Terrible customer service. Ordered tires and set up my appointment online. Still took 2 hours to mount my tires. (They did a car inspection without notifying me. I just wanted to be in and out hence the online order.) No explanation of anything just handed some paperwork and told to enjoy the rest of my day. My first and LAST time coming to this location.

I came in about an hour before closing with a bolt in my tire. We were leaving on a road trip vacation the next morning and I was really worried this was going to throw our trip off. Lyndon was very helpful and jumped in to replace four tires for me, staying late to get the job done. This is my second time working with Lyndon and he has been professional, helpful and understanding both times. We will be back when needed.

IN MY OPINION, JEANETTE SELLS UNNECESSARY ITEMS TO MY FLEET COMPANY AND I DON'T TRUST HER AT ALL. I WENT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND HEAD LIGHT, AND THEY SOLD THEM A SET OF FOUR TIRES, THAT THEY REPLACED LESS THAN 45,000 MILES AGO. AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH THE HEADLIGHT. I HAD TO HAVE THE FIRESTONE IN VANCOUVER REPLACE IT. I'LL NEVER BE BACK TO THE TACOMA FIRESTONE.

Great experience this weekend at this location. My car was towed in on Saturday after my power steering went out while in the area. Jeanette at the desk was kind enough to give me a ride home to Puyallup, since she dosen't live too far from me. Great customer service!! Car was fixed the next day, too.

I've been going to this store for over 20 years. I always receive outstanding service and have always been treated with respect. I highly recommend this store. The was only one occasion where I questioned something, and it was quickly resolved and I am and remain 100% satisfied. Questions are answered thoroughly. Brian and Mike are absolutely outstanding and I value their trust.

They're usually pretty friendly, but they usually take longer than the estimated time. Your best bet is to just drop off your car and pick it up later. They always leave black marks all over your car, be prepared to clean your car afterwards. I don't have this problem anywhere else.

The Service Tech, Ethan was very patient with me. He took the time to walk me through the service he provided and what I should expect at the next service appointment. I love this location, and is the only place I take my jeep to.. I live in the Auburn area, and there are several service providers within a couple of mile, but I still choice to drive 25 miles to have my vehicle service by the 6th Ave location and preferably by Ethan. Brian, the Service Manager does a great job as well, he showed us several choices in tires, and helped me make an informed decision on what would be best on the truck.

The first time I went in was because I got a flat tire and needed it replaced fast. The salesman who greeted me was very friendly and checked out all my tires. All of them were pretty shot and I couldn't believe I ignored them for so long. They got me all brand new great tires and the service was fast. Because I was so well taken care of I went back when I needed an oil change. Again same great service. I will continue to go there from now on.

I went in because my windshield wipers were bad. I had them changed in no time...and at a great price! Bryan S. was very helpful and professional with a smile on his face. he even gave my son a balloon while we were waiting. thank you again for such great service!

The person to person interactions were great. The work performed on my vehicle was incomplete. Resulting in me having to come out of pocket over 400 dollars to repair the damage done.

Customer service needs improvement. Firestone has serviced my car since it was new. A Firestone service tech previously cross threaded the oil drain plug and now, if not carefully reinstalled and tightened, will leak. The tech told me that I should take the car to the dealer to have this fixed however, Firestone is the one that caused the damage. Also, the service techs do not insure oil spills are cleaned up properly before releasing the car back to me.

Right now, I am very angry and frustrated. Voiced my frustration with the store manager this afternoon, her name was Jeanette she said. I had a problem with Crank but no Start. Towed the vehicle to the Tacoma Mall location at first to be looked at. The following day the store manager said that they could not pin point the problem. Meanwhile the Technician who looked at the car said there was no sparks but during the diagnostic the engine started back up. Since the car started back up the Store Manager told me to drive the car around and if the same problem happens again then I should come back. . Picked up the vehicle and drove it around, at the traffic light the engine will cut off. To keep the vehicle from dying at every traffic light I was using 2 legs to operate automatic vehicle ( one leg on the gas pedal and the other leg on the brake ) Drove vehicle to work and in the afternoon by 1pm the vehicle exhibited the same Crank and no start again. This will make a second tow to Firestone shop and this time to a different location at 6th Ave. Dropped the vehicle to find out what is causing the problem. Few hours later received a call from the technician, he said there was no spark and vehicle started back up again after some cleaning but based on his experiance on so many similar complaint regarding Ford Taurus the ICM (ignition control module) is FRIED & needed to be replaced..Asked the technician if replacing the ICM will fix the problem and he said yes. Ten days later still having the same cranks & no start issue. My frustration has now gotten to a boiling point and I have no choice but to vent and let the store manager knows that I will bring the car back to the store and I want to know if the ICM was really replaced.. To be Fair the store manager was calm and understanding, she demostrated some Empathy..

I have always taken our cars to have them serviced at this location. Sunday they were short handed yet they were able to complete our request for an oil change. We left the car there in the morning and they had it back to us by the end of the day. We understand that sometimes you have to be flexible yet they always come through. Thanks for the continued great service

Was concerned about getting in on a Friday before we headed out to a camping trip across the mountains. Oil warning light was on, and I didn't want to travel without getting the oil changed up. Thankfully, the Firestone crew was at the ready and accommodated our schedule. Service was quick and painless. Customer service was kind, professional and informative as usual.

I was convinced I needed a new battery. However, when I went in for my appointment Bryan retested it and explained that it still had plenty of juice! He saved me quite a bit of money. Also, I've had several oil changes and have always been really happy!

I bought 4 tiires,had an oil change and a front end alignment and I couldnt be happier with my car! I was given a few discounts and got a really good deal on my tires.My car is older and it drives like new!!! They got my car right in for service also.Definately a forever customer!

My son had a radiator leak in his 2001 BMW 325i. I referred him to Firestone. Boy was that a mistake. He dropped of the car and 3 days later and $1000 + he was called to let him know his car was ready. The first day he drove it.... the low coolant light illuminated and there was antifreeze all over the driveway. He took it back and after another day, it was ready.... AGAIN. The manager there was cranky and had no people skills. This isn't the Firestone I remember when my Father use to bring me along when I was a kid. Firestone prices have gone UP..... and they're quality has gone down.

Not sure where I should go to get tires, I went to two other tire stores before I stopped at Firestone. The customer service was so bad at the two places with long lines,no workers actually putting on tires because all the workers were in the store doing phone quotes for tires with long lines of customers in the lobby getting very upset. I left both places out of frustration. Walked into Firestone was treated immediately, all stalls had cars having work done and an amazing manager and assistant in the customer service area who multi-tasked brilliantly with such kindness, organization, cheery, and truly considerate for every person that walked through the door. I swear I would have paid double the price for that kind of service. But shockingly I got a great price and came back with my husbands truck a couple days later. Thank you for taking care of our family vehicles. The manager Jeanette was absolutely amazing to watch her perform such outstanding service. Thank you dearly.

As always, the folks at Firestone 6th Ave. were friendly, courteous and highly qualified in performing service on my car. Nothing is cheap any more, but you get what you pay for.
