I visited Firestone to get my alignment done. They completed the alignment and I paid for my service. However, they never showed me my invoice. After I had paid, I left and then realized they charged me for a car care package when I never requested that service. They are very sneaky. Please be careful and review your invoice before you leave the store.

They were not FRIENDLY at all (None of them!!) - I ONLY went for the tire sale and HOPEFULLY will never have to go there again. The mechanic who parked my vehicle threw my keys on the counter next to me instead of handing them to me. He didn't put my vehicle all the way in gear!! So my vehicle jerked while placing it in reverse!! WHO DOES THAT . . . someone who doesn't care! Trust me when I say I will never go back to that location again and will let everyone I know not to go there!!

I had a very rare problem with my truck and the entire team went above and beyond to research, quote, and correct the issue. Robert provided exemplary customer service. Larry went out of his way to explain the process to me, and Andrew the Tech, was even better. He ID'd this difficult and rare issue, and took on the challenge. Not only did go far beyond the call of duty to help me, he was incredibly efficient and hard working with his repairs, getting me back on the road on time for an important meeting. I don't know what you pay these guys, but they all deserve a raise.

I stopped in to see if I could get my car serviced. The maintenance light was on. At first the attendant said they were booked solid, but after looking on the computer he said he could get me in and it would take an hour and a half to complete. I had an appointment soon after. They took care of me and it didn't cost that much. I keep coming back to this Firestone because they treat me with care and respect. As a woman, it is intimidating to enter a man dominated facility. Trust is important, and I trust the guys there.

The Firestone store that I visited seemed to be extremely busy. Took a couple of hours to get my tire replaced. I noticed that my tires weren't equally inflated upon leaving and that the valve stem cap with the Cadillac logo was missing from the replaced tire upon return to the Dallas area.

Great customer service, and I was very happy regarding additional discounts to regular high mileage maintenance that was needed. They fixed the initial problem and my regular scheduled maintenance is up to date. I think I found my local regular car maintenance company and location after going through other bad ones for years.

The customer service here is impeccable! This is my second visit here since I moved to The Colony. On this particular visit, I may have been a "difficult customer". I had a decent amount of requests, as I'm very particular about my vehicles. I worked with several different associates, and each of them made me feel like my requests were "no big deal". This is the epitome of customer service at its best! I worked with a manager "Casey" as well. She was wonderful, and probably spent the most time with me. The customer service was so great that I'm coming to this location next week with my other car, and my friends car to get the lifetime alignment on both as well as oil changes. The customer service here is what distinguishes it from anywhere else, including other Firestone locations. I hope the associates get to hear about this feedback; they deserve it, along with a raise!

I came into the store that day to get a vehicle inspection. I after taking my information and putting me in the system, he advised he needed my insurance card. I went out to the truck and got the card. He then said that won't work cause the date of insurance didn't start yet. Rudely he said "didn't I carry the old one with me?" I said "no, cause I put the newest one received in the truck two days ago." Then in a snickered comment he says, "why don't you just get on your phone and get the old one." I commented as I'm feeling perturbed and walking away from the desk, I say "I don't have the app but I'll see what I can do." He said again only in a louder, "just get the app!" I felt like he could have handled it much differently instead of in a condescending tone and telling me to get the app as if I'm aggnorant. To add insult to injury in this experience, once I came back with a digital copy of the old/currently dated card, he only took the dates from it. I payed the keys down on the counter and he took the truck back after about a 15-20 minute wait. From viewing window, the same front desk person did the inspection. After about 25-30 minutes, he parked the truck and came in. I met him at the counter and no words were exchanged except saying go ahead and slide your card there and advised I would be asked for either emailing the receipt or a paper copy. I choose the email copy. He then said "if that's all, you're done." I'm very disappointed in this experience! Although I have high confidence and will return to this store, I will avoid this front desk person in future visits.

Paul was very helpful when I took my car in for oil change and State Inspection. He explained the new one-sticker system for the State Inspection requirements and made sure I had all the information and paperwork I needed to complete the inspection and renew my vehicle license plates without any problems. I has used this Firestone Shop for many years and have always received excellent service from the manager, Larry, and from Paul.

Larry and Paul at Firestone are both friendly and pleasant to talk to and they know their business well. I trust this repair shop to give me the correct information on the condition of my car and any service that it needs. Larry was exceptionally helpful when I need repair work done that was under a bank-purchased warranty. Larry contacted the warranty company personally and my repair work was covered 100% with no charge to me.

People are nice, but if you ask me, they could do a lot more working and less bs-ing. They could probably have most cars out in a reasonable time if they concentrate on working more or faster. Just my opinion

My experience at the, The Colony, TX location was my first ever with Firestone. The service rep was nice but did not really know the sales which were going on. My plan was to take advantage of the coupons I had; $40 off of $200 or more of services. When it was said and done, I ended up paying $209.57 which caught me by surprise because when I was ready to check out, my bill was less than $200. I added a engine filter ($29) to purposely exceed the $200 amount, thus getting $40 in coupons putting me at around $170-$180 in the total amount. Secondly, I asked the service rep about the new Firestone phone app (great app by the way) and if my services were going to show up on the service records of the app? He had no idea of the app and told me; "I don't know, I've never seen the app". This too caught me by surprise. I would expect any Firestone employee would know about the app and push people to use it, again its a great app. None the less, I (over) paid my bill and put in the service information on my app manually. Again, they were not rude, but I truly think my FIRST experience could have been FAR BETTER!

I've been a customer of The Colony, TX location now for about 10 years and I've never had bad service. But my last visit was for an Oil Change and State Inspection and I had scheduled it online, I showed up, the tech pulled my car into the garage and the work was done before I knew it. I had my son's truck inspected and the fluid levels checked before he left for college. The tech claimed that the windshield wipers were not good enough to pass. I was charged $30 for cheap wipers. My other choice was to fail the inspection and pay the inpsection cost and put them on myself or pay the rediculous amount. I paid it. The next day, I checked his oil and found it very low. So they never checked the fluids.

Visiting from out of town when alternator died on a Saturday. Was able to get us in and diagnose the problem on Sunday morning. Unfortunately, a custom alternator from Chrysler. Found one early Monday morning and got us back on the road.

Took car in for balance, rotate and alignment. Work appeared to be done satisfactorily. Except when I started driving car the steering wheel is not centered and must turn left to tract straight. Now I have to spend the time to take it back for them to correct this.

I can say this place is one of best firestone in my area. I have bought 3 sets tires from them. Always done right, never ask things you dont need. Plus advisor always try find good price. Im fan of firestone/bridgestone tires.

went in for a simple state vehicle inspection, and a "courtesy inspection" was done -- the "courtesy inspection" apparently involved a brake test, which as a result a bunch of files of paperwork that I had on the front passenger seat spilled all over the truck - I had to sort thru and re-organize the whole mess. And on the front passenger side floor, I found an extra part to the truck that I don't know where it goes? I just wanted the vehicle inspection that Texas required, nothing more, nothing less, certainly not these 2 irritating issues.
