Recently had a tow truck drop off an old Ford Ranger I purchased at this Firestone as I've worked with them before on another vehicle. Josh and Anita kept me informed about what services they recommended on the truck to keep me safe. I felt very confident driving the truck away after they performed brake, engine, and tire services. They added dye to my oil so they could evaluate where the oil leaks are so we can get that repaired as I don't want to leak any oil into the environment. Josh indicated when I'm ready for any major engine service (possible rebuild) they can do it. They are becoming like family and I trust them to take care of all my vehicle needs. Thanks guys!

Manager, Josh, is fantastic. I received auto repair on a Sunday. One of the very few mechanics open. No b.s. here! They're honest with their work! They originally though my belt and power steering pump needed change but after quoting and assessing, it wasn't both. I only needed a belt. I saved hundreds from their honesty! They could've easily took advantage of me, but didn't. I recommend this location to anyone in a pinch, they were able to get me right in and get it done same day!

I had Firestone tires on my car for the past several years but was shopping around for other deals to purchase a new set. One of the tire stores I stopped at asked me how the service had been from Firestone and I told him staff had always been polite, upbeat, and willing to accommodate me and help me feel safe in my car. Then I wondered to myself why I wasn't going back to Firestone to get my new tires, so I did just that! These folks go above and beyond and when I leave I know my car is in tip top shape!

I have come in on several occasions and are always impressed with our service. The first time I came in, I was trying to get a second opinion on a service the dodge dealership told me was necessary (woman at dealership by myself). Cory and his team took a look and it turns out not only was the service not necessary, but another service I was considering having done also was not necessary and the problem I was experiencing was solved by simply putting in two bolts that had gone missing. The savings in cost I received allowed me to purchase tires which I desperately needed. The honesty and open communication also caused me to stop going to dodge and to become a loyal Firestone customer. My most recent experience further instilled this loyalty. I came in to have some work done, and I trusted the tech when I was told some of the work I initially thought needed to be completed wasn't necessary. I also believed him when he said certain other components needed to be replaced. I was especially appreciative when the guys took me aside and showed me a valve that I could purchase very inexpensively and install on my own to stop an oil leak I was experiencing. The guys totally could have taken advantage of the situation and charged me extra for a new part and instillation, but instead they looked out for their customer, and this is truly appreciated. I will definitely be back!

All of the staff I spoke with were professional and courteous. Josh, the manager, provided upgraded option for tires (at no additional charge) as my ordered tires were not at the store by the time of my appointment!

My initial visit to this location was pleasant, which brought me back. I am all about great customer service and although they were busy, I felt like I was in good hands. The advisors were helpful, knowledgeable and I was pleased with the experience, the pricing and I am actually going back in to have my oil changed. I have been taking my vehicles to the same location for oil changes for the past 5 years. So it's saying a lot, not to mention it's less expensive, for the same service.

EVERYONE AT THE FIRESTONE WERE KIND, COURTEOUS AND VERY RESPECTFUL OF ME. THEY KNEW MY BUDGET AND THEY WORKED AROUND IT WITH ME TO GET MY WORK DONE. THEY ALLOWED ME TO SEE THE BAD PARTS THAT WERE REMOVED AND ACTUALLY SHOWED ME WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS CAUSING. THAT TO ME IS THE BEST ALLOWING ME AND SHOWING ME WHERE THE PART IS ON THE CAR AND SEEING THE PHYSICAL PARTS THAT WERE REMOVED. I HAVE BEEN HAVING MY VEHICLE MAINTENANCED BY OTHER FIRESTONES SINCE 2015, AND BY FAR THIS IS THE BEST FIRESTONE IN THE CITY.

Great people, good service. Firestone Corporate however, poor business ethics. They no longer do business with small locally owned parts stores, instead they only do business with corporate parts giants. Bad for our local economy and bad for your business, Lincoln Auto Parts has been a pillar and no longer has Firestone as a customer because of Firestones corporate greed.

Called to have my tires balanced (because the car was vibrating at around 50-60MPH) and my belt changed (because it was squealing). Scheduled for 3PM. I was told that the person that installed the belts isn't there that last. They asked if I could reschedule for 1PM instead. Which I agreed. After going in, I was also told they would 'check' everything else out. I left for about an hour and then I received a call, wheels balanced, but no belt changed. I'm pretty sure I asked to have my belt changed. I even rescheduled. I was told I needed new tires because my tread was 4/4/3/4 (sorry, I don't know what that means) and recommended that I buy $700 worth of tires, but I'd get the wheel balance taken off. I declined because the tread did not appear to be the problem. I politely declined because that was the ONLY explanation. Also, after leaving because everything was 'ok', I noticed that the balance did not resolve my problem. I would expect after the 'inspection', they would have found that the tires were out of alignment and the rear left tire has cupping. But no, a back alley used tire dealer found that out. My confidence if very low at what Firestone actually does. I even debated where to go prior to my scheduling.

