the manager called me about 30 minutes after I dropped my car off and told me I really only needed 2 which saved me money and I appreciate his honesty! Other places would have just put the 4 on to make more money. I will defionately be going back to this location again.

I came here several months ago and use to deal with Jake and Jackie. And now I see different people that looked lost. The guy up front doesn't seem interested in getting my car in for a simple battery check on my Acura. I've been coming here now for a 2 years...just sad not the service before

I had paid for an inspection, tires rotation and oil change and only the inspectiom was fone. When I picked up the car I noticed that the tires were not rotated and had to ask for the service to be done. Next day I check the oil to ensure it was done, but the oil was not changed, so i had to take the car back for the oil change. When the oil change was completed I drove home and decided to check it one more time and then noticed that the engine oil cap was left on the side, thus the oil spill on the hood. The oil change was done by the manager.

I've gone to Firestone for basic stuff like oil changes and tires and have been pretty happy. This last time I went found me questioning their competence. I noticed a smell of gas around my car and convinced my wife to take it to Firestone. They said that the gas tank seal needed replacing so they dropped the gas tank and replaced it. However, it was still leaking gas so they had to drop the gas tank again to replace the fuel pump. When I got the car back, the check engine light was on. To his credit, Jacob, one of the managers, said that the fuel pressure sensor needed replacing and that they probably caused it so they would drop the gas tank for a third time again for no charge and even replace the cabin filters. I took it back but they said there was too much fuel in the tank. I took it back again and they replaced the sensor but after, the check engine light was still on. They said it was a wiring problem and they would have to diagnose it. At that point I lost confidence in Firestone. The check engine light remains on to this day. I have taken it to other mechanics who say the fuel tank has to be dropped again. I can't afford to pay another mechanic to do this again. I feel that Firestone should make it right. I've been there so many times and my wife and I are so busy with kids that to take it again and argue with them to fix it is an overwhelming thought. The guys at Firestone have always been great, nice and have always taken care of the basic stuff. But my check engine light is still on.

My former Firestone shop was in Pasadena, but their customer service kept getting worse and worse. I tried Firestone Arcadia and was happily surprised. The manager, Kevin, is just the best and their technicians really know their stuff. I also like the clear explanations and respect they consistently give me.

The young lady that helped me on a Friday evening was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. The pricing was very fair and the technicians were fast, clean and courteous. I've gone to service stations and had my car returned dirty or with grease marks and that is not the case here. The waiting area was comfortable and had refreshments and a television.

I went in for brakes change and i was informed i needed new shocks. I decided to get shocks next month. I happen to go visit my nephew in San Diego who is mechanic and has a shop so I took car in he informed me brakes were installed incorrectly. I contact this location manager blew me off. I think he should have been grateful so he could see if his mechanic needs re training. I am never returning to this location and i have lifetime alignment on both my cars will never return here never had problems here before now I not going to return.

I had quite a number of non-tire issues, all electrical and computer based. I had my doubts the local Firestone could handle all of them, but they did and in a timely manner. Very satisfied. Kudos to Jackie and Jacob and the entire team.

I use this auto service for about 7-8 years as I signed on for free life time wheel alignment right at the beginning. Over the years the quality fluctuated but it improved a little lately. Meaning that now my wheels usually do not lack any screws after rotation or that my oil is actually being changed. And occasionally you can find a cup of coffee left under the good, nice gesture. But most if the time I am leaving satisfied, thanks!

I will never return to this firestone again. Took over three hours to get an oil change and a tire rotation. And I was charged $100.00. I wouldn't go back to Firestone if you paid me. Please stop emailing me.
