    Sherman is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. His communication skills are excelent, and his customer service is down-to-earth. I'm moving to GreenLake but still plan on coming back to MLK way location for him and his team.

    Not to bad, got oil change and tires rotation with balance. I think if you are able you drop off and leave the car with them. Makes it easy on both parties and they called me it was complete. No issues on this trip.

    This store(along with too many others) is understaffed. The employees are good but cannot help you effectively because of staffing issues at all Firestone locations that I have gone to. Corporate Firestone needs to do a better job of supporting their staff at locations such as this one and Burien.

    Excellent experience! Before my tire purchase at Firestone, I checked 2 other tire stores where they were not in the mood for a woman's request for advice/pricing. I was met with, "Here's a printout. Bye." At this Firestone location, however, I was also offered tire choices to meet my needs plus 2 additional specials which I took advantage of. I may not have adept insight into my vehicle's future needs but I do know when to accept a great offer for upkeep. Do visit this Firestone location for your upcoming needs -- or services you may have postponed. You won't be sorry.

    Friendly staffs, good prices, more selection on tires that fit your needs. Easy online search for the tires that you are looking for, before you go directly to the stores. I'll shop here again at Firestone Tires for my future purchases. I'll definitely recommend my families member, friends, or co-workers, to shop at Firestone tires.

    I had a scheduled appointment for a wheel alignment and tire rotation but my vehicle was never touched. The technician chose to work on another customer vehicle that showed up at the place and caused a scene by being very rude, loud and disrespectful to the Sales Associate, which turned out to be the Manager (Mr. Sherman) and myself for no apparent reason. Instead of refusing to service his vehicle and send him away, they didn't. I left my vehicle and returned three hours later only to discover that they never touched it. I had to bring my vehicle back the next day because I was told that they had gotten behind, which was not true. My Dash cam recorded the technician actually getting in the rude and disrespectful guy's vehicle and driving It into the service bay. I showed the manager the video but not before asking if they had worked on the rude guy's vehicle? I was told that they didn't work on his vehicle and then I showed him the video. He couldn't believe that I had a recording of the technician driving the car into the service bay. I was then lied to as the manager told me that the rude and disrespectful guy had an appointment . The guy himself mentioned that he didn't have an appointment when asked during the scene he made. Mr Sherman, the manager then offered me a free oil change. Really?

    I was tokd my ignition was failing and needed to be replaced. I cut him off and said it worked fine nothing was wrong. He said i neededto ket hom ex plain and I said ok but the ignition was fine. He said his tech with 20 years of ecperience took several tries to start my car. I said he did something wrong. He asked me if I was caling the technician incompetent. I said no I was saying my ignition is fine. I had it replaced 2 years ago. It better start when i get there. He guaranteed me they did nothing to it. I was spending over $800+ for tires oil amd lube gilter air filter change and lifetime alignment censor kit ect. It turns outthe 20 year tech did not step on the clutch. No one would listen to me about my car.

    High praise for Sherman for always taking care of me and my family with our car and tire needs. I also like to thank his knowledgable service technicians as well, for diagnosing my problem quickly and coming up with a solution to get me out the door in a promptly manner. I will always visit this location because of the patience and the time they take to listen to everyone's problems. They are genuinely concerned about your problems, respect you and your time and don't pressure you into anything. This is how every business should be run.

    I have never had a bad experience at this location. They are honest with what needs to be done ASAP and with what can wait a bit. I once asked about snow chains and the employee asked if I drove in the snow a lot...which I don't. He told me that I probably wouldn't really need them. It is that kind of stuff that keeps me coming back. They give me an estimated time of completion and keep me informed of their progress. Everyone is so nice and friendly and they recognize their clients and will greet them by name. I really can't say enough nice things about this shop. I love them!

    they price matched Les Schwab which was really great got a way better deal, they were really busy yet they put in the schedule to get my new tires and got me back on the road.