I had a road hazard issue with a tire that was not carried by Firestone. The tire could not be fixed and my car had to be left overnight in the bay at Firestone until I could find the replacement. They would have ordered the tire, but I needed it done ASAP so went and got the actual replacement tire myself. They didn't act inconvenienced and were empathetic throughout the two days they assisted me because of failures by Ford Motor Company. Both men were very understanding and helpful, despite me not buying any tires from them. I will highly recommend to my friends. The young man that did the install of the new tire remembered me from the day before and was cordial and helpful. This tire store rocks!

I have been using Firestone for many years. I have been satisfied with the experience and the service. Several months ago I took my suv in for emission light on. They did a diagnostic and serviced my suv same day. In less than 30 days I had to return for emission light on again. Once again it seemed to be fixed then again less then 30 day I had to take it back (emissions light). Well then I am told they currently do not have a certified emissions tech should one in a few weeks and ask that I check back with them at that time . Well, this went on for over a month needless to say it is still no fixed.:(

Great deal on an oil change saved me over $40. Service was lacking in professionalism. I called to verify they could do the oil change and scheduled an appt. 3 hour out. When I arrived they did not have the proper oil filter in stock. This is common with my car hence the reason I called to verify. I was not ever directly advised that I would need to wait an additional hour and 10 minutes for the oil change to be completed (oil filter delivered). Only when the mechanic was informing the desk clerk and I overheard.

I used them a couple weeks ago for a standard oil change, tire rotation and balance. They provided good service by letting me know I needed new tires. The customer service rep (a woman) was patient with me and my boyfriend after we confused our car with another car of the same make, model, year and color on the lot. She helped resolved our confusion even though the other manager on duty looked frustrated and angry after the confusion was discovered. I took my car to the Ford place for a serious repair and it was discovered that I had a small oil leak. I was disappointed that the Firestone tech did see this issue or let me know.

I visited Firestone today because my car battery died. Robert and Yung Du went the extra mile in helping me. Yung Du walked quite some distance with me to my car with a jump box so I could drive it to the store to get a battery installed. This helped me out tremendously and was such a huge relief. I can't tell you how very kind and helpful Yung was. There aren't many people left anymore that go that extra step to help. It is especially appreciated when you are a woman and feel you like you are in a vulnerable spot. Awesome job and thank you so much!!! I highly recommend going here.

The first time I took my car there, it was a Saturday evening just a bit before it closed. They made sure to take my car in, and they worked on right away. I was very thankful for their customer service, and prompt work. They were very helpful and communicative along the way. I took my car there a week later, and they were willing to look over a installation I did myself. The new belts I installed were squealing, and they were more than happy to take a look at it. They charged me the minimum fee, made a few adjustments, and treated me well, though I did not offer them much business! It's great to know that I will receive the same great service regardless of the amount of service required. Thank you!

Counter staff were kind when I came in for Uber inspection on my Toyota Highlander. It had just been in for service at the dealer so I knew it was in great shape. Two days after passed inspection my tire light came on. I took car into dealer who told me every tire was inderflated by 5 pounds. This had to have occurred at Firestone. My credit card was also charged for the wrong amount and the mileage was recorded with 40,000 miles more than I actually had. We were told new staff were the cause of these occurances.

Mike and his team have provided and delivered a level of service and friendliness not equalled by any firestone I've visited in Pasco, Kenewick or even in spanaway Washington. Mike is courteous, and transparent. I recommend to any seeking car repair or maintenance to go see mike at Firestone, Tacoma mall.

I got a flat tire in the middle of the night while traveling to Seattle. Got towed to the Firestone store in Tacoma and first thing in the morning these GREAT GUYS got me hooked up with new tires, financed on no interest credit and on my way in a short while. Your Firestone team at the Tacoma mall location is amazing! I had searched for months to find tires for my fleet of work vehicles with no success. Upon entering your car care center all my questions and concerns were answered quickly and on my second visit they remembered my first name! Wow! I am greeted with a smile, then receive expert service and leave smiling on my drive home.
