Shortly after scheduling an oil change appointment online I was contacted via phone to advise that the day I chose was fully booked and offered the next available time. Upon walking in the front door I was immediately greeted and assisted. It didn't take long to complete the oil change after leaving the car at the shop and was provided additional service options to enhance performance on the vehicle such as a new tire, alignment, and headlight restoration. The cost was affordable to go forward with the additional services therefore we agreed and within the hour the car was ready for pickup. I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service from each member at Firestone as well as the quality mechanical work provided!

Upon arriving at this location for a state inspection I noticed the waiting area appeared to be more full than my previous visits, and I was advised that my car may not be available until tomorrow. Although my circumstances allowed for this type of delay for the return of my car, I was very pleased when I received the call from my service agent Steven about three hours from closing time that my car was ready. Steven was professional and curteous. Overall satisfied with the service received at Firestone.

I took my car to get an alignment and 5 hours later they called me saying that they could not do it because I needed new tire rods which they offered to replace for over $200, so decliened and took my car elsewhere to get checked and it turns out nothing is wrong with my car or tires and they are completely fine. Obviously the employees were trying to get me to spend unnecessary money.

Steven was awesome! He made me feel very welcome despite coming in later in the evening. He also did a great job explaining everything and I will definitely be back next time I need my car serviced!

My wife found a flat tire on our car when pulling out to take one of the boys to baseball practice. I was at work late with the other car. Chris took my call and told me he'd wait for me. We both work, so we needed both vehicles the next morning. I drove home and placed the donut tire on the car and raced to Firestone. Felt like I was in pit lane at a NASCAR event. Chris had the tire pulled and I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. Wow! I event made it to my other son's sporting event in time. So, glad I can rely on Firestone. With Service like that, you business will flourish. Thanks so much!

Overall good experience. Only bad thing was I called to say my car was ready, but when I arrived, car was still in shop and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Also, I don't like how you have to wait for an attendant to come to the desk to serve you as opposed to someone being on duty.

Used this location firestone several times usually had a good experience. However this time the manager I believe John did not provide me excellent customer service at all, especially being my car needed to undergo major repairs and the cost was expensive. There is no organization or communication between line of workers here or something. I will conduct my car business elsewhere from now on.

My muffler almost fell off and I had to leave it with Firestone at Cloverleaf Mall. I do not live in the area, and needed it fixed right away. I was called on Sunday stating that it could not be fixed on the weekend, and I had 2 choices, to have everything replaced at $600 or so, (muffler etc) or either wait for the parts with a cost around $100.00. So I chose the latter and the person who could work it would be in on Monday. The honesty was good to hear. Timothy, was able to fix it on Monday. I am completely satisfied and will be moving to the Chesterfield area soon and will definitely use Firestone again. A big kudos to Chris and the team for the great service.

They are great!! I use them for tires and repairs. The staff is great. They know their customers and cars. They do the work in a timely fashion always and work with you to ge the work done. Great quality of service! I recommend them highly!

My car stopped because of a bad alternator and battery combo. It let me down in the middle of a busy road and I had to use my AAA membership to get it towed. However, because I value my relationship with Firestone I did not hesitate to have it taken there directly. I knew John and his staff would not hesitate to accept it and fix it. Problem solved.

After going here for over a year, I may never return. Simple appt to get 2 new tires turned into 3 1/2 hours of waiting while service was NOT completed. Car was caked with mud when it was returned to me. I had to point this out in order for them to apologize and vacuum the carpets. My tires were not rotated which I was told they had been. The manager, John, was disrespectful to his associates (specifically Donnie) in front of me & other customers. I was livid when I left. So, do I go back and wait for another 3 1/2 hours for them to rotate my tires which they said they had?

I used Firestone last week for a problem tire. I not only received excellent service on that, but was also made aware of my soon to expire state inspection and overdue oil change. All of the issues were addresses promptly and I was sent on my way in less than no time.

John and Chris and the other managers always let me know if they see anything that needs to be addressed on my car when I bring it in for service. They do good work on my car and are very polite and keep a positive attitude!

I've used them quite a few times the last few years. They are great. All the guys there are very nice. Always helpful. They are honest and polite. And they always give me a good deal. most places try to take advantage of elderly people but they don't. They are great.........

I last carried my car in because of an antifreeze leak. I was charged for a diagnostic test and was told that they could not find any leaks. I carried my car to the dealership and had a hole in my radiator. It needed to be replaced. I was disappointed the Firestone could not find that problem. I am now apprehensive about your store's service of vehicles.
