Milwaukee Retail Sales Teammate Responsibilities

When you join Firestone Complete Auto Care’s Milwaukee retail team, you’ll become the first point of contact between new guests and our company. Making meaningful connections in-person and over the phone will be at the top of your to-do list, as well as recommending tires and services. On a regular basis, customers will come to you with questions like, “What type of tires are good for the Milwaukee climate?” “Is it time for me to get high mileage oil?” and “Do you think I should get an alignment?” You will help guests make informed auto repair decisions, and handle customer complaints with excellent care.
