I have been taking my vehicle to this location since it I had 20 miles on it. Now I'm at 80K and I have had no issue at all with the service or my vehicle. The staff is great!!! I'm going to keep going here until I reach 300,000 miles on this vehicle so me and Firestone will have something to brag about!!!

I was on a limited time to get my repairs done. I called ahead and spoke to Dan. He said I can have your car ready by one hour. The car was ready before that. The service provided here by Shon and Dan is SUPERB! I will be back here for more services.

They failed to properly diagnose the car's problems the first time, then after I spent money on some of the recommended repairs, they found additional problems and charged me for another diagnosis even though they had already done this the first time. Very poor service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The advisors and technicians were prompt, attentive, and mindful of my needs and my situation. I had a state inspection, an oil change, and got 2 new tires. They had no problem matching competitor's coupons, and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I would definitely return here for my car care needs!

Overall service is great. But what I like about this location is the way they treat their customers. I was in there while my car was being serviced. Several people came in for work. In very instance, the manager/technician took the time to listen to the problem and recommend a solution. Not the most expensive solution but the most cost efficient for the customer. They are someone who I believe you can trust.

Great service people. Worked with Sheldon and Mitchell. While I was at the store, they dealt professionally with all customers. There were times when I know (based on my experience on working on cars) that they could have taken advantage of the situation and upsold services. But they did not. It is hard to find mechanics that you can trust, but I trust both of these guys to diagnosis the problem and offer the proper services to fix the problem. I will make this Firestone my home store for auto repair.

The service to vehicle was fine. After reviewing my receipt i noticed i was charged 21.99 for complete vehicle inspection something that i didn't ask for. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. So sad how women cannot feel confident enough to have their car serviced without getting cheated of our hard earned money

This group of employees has definitely learned the importance of customer service - regardless of who I was dealing with, each individual behaved like a total professional - and treated me with respect working diligently to ensure I understood exactly what was going on and what was going to have to be done to return my automobile to tip top shape. When I drove my car out of the parking lot, it was hard to imagine that it was the 1998 that I have had since it was new - it drove and performed like a brand new automobile!

I called the store to make sure they could fit me in for an appointment---knew the issue my car was having---was told to bring it in at 1:00 because the technician was leaving at 5:00. He actually was leaving at 2:30, and so I was advised to bring my car in again the next morning. Not a problem, except I feel the staff missed an opportunity to communicate with each other. Also, I waited in the lobby for service. I noticed the technician working on two cars at once (mine included) which would make one wonder how much labor they are being billed for if they are being overly observant. There was a missed opportunity for them to realize I was still in the lobby and to fully explain the problem. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but overall I'd recommend better communication between them.

I will probably not be coming back here. i was the only person in the store when i came to get an oil change , they told me it would not take long and i was there for an hour and a half. then they tried to tell me i had nails in my tire and they needed to be fixed, i did not have nails, 1 was a rock and the other 2 were metal pieces that had not punctured the tire. on top of that they mixed up my paperwork with another car and were getting ready to replace my tires for no reason.

Took car in on unday with concern about tire being low. Understood they could not do work then. They filled and told me to call back if it got low again. It did and I called back on Tuesday, talked to Vic and made an appointment to bring it in at noon. "We'll run you right in,"he said. Arrived with car at noon and found manager knew nothing about Vic's appointment. However he said they would do it soon. Finally at 1:30 talked to him again and it turned out Vic is service manager and had not communicated info to manager. Manager then talked to Vid and they said they would get it right in. They did in about 15 minutes. The man who worked did a quick job - tire was fine he said. I asked about oil change and they said I needed one and they would do quickly. Finally got home about 2:30 and I live about 5 minutes away. Suggestions: 1) Do not make appointments if not going to honor them and 2) improve communications

As I walk in the door I get a greeting and an old fashioned handshake. Eddie, my service advisor, is the type of man who your father brought his car in for service for years and now I take mine into years later too. it's amazing to sit in the lobby and watch their customer service. People of all walks of life enter and receive the same warm greetings. The "lets take a look and we can make suggestions that will work for you and get you back on the road." Phone updates along the way. A "thanks for your business" and a handshake goodby before you are on the road again. Thanks Eddie!

I had my car towed in to this Firestone location due to a timing belt malfunction while driving on Central Expressway. The tech quoted that I needed to have my timing belt replaced without going into detail about the likelihood of further damage that may be done to valves, heads, pistons, ect. So timing belt was replaced, then they communicated that there was damage to heads that would cost in excess of ?k over and above the amounts in charges for a timing belt job. After getting a second and third opinion I opted to have my car serviced elsewhere. After that was communicated they chose not to reassemble my car. When I picked it up there were parts laying on the engine and the hood could not even close. Also there were spare parts left inside my car that the tech said that I asked to keep (I didn't ask them for this courtesy). Once my car was transported to the next destination the evaluation showed that there were parts missing that I had to purchase.

The staff evaluated the problem within 20 minutes and gave me an itemized list of recommended services along with the specific origin of the problem that brought me in. The honest evaluation was very helpful for planning future services.

Hats off to Mr. Eddie Peabody and his staff at this facility. Not only did he meet my customer expectations, he exceeded them!! He was able to look up my service records from another State, and made me feel like I was sitting in familiar surroundings. He said "I can see that you have had the car serviced by our sister facility, and we will do our best to make you feel right at home here in Dallas. And he did just that! By the time I left, I felt as though I was talking to a friend!

Have been there two times one with the wifes car for a oil change was on a saturday morning had no appointment they got me in and out in 45 minutes which has been faster then some places that i have had a appointment at. Second time was to have some air put in a tire that they did not even bye from them did not no muss or fuss.

I use them often because it very convenient for me and just on the same road were I live.Also some of the staff are very professional,they know pretty much everything about my car and are ready to help. its a nice place to do oil change ,the only problem I encountered is waiting too long for my car to be serviced.

I was very impressed with the time that Nigel and Rae took to answer my questions and inspect my vehicle. They explained how I would be able to know when I would need certain things replaced, and did not try to rush me out at all. I will be back to this location.

Very expensive - @$50 for oil change when other garages charge a little over half of that. Could not tell from documentation what all had been done. Do not know if air filters, back wind shield wiper was checked and only knew that front was checked because I asked. No documentation about tire checks or lubrication. Estimate was for $27-29 dollars and obviously it was double that with no additional services requested.
