Our sales advisor was honest and upfront with us. Told us it would take about 2 hours and the car was fixed in 2 hours. We will be back! We found our new mechanic!

Nothing like jumping to conclusions, and I did. Larry, the manager at the Firestone Store where I had some work done yesterday called me to follow-up on some comments I made regarding the service there. Okay, I may be just a little smarter than a hog, BUT I was waaaaay offbase with my comment. I was wrong about the battery that was installed... it was the proper one - my bad! So Larry and the crew did get that right. My apologies to y'all. The second area of my concern was that I did not receive an email receipt that I requested... Oh OINK.. That was my fault too. Larry told me to check my SPAM folder and there was my receipt. Thanks Larry! Finally, The check engine light is a mystery, but we think it was karma for bad comments about the service. Larry said he would plug me up to a diagnostic thing-ama-jig, and we'd get to the bottom of that. SOOOOO, forget everything I said before. The service, professionalism, and follow-up is amazing. THANKS LARRY and the Firestone guys.

All of the staff were wonderful at this location! I brought my car in for a flat tire repair and oil change. The staff explained everything (in terms I could understand and fielded all of my many questions) they were going to do and didn’t charge me until the very end (ensuring I understood everything I was getting billed for along the way). My tires ended up needing to be replaced and the staff stayed late to ensure this was completed that same day. Moreover, they charged an incredibly reasonable price for the tires and didn’t have any hidden service fees! I’m incredibly impressed by my experience! If you need autocare definitely go here!!

I made an appointment for tire replacement of 2 tires, and I dropped my car off at 8am as scheduled. I did not receive a call about my car until 10am. I was persuaded to purchase 2 additional tires and other upgrades/up-sells and told that my air filter was dirty. My car had been serviced one week prior to this and my air filter replaced, so I know it was not dirty. I communicated my need to get to work, as my car had been at Firestone for over 2 hours and services were not yet complete. When I came to pick up my car another hour later, the employee at the front desk was not able to properly explain all of the service charges I paid for. Every experience I've had at Firestone in the past has been similar to this one, regardless of the store location. I've always had to wait for over two hours, even just for an oil change, when I always make an appointment. I would appreciate it if Firestone employees were respectful of my time and focused more on servicing my vehicle rather than trying to sell me products and services that I do not need and am not interested in.

Arrived to Firestone with a damaged tire. Michael searched for replacement tires for BMW, found a set at another store and had them delivered the next day. Made appointment for following day and the staff were ready with the tires. They did a complete inspection of the vehicle. Work included alignment and the car drives like the day I bought it. Very impressed with all aspects of service and I will return to this location in the future.

Visited this location on a Sunday morning which was unexpected but the service was awesome. The salesperson answered several question when I called ahead before coming to the store and gave an estimated cost. The technician working on my vehicle offered details and explanation along with the salesperson after the inspection. The cost was lower that what was quoted and they advised me of future needed repairs. Great Experience!!

My niece's car was towed to the Bellevue location the weekend before July 4 2017 holiday. After some customer service miscommunication along comes Anthony on July 5 (manager and first day at that location) gets the car over to the Charlotte Pike location to get it fixed. Michael Charlotte Pike location) was in charge of making sure that we were taken care of. The car was done that day and can I just say that he was awesome also! It was so nice to be treated with care and respect. Great job guys! You have our referrals from now on!

I have been taking my cars to this location for 4+ years (so has my husband). This is primarily due to the excellent and honest service Randall provides. He always advises of what needs to or should be completed, how much it will cost and if it (*safely - for me and my car) can wait. He's never bothered when I ask him to explain something in detail. Typically, my work is completed at the time he advises. I would recommend him to anyone that needs their car worked on.

I was treated well. The work, I believe, was properly done. But the prices for parts and for labor were very high. Higher than competitors, higher than the dealer, much higher for parts than retail providers I checked with. I have used Firestone for many years. I won't use it in the future without getting estimates from competitors. I feel taken advantage of, re the cost of the work.

Requested service was not completed. Wanted high mileage oil change and received regular oil change. Wanted tires rotated and this service was not done at all. Employee working the counter never acted in a manner that made you feel you were wanted or welcomed in the store. When I walked up to the counter upon arrival the only question I was asked was if I was there for a pick-up. No good morning, how are you today, how can we help you, just here for a pick-up. That should have been my clue to go to a different store. I always have my vehicle serviced at a Firestone Auto Service Center but it will not be at this location again.

I was in Nashville traveling for business and was on the road leaving town the last day of my conference. I picked up a nail in my tire and got a flat, but fortunately was able to get off the interstate and to this Firestone location. Despite being incredibly busy and behind by more than 2 hours, this courteous and polite staff got me in and out with a new tire in only an hour. They were also very helpful to inform me of some dining options near the store where I could pass my time while I waited. I was shocked at the high level of customer service I received. I was very stressed because of my delay (I wanted nothing more than to just get home) and they treated me like family. If I'm back in Nashville ever again and have car trouble, I won't hesitate to return to this store.

I was told that one of my tires was down to ten psi and that it had been punctured. My tires were under warranty so I got them examined underwater at 60psi and they were all completely sealed. Also, I got my rotors examined by the other Firestone and they said they were too thin, but you guys said they were fine. Both of you claimed to have measured them. There seems to be a habit of firestones to make up work. Thanks for making me drive across town for nothing.

I had a blowout on the freeway. I was advised by the mechanic to not drive the car until I had new struts installed (around $700) Took it to my trusted mechanic who said there was nothing wrong with the struts. That was 5000 miles ago and the car rides fine.
