Came to firestone after being turned away from my usual stop at jiffy lube. I have never been to a firestone and was recommended by my roommate. The service was exceptional. I was greated and helped immediately acommendated by great conversation. Keanen was super helpful, friendly and made sure to get me the best deal possible. I will definitely be returning to this firestone for my car needs. Thanks guys!

My son's Audi A4 needed AC repair/replacement which totaled over $1500. We had an extended warranty that covered this component and was referred to the Service Manager Dale Long over at this location by a fellow veteran. Mr. Long talked with me over the phone briefly and had his Service Advisor Ben take care of working on the vehicle. The Warranty company was being difficult and reluctant to cover the parts and repairs they were supposed to cover and both Dale and Ben worked tirelessly to give us a fair shake. Their efforts allowed us to only pay the $100 deductible to which I am truly grateful. They went to bat for the little guy and went the extra mile! This is the kind of customer service that will create lifelong loyalty with their customers. I'm referring all my veteran friends, church members as well as family members to Dale Long and Service Advisor Ben at this Firestone Complete Auto Care shop on W. William Cannon Dr.

I called Firestone and talked to Ben B. about 4 tires. I let him know we were shopping for the best value. He was able to offer me Firestone tires with 60,000 mile warranty with a store discount that satisfied me. We checked other places and compared. He let me know of the services Firestone provides with those tires that others do not. They made my decision easier. Thank-you Firestone!

We are driving cross country from California to Florida and we were on the way to stop in Austin with long time friends. Well, we were not to lucky on this day as my lovely wife nailed an armadillo. Ouch! When we stopped later and restarted our trip, the car had a definite rattle from underneath. I could not see anything too bad on this low clearance car, so we continued into Austin. I went to the shop on late Saturday afternoon, and waited a turn to check in. They were busy as I could see most service bays were active. Dale was happy to listen to my woes and said it might be a couple hours. I was happy to be included in today. So about an hour later I was told it was done. Wow! was I happy. A couple small parts had been bent and there were some ruminants or Armadillo left and the rattle was gone. I could get anything specially needed at the dealership, so off we go to the next leg of our adventure. Thank You Firestone

If you need a good, trust worthy mechanic who will tell and/or show you what needs to be done to your car, go see the crew at this Firestone. My 15 yr. old car has gone nowhere else for a least 7 yrs., and I'm convinced that its going there is a part of it. It's such a comfortable feeling when they tell you what needs to be done, it needs to be done. No extras. They are reliable and can almost always give you an approximate time it will be ready. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I just complete taking your survey. I just wish there was a number higher than 10 - like at least a 15 - I could have given them. I have a 15 yr. old car they have taken care of so well that it is still running and they say I'll get a few more years of it. They are always so nice and understanding - as they were 9/6 when my car just stopped 2 x's - the second time in the middle lane of a freeway at rush hour, but when I called, Mike somehow made me feel everything would be okay. The next day, they told me what was wrong and what needed to be done. I may have choked at the price, but I trust them so much, I know they won't do something that doesn't need to be done, so I just say yes. And they fixed it that day! After the horror stories I have experienced with car care over the years, it is such a good feeling and allows me peace of mind, that when something is wrong with my car, I know I can take it to Dale Long and his whole cheery staff and they will take care of things.

