My experiences have always been satisfactory, they have always made me feel that whatever my issue was it it would be given top priority, when I took my car in on this visit they could not find the problem because they needed more time than I had since I was waiting, I took my vehicle back the next evening and left it overnight so they could determine what the issue was, they did and called me with the answer and a solution, I am very satisfied with the results

I’ve had many great experiences at this location. A big thanks to Donald, McKensie, Ryan, Rj, Danne and anyone else I may have left out. I’ve never experienced anything less than excellent hospitality at this location. Because of this staff you will forever have my business. I can only hope that Firestone isn’t too big to recognize the people that make them successful!

I had a wonderful experience with this location. Donald was extremely thorough and informative. He was friendly and happy to answer my questions. All of the staff were very helpful! I will be back!

Exceptional courteous service. Excellent pricing and value. Sales representative, Donald, at front desk, was professional and willing to do what it took to secure my business on a set of 4 tires. Price, product and value, again exceptional !!!!!!

I came into this store on 11/11 with 3 nails in my driver side tire. I gave this information to the attendant and he apparently marked the chart for my passenger tire to be replaced. When I exited the store and looked at the driver side tire it was inflated to a normal level. Within a week the tire went flat again. Upon further inspection I noticed that the passenger side tire had in fact been changed and the driver side tire with the nails stuck inside was never replaced. I felt as though I was deceived because the mechanic took time to inflate the flat tire with the nails embedded and change a different tire. As a result, I was forced to pay $82.56 for another tire. Even more the mechanic Brandon tried to accuse me of this being my fault. He said to me "that's not what you said when you came" in regards to the initial complaint. I never met Brandon before and he acted as though he was privy to the conversation I initially had with in regards to my initial complaint. The manager did step in and offer to pay the cost for labor on the tire. I was simply responsible for the amount of the part. I am still dissatisfied because had it not been due to their error I would not have had to take more time and spend more money to take care of this tire issue. Failing to mention I drive a lot for my job and it would have been extremely risky for me to not have said the correct tire in the first place. Driving around with a flat tire is both hazardous and an inconvenience

We have been using this Firestone location/service for at least 30 years and have always experienced fair pricing and great service. The team of technicians and customer service folks have always returned our cars in the time specified with the work done as promised.

While it might not be the cheapest service in town, Firestone Huguenot keep all my cars in top shape. They are very knowledgable and provide respectful explanations of our service needs.

I have been very pleased at how quickly they get to my car and complete the job! I have been to the Firestone store on Huguenot Rd, on 3 different occasions and I am always pleased at the work that has been done. Also, I've never had to wait more than a few hours, and twice, I was a walk in that they were able to take right away! Great place!

Our company gets all of our service for its Lexus sedan here. The employees are all friendly, professional, and accommodating. They do not try to push extra, unnecessary services and the prices are half of what the dealership charges.

Previous experiences have always been very positive. However, my last experience prompted me to state- "I will NEVER use this location again"!!! After an oil change and battery check, I went directly to another store for a battery and was shown by the associate the amount of oil that had splattered over my engine. When I returned to Firestone after purchasing the battery, the store manager told me to take my vehicle to a car wash and they would cover the charges. Although I got a car wash, paid by Firestone; it's unfortunate I couldn't get my engine steamed cleaned. An apology and a car wash was simply not enough. As a customer, I should have been informed prior to paying and leaving the store about the incident that had occurred. The reason I chose this location was because of an prior incident with the Firestone located closer to me. I had made an appointment, and after waiting in the waiting area for an hour and half, my car was still in the parking area. The manager was aware I was waiting for my vehicle. Yet, when I questioned the delay, I was told they would get to me next. Yes, I LEFT!!! What ever happened to honesty, responsibility, competency, accountability and integrity? Is this the new definition of Firestone's Complete Auto Care?

I Firestone for tires, I was told that the size tire I called about would fit my truck, but they didn't so I had to buy another size. That was ok. I brought a battery and the only thing I did not like was I was charged 15 dollars to have it put in. After spending about 6 hundred dollars I had to pay someone to put a battery in my truck. Everyone like to save a little money. Everything else was great. I still like the store but next time I need a battery I will put it in myself.

I am usually on "high alert" when I take a car in for any type of service--always guarding against unnecessary charges. But the service at Firestone is always only what is needed, and done efficiently.

Been going to my particular Firestone for years and I manage vehicle fleets. Very competent mechanics. Awesome manager (Mr. Kennel), and very honest. Helped me put 250k on 3 different vehicles.

I have been going to this store for 10 years. There service is excellent. They suggest service that are needed, but they never pressure you. Have never had a problem with they services that they have performed. Tim and his crew are the best.

I used them for 4 vehicles, they don't sell you what you don't need which is important to me! They are honest and always check their specials while you are there! Fantastic place to bring all your vehicles !

Three visits to fix. Parts replaced that didn't fix it but were told they need replaced. I can only go by what I'm told, but when the original complaint wasn't fixed its easy to question. Everyone was courteous and professional. I was initially told on the third visit that the wheel bearing was a new problem. Started seeing red on that one. The car had been in for a rubbing noise as described by my daughter. Then a second visit for a rotational noise as described by me. The manager reduced the labor charge on the wheel bearing replacement which I appreciate. I would have walked if that didn't happen. Hopefully it's resolved now. Not sure I'll be back though. I understand it's tough to interpret customer complaints and identify problems, but it's your bread and butter.

Chris Cipolla helped me with the service on my car at hugenot and robious rd. He recommended a service plan and daily maintenance the car would need down the road as well. Overall excellent service
