    Federal Way Firestone is by far the best. They are happy, helpful and have never been rude or less than stellar in helping. I don't have tools, I'm a girl :) They do the smallest things for me, like changing my taillights. And they always smile, I love it!!!

    I have gone into Firestone three times in this last week., with a 4th appointment scheduled for this Thursday. I had a Flat Tire a week ago today, took it in to have the flat repaired and it still is not repaired after Firestone Employees working on it 3 times and saying 'it is good to go'. I have had to put Air in my Tire everyday over the last 7 days. I have a Warranty on this Tire and I would have expected Firestone to replace this Tire by now with a New Tire. I hope when I go in this Thursday for my 4th time in 7 Days; they will get this corrected and made right with a Tire to replace this tire.

    After i get this bill paid off other than bringing my truck for my free tire rotation ( because I paid extra for it) i will not be evervusing Firestone. Worst mechanics ever. Aftervtakibg my truck to a real auto shop my truck was totally diagnosed incorrect at Firestone and i paid $100 for that. This is not the first time ive had issues so im done. Im not even sure the part they put on was even needed cause the auto shop was baffled when i told him what i was told. No more!!

    Front office staff was super friendly. Brandon knocked out a quick oil change and went above and beyond to explain everything else he saw outside of the oil change. Great service and clean facility!

    Adrian the salesman kept me informed and didn't push any tire. Gave me all the options and let me choose the one I felt was right for me. Gave me the price then added discounts with out me asking. Gave me a price lower then Les Schwab with all the same services and warranty guarantees. Plus i love the Lifetime Alignment option. Upfront it's expensive ($179.99) but you never pay for it again. Only hang up is it took them almost 3 hours to install the tires.

    Less than a year a brought my car to get the heater repair, they told me it needed to get replace which I did, I paid over $600 for that service and parts, right after I got my car back, I came back and told them that my car was heating up slowly but was working, it seemed it didn't have enough air flowing in the car, they checked and said everything was fine, I don't use my car much so I didn't see it as a big issue, now that is warming up, my ac was working but once again I brought my car back, after consulting with someone over the phone, they told me it could be the blower motor, when I came in they checked and called me back saying it was a wire, and filter, I got my car and it is blowing air as it used to but now the AC is not working which it was before I brought it in, also the power steering seems to be boiling which is something it wasn't doing before, I'm not sure what's going on, neither what your guys are doing but are messing up my car, I got my car at 5:43pm, is 6:50 and AC is not working, when I called them back, they told me I never mentioned the AC which I didn't because it was working, they told me I had to bring it back but not today because they are about to close but I could bring it Friday which I work so I don't know if I can, this is totally unnaceptable, I hope this problem get fix but I never will be back, I had to pay $62.50 to check the blower which it was not even the problem, now more problems came after my visit which imply that I'all have to pay more bills, seems to me they are not being honest and are causing issues purposely to charge more on recurring visits.

    This was my first visit to Firestone, and based on my initial impression I would not recommend using them for any service, aside from the lifetime alignment, which is a decent value if you plan to keep your vehicle for a long time. I arrived at 3 PM for a scheduled appointment for an alignment, and was told that the car before me was having problems getting aligned and was still on the rack. I asked how much longer it would be. I was not given a specific answer, simply that they can "take a long time to get right if a vehicle has been lowered or lifted". After a 30 minute wait, I was told that they were pulling my car in. Not a big deal. My alignment seemed to take all of 10 minutes before I saw it being pulled out of the shop. I thought it was awfully quick, but assumed it wasn't that far off to begin with. It came time to pay, and my total was more than expected. I asked why the cost was so much more than anticipated, and was told there was tax and "shop fees". When I asked what the shop fees were for, and where it's stated that there will be an additional charge. I was informed it was for "rags and things" and the clerk pointed at a sign posted in the lobby which had very fine print. Needless to say I was irritated, but paid. I also found it odd that I did not receive an invoice to review charges until after the payment was processed. I'm sure it could have been provided had I asked, but feel this is done by the company specifically to conceal charges like this. In addition, no "complementary safety check" was provided. I was given a blank sheet attached to my alignment measurements with everything they would have checked. They also indicated my windshield was cracked, which it is not. In fact, it was just replaced. They also advertise that the vehicle will be road tested after an alignment. It was driven straight to a parking stall. Does that count? After doing more research when I left, I found that they do list a 6% charge on every invoice over $35 for "shop fees" up to a maximum of $25. I found this in the fine print on a coupon I had, of all places. Not transparent about charges at all. All in all I feel like this was a rush job and that I was given the runaround.