    Had a problem with my 4 WD. Seattle-MLK did investigation and "determined that they could not help me and sent me to Chev. dealer." I did go to Chev.dealer and the proplem was fixed for $150. But Firestone still charged me $50, just to tell me that they could not help me. I request a refund of that charge. Everyone was nice, but if you can not do the work, do not charge me for it.

    I had a tire emergency, after hitting a curb, and the team rescued me! They honored all my "Firestone perks" and called with updates as a few challenges arose. Friendly, prompt service at a reasonable price - I'm very satisfied!

    Super busy store, but still received great customer service from multiple employees. I picked up my car about 3.5 hours after I dropped it off for an oil change and inspection, without an appointment, which I think is great considering the volume they do. Thanks guys, I will definitely be back.

    Although they said it would be a one day job and my truck spent two nights in the shop the staff were very nice and apolojetic. I did come back with more maitanece lights on then when I brought I hope they will turn off on their own.

    The time I was told was not respected. It took 1 hour longer. Also my car screen was still requesting an oil change, confusing me. I was asking myself whether they just took my money and never change the oil. So i came back and explained the situation. One guy came and adjusted/ restarted my car system and the message disappeared. He said the person in charge certainly forgot to do it.

    They are pretty good over all. Missing one star because I waited a long time to pick up my car when ready. Kind of high in the price. But what you pay for is what you get right? I also love how they have both gender working there.

    I brought my car in for an oil change and some brake concerns. I had a 0930 appointment. It took an hour and a half for them to look at my car. i feel asleep in the lobby. At 12 they finally told me the problem with the brakes and that they would have to be changed. I left received a call 4 hours later it was good to go. When I came back I was told the a screw had sheared off inside the rotor and it had to be replaced. Since we had already agreed in a price they gave me the rotors free of charge. I had been frustrated it took so long for them to look at my car but in the end I was extremely greatful to the generousity of the shop. Thank you

    I had a tire problem and they said they would look at it to see what the damage was and if they could repair it. If not, they would tell me and go from there. They found it repairable and proceeded to repair it before calling me to tell me it was done. I left the door open for them to tell me it was irreparable if they wanted to, but they didn't. Many businesses like Firestone might have taken that as an opportunity to try to get more money out of me by telling me I had to replace the tire, but Firestone didn't. They just repaired it, completed the other services I asked for should the tire be repaired, and notified me it was done. And it was done quickly! They were very professional and seemed to value their customers!

    The billing system for members is terrible because the company gave me a late fee even though I paid the bill two days before the due date. Also the car service is terrible because I got my brakes changed about one month ago then the brakes started to makes squeaky noises again, so I would recommend others to go somewhere else.

    My car was there for literally there for 5 hrs. and I had scheduled a appointment and was told it would only take 1hr.Then they didn't even really do any of the things that was listed on the website for vehicle inspection ,also its says complimentary for the vehicle inspection but its not they actually charge 10$ to do nothing!

    I brought my truck in for a wheel alignment which would consist of setting castor, camber, and toe-in. Only the toe-in was set. Since only 1 of the 3 tasks was performed I would think that the price should be reduced to 1/3 of the quoted price, but it was not. Also the courtesy inspection was not done.

    I have been using Firestone to care for my Toyota Echo for almost 10 years. 3 years ago I moved to S Seattle and went to the Firestone on MLK where I found the same great service that I received at the Firestone in N Seattle. They are fast, always clear on what needs to be done and why, and I have never had a problem with the work they have done. They've also gone the extra mile to make sure that my car -- and I -- am cared for. I would recommend them to anyone.

    The staff are very nice but the service is so slow even for just an oil change. Even with a set time appointment, I still had to wait a while for my car to get started being worked on or serviced. So far my shortest wait is about hours.

    They were unclear about time estimates. They gave us two different times then when we showed up by the second time, they still weren't complete. When we returned again later, they were done yet neglected to contact me. Apparently they had been done for a while.