Let’s face it, automotive repair ranks up there with a root canal. If given the choice between the two, my preference is the root canal. I know what to expect and the cost up front. Inevitably however, we all must have our car repaired at some point. My car was overdue for an inspection. I had been going to a Jiffy Lube center that was literally two blocks from my residence. I cringed every time I entered this shop, because I knew from past experience, that they would find something wrong with the vehicle. Even simple oil changes wound up costing me in excess of $75 and the wait time was excessive. Their lobby is a very small area that doesn’t accommodate many customers, so the majority of the time, I’d just drop off the car and walk home, and wait. Dealing with their staff wasn’t much fun. They stand behind a glass partition similar to one you see at your doctor’s office and don’t even look at you when you try to explain your car’s issues. I also felt that many of the techs had an aura of superiority that made you feel that you were at their mercy, and that you’d better not act up. One day one of the technicians got testy with me as I tried to explain the sounds my car was making, and I stormed out. I whipped out my phone and located Firestore #285927, 3609 W. William in Austin Texas, which was not as convenient as the Jiffy Lube, but at this point, I was willing to try anything. I reluctantly walked in expecting to receive the same treatment. I was promptly greeted by Chris Sigman. He made eye contact as I explained what my car was doing. He invited me to wait in the lobby and help myself to coffee. So far so good. I hadn’t been there ten minutes when Mike Blevins, the tech inspecting my car, walked in and announced it was just a loose cable causing all the racket and he tightened it. I walked to the register fully expecting to be hit with an expensive charge, but was told they did this for me as a courtesy. Pinch me! There is no such thing as free, especially when it comes to automotive repair. I’ve since had my battery replaced and other services at Firestone. Fortunately for me, I’ve been greeted by Chris every single time. He actually remembers who I am and what I drive! Mike came from around the corner to say hello. He too, remembered me and asked how things were going. What a nice touch. Remembering the little things about a customer can mean a lot. I understand that Firestone has a jillion people to deal with, but these two guys at store #285927, really put forth the effort to remember you and your car. It’s obvious that they genuinely enjoy getting to know their customers and understand their concerns and how they can help you. We have all heard it before. What keeps people coming back is how well they were treated previously. This is so true. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my automotive needs. Chris and Mike are what great customer service is all about. Automotive repair isn’t cheap and the majority of us aren’t able to afford fixing everything at one time as that can get expensive. They work with you to make sure that the most important things are taken care of first. Then they explain the best course of action for other repairs that are needed. If you need more time to save up before further repairs, they understand and are willing to work with you until the job is complete. Chris and Mike do everything in their power to ensure you leave our shop that you feel happy. A lot of auto repair shops will try and squeeze every little penny out of you. Actually, most businesses will try and squeeze every penny out of you. Chris and Mike have always been honest and tell it like it is. If you come in for an inspection and they find nothing wrong, they won’t make something up. If they can’t guarantee that your car won’t be done in a day, they’ll tell you up front so you’re not stranded without a car. Lying and false promises are no way to run a business. This is a shop that they’ve obviously worked hard to be a place that people can trust shop. Transparency is what keeps me coming back. Of course, having Chris Sigman and Mike Blevins to make customers feel comfortable in their shop doesn’t hurt either. Please let them know how much they are appreciated.

Went in to get a tire checked (Bubble in side wall of tire). Chico was there to talk to us about options, and got us in and out with a new tire installed in about 20mins! Awesome customer service!

I was told at a different company that my car did not pass inspection but was charged $18.00. The person said that my emergency brake failed to hold the car on a declining surface. I then took it to Firestone on William Cannon Dr. in Austin, Tx. to have the emergency brake fixed. The Service Representative was named Chris. He tested the brake in drive and reverse and said it was working fine. He also asked a different technician to check it and he also found no problem. After Chris talked to the manager, an inspection was performed at no cost. I was so impressed with this young man and how he represented Firestone, that I will continue to have my car serviced at this location from now on.

This Firestone Auto Care has one of the best and must honest repair teams in South Austin. The manager is in the shop every time I go in and it seems like he takes the time to speak with every customer individually. I'm an older single woman on a limited income and they take the time to carefully explain my car's repair problems and how much it will cost. They frequently have specials, and their charge card with 0 interest helps a lot too.

The people at this Firestone location are always incredibly nice and accommodating. I take my car there for inspections, maintenance, and the odd repair. I can rest assured that they aren't trying to scam me out of money or take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. I noticed that after I got my car's a/c checked, there were some greasy fingerprints on my door but didn't care because I thought I could just wipe it off when I got home. They didn't come off as easily as I expected and so I contacted them and they were very apologetic and offered to give it a free carwash at Palms. Well, that very day my car wouldn't start so I got it towed to Firestone and they replaced my starter and got the car washed for me while it was there. They even took off the diagnostic charge of $95 which is incredibly helpful as a job seeker. I will always bring my car to this group for whatever it needs :)

I was very pleased with my visit. Went in for an oil change and inspection (new to Texas and to inspections ) salesman was very nice explained everything to me and after checking my vehicle advised what he thought should be done to keep my car in good condition. Will definitely have all my service work done here.