    I went to the Covington store to have my summer firestone tires put back on my truck. You would think that a Co. as large as Firestone they would put their tires back on for a minimal price. NO! I wasn't told the price beforehand and when I got it I understood why. $ 165.00. I am going to Les S. from now on.

    Bought blizzard half price last year. Ski 60 plus tmes a year and trust the tires completely during hazardous driving conditions. Do my tire rotations and oil changes there. Josh is a great and dependable front manager that sets me up with options.

    I've been very happy with the service. Dan and his team will go out of their way with their service. I needed a ride home when I brought my car in and he dropped me off. When my car was I picked it up and drove home. The problem they fixed had to do with a coolant leak. They fixed the main problem which was a faulty leaking overflow tank. The thing is, the car also had a leak when at a certain temp through a hose running to the turbos. I brought it back in and Dan and his team replaced the hose at no charge and got me on my way.

    I had signed up for an online appointment and called to request a quote for the service. I spoke with a gentleman there and he wasn't able to quote over the phone as he needed to complete more research on the parts. I didn't receive a phone call back. I again called and was quoted the job. The quote was incorrect and the wrong part was ordered. This resulted in the job taking an additional day. The manager did make it right by honoring the original quote and giving a discount even though the part required cost more.

    I took my car in for oil change break light in back burnt out and why after they did breaks in March why is my break light in my car coming on. Out if the 3 things they only did the oil change did not change out burnt light didn't look at why break light was on. After asking and waiting again. The tech told me the break light is on because that's just the way my car is. I told him it was never in before and u have had the car for 4 years it didn't come on until you did the break job so what did you do to my car??? The guy the that desk told him to add fluid and we would keep an eye on it. I don't think he did because when I left I went to my sisters house the light came back on. I went back and told him. He told me that he was going to order me a part for my car and replace it they would call me when it came in and i still have not heard from anyone. It now has been one week my break light is still coming on and not one word from anyone. I will be telling the guys I work with about this. If this is how you treat customers and women. It does not look good for you I work with 90% men and alot who bring their business to you so I will be telling them of what happened and how I have been treated and how I now am going to have to take my business elsewhere to have what you did to my car corrected.

    I have brought my car in several times here, I personally think that their prices are very competitive with tires. But, I am giving the such a low rating is because, when I first got my tires fixed I bought them from another place and had Firestone mount them. ( keeping in mind they were not their tires ) The work was not good, they didn't check either of the tires for leaks and they later had problems.. I brought my car back in and they patched it for no charge. I felt a lot better, until I kept having a leak in my tire. You would think they would of checked one more time before returning it to me. But it still had a leak. Later down the line... (2-3 days) My other tire blew, so I decided to get 4 new tires. So I had nothing to worry about. I scheduled the appointment, with great prices and I was satisfied with the tire quality. But, I had someone else come pay for my tires early on before they were done. So, expected not to pay for anything else. I got called up and they told me that it was done, and then said I owed them for an alignment I never signed off on or gave verbal agreement too. I was confused and upset I had no money and explained my situation, he agreed to cut the price on half but still having no money on me I couldn't pay for it, luckily I had a friend who was willing to help. Overall, the situation got fixed and the manager was very understanding and immediately gave a refund for having to pay for it and apologized and said that it should have never happened. He was professional and took the problem seriously. I just wish the people were more one-on-one with customers, I was talking to someone different each time. Although almost all the people who work there are fantastic and extremely friendly. Maybe it was a mix up with alignment, but things like that should not of happened.

    My check engine light was on & I needed tabs, so i took my car to firestone. They read the codes, i gave them my approval, and they got my car all fixed up, but I still failed. So i took my car back. They took another crack at it & helped get me set up with a waiver, just in case. But i didnt need it. I passed. I was so excited that after i got my tabs, i stopped back by the store to tell them the good news. They even pulled the technician into the shop so i could personally thank him. They were all very happy for me & appreciated that i came back with the good news. They really are an awesome team.

    The guy at the front counter is rude and they are the slowest people I ever had to deal with it took over 4 hours to repair a flat tire, but when it came to me having to buy a new tire because they are the only tire store in america who doesnt deal with used tires, they all the sudden got the work done.

    I came in to have my AC fixed. I paid for the AC technical inspection and at the end of the inspection they suggested that I needed the AC system flushed and recharged. They were not sure if there was a leak or not (my main concern since I had another shop "fix" it less than 10 months previous) but that there was a dye added to the AC chemical that would pin point the leak if there was one. I talked to my brother that is a Firestone employee at another location and he informed me that they should have used a tool that would definitively tell them if there is a leak or not. I was dissapointed after hearing that. I have yet to have the guys check for a leak. I'm just crossing my fingers that they were able to identify the problem and provide me a solution.

