Kenny was beyond awesome. He worked with me on some serious repair work within a budget by calling in some favors. I cannot express my level of gratitude and gratefullness for the care, concern and professionalism shown to me during this visit. The Lead Technician and Store Manager are equally awesome. Thanks guys for getting me out the door safely and with dignity and pretty darn fast....God Bless. A more than satisfied and trusting customer always!

Horrendous customer service. Didn't inform me that my scheduled appointment would turn into a 4 hour and 45 minute wait because they sent back the parts that they needed to do the job, after they CONFIRMED my appointment with me again after supposedly receiving the parts. They knew ahead of time I would be waiting for my car, and didn't inform me of this change. Thanks Firestone, not.

Firestone Steiner Ranch repaired one of my vehicles on-time and under budget, even though there several unknowns on the issue (vacuum leaks). I was really impressed with the care taken to insure the leaks were properly identified, fixed, and the repair was explained to me so I could at least understand what was causing my issues (rough idle, erratic acceleration). Delivered on time and under budget and very happy with the results.

Originally, I submitted a favorable review for this location in Austin, Texas. Since that review, the Tire Sensor Fault light continues to come on in my car. I was told by Alex at this location that he had replaced the tire sensor on the right rear tire. Obviously, this was not done OR not done correctly. Or, he replaced the WRONG tire sensor. I am awaiting a call back from Ed, the Manager of that location to get this issue resolved. Firestone SHOULD BE ABLE TO DETERMINE WHICH TIRE HAS A DEAD SENSOR. At this time, I question that they put a new sensor on at all. This is unacceptable. If this is not resolved, I will contact the National Better Business Bureau to assist in resolving the issue. The tire sensor light came on AFTER Firestone replaced my all tires w/ new ones (Parmer Lane/Mopac location). Obviously, there is a connection between the new tires and the damaging of the sensor. The Manager of that location was rude when I took the car back and of course refused any responsibility for the connection.

I brought my car in the other day for a check of some sounds the car was making. Bret and Armando were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and very respectful and courteous!! They were very quick to have my car looked at and explained to me very clearly what the issues were with my vehicle. Excellent customer service is very hard to come by nowadays and these two gentlemen surely exceeded my expectations and should be recognized for their strong abilities in providing exemplary customer service!!!!

Called in and made an appointment to get a lifetime alignment after replacing my front lower ball joints. Waited an hour in the waiting room while my car sat parked in the parking lot. After an hour, I asked if they were going to start working on my car soon and they said it might be a little while because they are busy and I should call and make an appointment for faster service. I informed him once again that I had made an appointment over the phone earlier that day and he said he would check on my car. About 2 minutes later, they pulled my car into the alignment bay. After about 15 minutes the employee came to show me the results of my alignment and said that they could not correct the positive camber on one side because it was an older vehicle and the body was out of shape from years of driving. He suggested I rotate my front tires every 2000 miles to compensate for the misalignment. The toe adjustment was corrected on both wheels, but the camber was the same on one side and 1/10th of a percent on the other side. I went home and check the suspension for any suspect parts that could be causing my poor alignment and found nothing. Over the past 3 months, the car started pulling to the side more and the wheels started shaking. I thought if I replaced the top strut mounts with adjustable camber plates, then maybe I could get some more negative camber to correct the issue. As I was dismounting the lower strut mounts to install the new camber plates, I unbolted the lower strut mounts and decided to play with the adjustment to see if I could get it to fullest negative camber. I had marked my strut mounting bolts before doing the ball joints as to not affect the alignment and I noticed that they were both in the same position I had marked previously. I loosened both nuts and turned the camber bolt to see if I could get any more negative camber. The adjustment was all the way at the positive camber adjustment, so I adjusted it 180 degrees into the negative camber position. My car is no longer out of alignment, but one of the front tires is totally bald on one side and the rest of the tires are at about 70% tread. This is unacceptable that the camber wasn't touched at all and that was the sole reason I brought the vehicle in initially. I feel it is also worth mentioning that the previous owner had a lifetime alignment done at a Firestone near San Antonio before and this was the same adjustment that I marked before I replaced the ball joints. He had new tires installed at the time of the alignment too, so I'm wondering if he had the same issue as me. I cannot say for sure, but is seems worth mentioning for this review. If I wanted such poor service, I would have done it lazily myself on my steep driveway with a scissor jack and the tire under the car in case it fell of the jack. That only took me 15 minutes and the car tracks almost perfect. I suspect it is not perfect because of the unevenly worn tire. Next time, I will just do alignments at home and make small adjustments as needed. Sound tedious, but it pales in comparison to sitting in a waiting room for two hours and getting charged over two hundred twelve dollars for a toe adjustment. I feel as if I got swindled.

I have used the store twice for both tires and 4 wheel alignment. The guys are super professional and very knowledgeable. The car handled better than it ever had since I owned it after last alignment.

I got a flat tire and they didn't try to upsell me at all, even though my tires are closed to needing to be replaced. The staff here is trustworthy and honest, and I very much appreciate that in a car shop. Oh, and how nice that they had a toy box for my 2 year old to get into!

They fixed an oil leak for me. Turned out it was only a drain plug gasket (cheaper fix than I was expecting). I have driven it for a while since and no leak. My only complaint is when I went in the day before they told me they were booked up for the day (which is fine). I asked if they did appointments and they said no. I asked then how do I make sure my car is the first they look at when I bring it in the next day. They said get there early and that they open at 9am. So I show up at 8:30am to make sure I'm the first one (and I was the first person to show up). I get in the shop once they open at 9am and was chit chatting about how I stupidly got there 30 minutes early because I thought there would be a morning rush and wanted to be the first one in. I say stupidly because only one other guy was there when they opened the door at 9am. Then the guy from Firestone tells me. Oh, that's because some of the customers cheated and left their keys in the night drop! What! No one told me I could leave my keys in the night drop. Not only would that have been more convenient for me it would have avoided me getting up early on a Sunday morning.... Not impressed with that. That being said, everything else was great and the work performed was excellent (that's why I only docked them 1 star on professionalism).

Took my daughter's car in for an oil change. Got a call saying that there was a nail in the left rear tire in a non repairable location. Her tire pressure light had not been on. This is the second time I have gotten a call like this. I took another vehicle in previously and got the same call. No tire pressure warning light had been on that time either. I told them not to touch the tire. I would pick my car up but they would not receive any more of our business.

The team at Firestone are always very thorough and good when it comes to the work performed on our cars. The downside is the long delays due to not having enough mechanics on-site to complete the work in a timely manner.

My car wouldn't start at the Randalls across from Firestone, last Friday, in the 40 ' s and rain...and one of the awesome mechanic's came over to check out my car! Unfortunately it was my starter and I had to have it towed! Great neighborhood Firestone! Thank you!!!

We've been using the service dept since they opened. Set up an account and like the no interest payments to help manage cash flow. All of the service reps do a great job and the technicians let you know if they see a problem - fix it early. We drop off a car and run errands then pick up in a couple of hours - always ready except once. Great service, good prices, honesty.