I took my truck in for inspection after recently changing out the battery. I didn't know this "reset" my computer so they couldn't pass my truck. The staff was very helpful in letting me know what I needed to do to allow the system to "read" and let me bring in the truck after a few days to re-inspect at no cost. They were very friendly and extremely helpful. I'd highly recommend them.

I had been to this store for changing wiper blades of my car 2010 Lexus RX 350. I had asked them to install Bosch Clear Advantage Beam Wiper Blade- 26A which costs $17.99 per unit + taxes but they installed Bosch Direct Connect Wiper Blade which is cheaper one cost around $9.99 per unit. I didn't realize that time. When I searched in internet for the quality and price of Bosch DirectConnect wiper blade, got to know that it was cheaper one but they charged for Bosch Clear Advantage Beam Wiper Blade- 26A for $17.99+ taxes After my research, I came back and asked them to confirm. They agreed and replaced with Bosch Clear Advantage Beam Wiper Blade for which they charged.

After having work done on my car, I went back due to inability to set the parking brake. The mechanic, who I'm sure has greater upper body strength than I, had no problem setting and releasing it. What was frustrating was that he & his manager kept telling me over and over the brake was fine, while I was trying to convey that if I can't engage the brake, than it doesn't matter how great it works. They seemed to have a problem seeing the situation from my point of view and the more they kept telling me the brake was fine, the more upset I became. It took quite a while before they started communicating that my technique for engaging the brake needed to change. I was used to pulling it up higher and they said that I should stop pulling the moment it clicks. I don't know if I'll go back to that location again, although I will likely remain a Firestone customer. I've had work done on parking brakes before, this is the first time in 40 years of driving where there's been such a dramatic difference in operation before and after. It took a couple of days of having to use both hands to set the brake, but it is .becoming easier to set and release it now.

Every time I go to my Firestone store I'm greeted like I'm family! I get the impression that they really care about me and my safety. Dale always strives to make sure the work is done fast efficiently and affordably! Charles usually works on my Trucks. He is always thorough. He not only fixes what's wrong, he's always looking out for preventative service. He let's me know in advance what I should start to consider to work on, how imperative it is and about how long till I absolutely have to have it done before it gets dangerous. Charles also tells me what I can do myself to add life to the vehicle. I'm really thankful that Firestone does way more than just tires! The team at the William Cannon store really rock! Thanks y'all!

I've been using the services of this particular Firestone for at least 20 years, maybe longer. I've never had bad service. On the last two occasions there were some unanticipated problems with one vehicle, and Firestone made the repairs at no cost. They worked on the source of the problems for hours at no cost, and no cost for the parts. I have one new vehicle now, but the older vehicle will still be seen at this Firestone.

I stopped in over lunch for a TX state inspection and the manager greeted me before I could even walk into the lobby. He pulled up my info and my car was pulled into the inspection bay moments later. I sat down to use the free Wifi, but before I could even get some work done on my computer my car was done. Fast, easy, and helpful staff, as always.

I had an appointment but was seen two hours late. I agreed to buy two tires after asking if they were in the store. Turns out there was one tire. A salesman left and went to another store to get a tire. At this point I was tired and asked for my car back. Another salesman and a customer insulted me. I called Firestone. A local supervisor left me a message but never returned my calls. I was not pleased with this Firestone branch. The other branches in Austin have treated me well.

A few days ago I went in about 7:30 with my spare on the ground and an appointment out of town at 9:00. Taylor noticed my full size spare was not the same as the tires I had on the ground and that the other tires were in need of replacement. I told him I was in a hurry and didn't have time to wait on a full set of new tires but Dale promised I would be on the road in 30 minutes or less. I've never seen anyone mount and balance four tires so quickly. Every time I go in my Firestone, the guys all know me by name. It feels funny being addressed as Mr. .... but they all do it. I think its the gray hair. I'm not as old as I look. lol

Only place I've ever been where a mechanic argued with me on the phone. I also believe that caused firestone to purposely delay repairing my car. I will never go back to firestone again.