    The associate was able to get me in for an oil change that morning and were finished on time. I was greeted with a smile and great service both when dropping off vehicle and picking up. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys being treated with respect and with a great attitude and smile!

    I had a great experience with this location. Good work, Fast service, Good prices. My only complaint and it's a small one at that, is that the sales floor people can a little pushy selling you more than you need. I don't want the credit card, I don't need the top of the line "blank" for my 20 year old car. Etc. Overall great time, just make sure you're ready to be sold to.

    I love getting my oil changed at Firestone in Covington because I can drop my car off in the morning, walk to work, and pick it up at lunch or after work without ever setting up an appointment. They always make the time to get my oil change finished up and even encourage me to simply drop it off when it's convenient for me!

    Firestone is not up to par anymore. The one in Tacoma/Lakewood tried very hard to really overcharge me, and even with a discount they still did as they knew I was in a spot. Then to top it off their work was shoddy and I had to take my car to another Firestone Store where they were incredibly slow. I guess now days all car repair shops care only about their bank accounts or their commissions/bonuses and no longer really care about their clients.

    The Covington Firestone is an exemplification of world class service. The team at this store is very honest and works hard to give me the best price. I really get the sense that they really care about their customers and their reputation. I received a quote for a repair from one outfit that included a lot of unnecessary work. The Covington Firestone's quote was $500 dollars less and included only the work that had to be done. I believe Covington Firestone even surpasses Renton Honda, which is hard to do. On many occasion they have gone way out of their way to make things right. I also appreciate their effort to squeeze me in for an appointment when they are very busy. I get the same great service no matter if it is an expensive repair or just an oil change. I have been working in Customer Service for thirty years, thus I am more sensitive then most to the type of service I receive. Firestone is very fortunate to have such a great team working for them. I do not come upon a world class outfit like Covington Firestone very often.

    I came in for the first time and received an oil and filter change, lube, Tire Rotation and a real safety check finding a bad brake light over back hatch. That and the great price, quick in and out on a drive in, no appointment. What more could you ask?

    Went in because I noticed oil dripping from under my car. They offered me a vehicle inspection for $15 off which I did. Said they couldn't find a leak so recommended a fluorescent treatment that I would drive around with for a period of time then return to have checked. Got the fluorescent treatment. When I came to pick up my vehicle they were in an employee meeting so I basically just paid and left. That night I looked over everything. First, they said they couldn't find the leak so recommended the treatment, but never told me that right on there the mechanic wrote "drain plug loose - tightened 1/4 turn". I told them when I dropped the car off that I had ran over a tree branch the night before. They should have told me that before recommending additional charges. The other thing was that the vehicle inspection had literally four boxes checked or filled in - nothing else appeared to have been checked or noted in any way. I went back in several days later and spoke to the manager about these things. I spoke to him very politely and he was friendly as well. The problem was that I didn't really get anywhere. First, with the vehicle inspection, I asked what is normally included in the nspection and he replied that he had given me a $15 dollar discount. I said I understand and appreciate that but it was still the standard inspection service and I'm wondering what is normally included? He said it depends on what I brought my vehicle in for. I just told him that basically they told me my wipers and a few other things were good but nothing else was checked. For example, my brakes are in dire need of replacement, including the rotors. Nothing was noted. I'm not sure why someone would pay a discounted rate for what they did, let alone the full price. I also mentioned that I had gotten the fluorescent treatment but no one had mentioned the drain plug issue. By the way, it hasn't leaked since. I honestly don't recall his reply, but I just decided that I'd write the cost incurred that day off and consider it lesson learned. Its unfortunate because I live and work in the community and this was my first visit to this Firestone. I just don't feel comfortable returning when there isn't an effort made to make it right. That's not me pandering for something free either. Time and trust are ultimately more important to me than the cost, and I was happy to pay for those services that day trusting that it would benefit me. However, for what I paid, I got a drain plug tightened and had my wipers and lights checked. Groovy.

    the first time I went into the Covington store I went there to fix the camber on my front wheels when I got an alignment done they went off of the specs and the car actually pulled to the right as I left the shop I went back talk to the manager they reset everything back to the original settings about a month and a half later I lowered my car even more went back a second time and they were one of the only places that could do my alignment do to my truck being so low I bought a lifetime wheel alignment the first time and they were spot on so thank you guys handled the situation correctly
