Best service experience. I only had my oil changed and tires rotated. The Service Advisor (Robert) was fantastic and friendly. I will always bring my vehicle to this location moving forward.

Store manager Rob was very helpful and friendly. Service manager Wally called me regularly to keep me updated and to discuss options. It was a high mileage vehicle with several worn parts.

I feel that customer service at the check in desk is lacking. I walked in and 15 minutes later, I was finally checked in and it wasn't even busy. This isn't the first time. A little customer service goes a long way these days. I do want to comment on the excellent service that Juanita provides. She walked in during my 2 hour wait for my car to even be brought to the bay. I expressed to her that I needed to know an approximate completion time as I had an apt and my car wasn't even touched yet. She immediately checked on it for me. There were several customers walking in at the time and they also expressed to me that they always schedule service when Juanita is working. Excellent customer service,courteous, prompt, professional. A rare gem she is. Thanks again, Juanita!

Wally Nunes, as always, was very attentive & helpful. Always busy, he never makes me feel that I am keeping him from his duties, even when I see that he's the only person there at the moment. I would have stated this in the survey I took just moments ago, but did not see a comments section (guess I missed it). Both Wally Nunes & Rob Reynolds are the reasons I keep coming to Firestone.

Robert, the Firestone Service Advisor, is always professional, clearly defines your service needs, and keeps you informed in a timely manner as to the service progress of your vehicle. By clearly outlining your repair options up front, he allows the customer to make an informed decision as to what's best for him/her as opposed to simply what's best for the business. In short, he has the demeanor/skillset to strengthen the customers trust in Firestone, which then translates to customer allegiance and repeat business.

I had the oil changed and tires rotated on my truck. When I asked if the tire pressure was checked I was told it was and was told the pressures my tires were inflated to. When I questioned the pressure and asked them to check the door plate they said my tires were under inflated. The mechanic took my truck back and adjusted the pressure. Upon arriving home I discovered grease on my floor carpet. I have previously discontinued using a shop for this very reason. While I realize this occasionally happens, it's inconvenient to have to have my vehicles cleaned after service. This is the first time this has happened at Firestone but I really never expected it to happen at all.

They did everything I asked them to do in a short time period. I had thought my brakes needed replacing and had given the green light to do so. They could have done it and taken my money, but they didn't. That is rare these days.

I use Firestone all the time but first for this location! Finished my alignment in a timely manner. First time visiting a Firestone where they didn't offer a list of all things wrong with my car which I loved! It seems Firestones I have visited previously always try to make an extra buck! I will definitely be back.

I arrived at Firestone at 7:15 am to get my truck tires balanced and an alignment. Finally left at 11:30 am with no alignment. I had to leave for another appointment.

There were several major issues with my visit. 1. I made an appointment online for Saturday at 7am, for a tire plug, oil change, and transmission fluid change... filling in all the details on my car make model. 2009 Honda Accord 59M miles. I called ahead to see if I could drop my car of Friday night, when I got there the lady tried to pull up my appointment in the system, which she couldn't as (oh you made an appointment online, well I can see those online from my screen). So I told her again what I needed, which was written down on a post-it note. I asked what time my car would be done, she said noon.... when I asked why it would take 5 hours.. she said it just would. 2. I received a call at 10:30am on Saturday. I was met with a barrage of hard sell things my car needs totaling over $1800 and they could not fix my tire that had a nail in it because the tread depth was only 2/32". (I am ok with that, but have had tires plugged before with low tread) I needed new tires, wiper blades, coolant flush and hoses replaced, battery terminal cleaning and positive cable replaced, and the cabin air filter needed changing as well. I declined all these services and asked if the oil change and transmission fluid change was completed, they answered 'yes, we are just closing you up and will call you when we are complete'. I changed the cabin air filer 3 months ago, it was not dirty, I looked again when I got home (another lie). I checked the hoses on my coolant system as I was told they were getting soft and starting to crack. They were not. (another lie) 3. I received a call 3 hours later, it was obvious that they had not done any of the work and lied to be about being done. When I went to pick up my car, they had not changed the transmission fluid, and when I asked why.... 'oh you needed that.. I wish someone would of told me'. Then he went to ask someone and found out I have a manual transmission and they cant change the fluid on those, you have to go to Honda. There was a bag with my key for the wheel lock sitting on the counter, I had to remind him to give it to me. (why was it not put back in the truck?) 4. So I left my car for 22 hours with for an oil change. When I got to my car the tire that had a nail that they did not plug was almost flat, they had not reset the oil life indicator either. Would of been nice if they would of checked the tire pressure in all my tires as part of the oil change I just paid for, as when I drove down the street to put my own air in, all 4 of my tires did not have the correct pressure as was stated on the receipt they gave me as having the correct pressure. (another lie) 5. Do not go to Firestone. Not worth it. Waste of time, money and being insulted and lied too are just added benefits. Reminds me of the commercial where they want to replace your starter hoses and muffler bearings.

My experience with the team at the Germantown store on Poplar was great. From the beginning to the end, the team was efficient and friendly. They provided me with great options to choose for the tires. They also committed to a timeline for completion and hit it.

To put it simply, Rob understands customer service! Literally the best experience I've ever had at a tire service center. Rob took the time to listen to me and address each one of my concerns. He explained everything and made sure I understood. He definitely made a loyal Firestone customer out of me!

I couldn't be more impressed with the service I recieved here. Rob was able to beat all other prices I'd gotten on tires for my jeep, and he and Wally really took care of some much needed issues. These guys are extremely honest and trustworthy, and really go the distance to take care of their customers. I was very happy and will be a returning customer.

The service advisor was very friendly and knowledgable. We dropped the car off and picked it up later in the day. We always use Firestone for tires, most repairs and routine service. We go to the dealer for major problems. No one is perfect and they have made mistakes in the past, which they corrected and apologized. That is all you can ask for, I am confident that if something does happen they will make it right.

We had a a screw in our tire and was leaking!! We had an out of town family funeral to drive too next day. The people at Firestone were so nice and helpful. Juanita was so accommodating and organized!!!'

I purchased four new tires a week ago and was impressed by the customer service. I went to the store twice before the purchase and had two different sales gentlemen who treated me with patience as I asked many questions.The information they provided about this product helped me to understand why this set of tires was best for what I needed in tire performance. I feel comfortable that if I have tire questions or problems in the future, those two gentlemen will be eager to answer and be of assistance.

Needed an oil change and a couple other service items. Very happy I came to this location. The staff was honest with the services. I also want to point out I needed to have my transmission fluid changed and the technician was very honest in saying I needed to go to the dealer because of how it was made. I appreciate them telling me that as oppose to trying to do it and damaging my vehicle. I also like the fact that when checking my tires they noticed a puncture and recommended a new tire along with the summer specials they had going on, so I wasn't paying a crazy amount of money. This service and honesty will make me return to Firestone again service to my car.

Went in for an AC diagnostic. Didn't find allnofnthe issues with the first repair. They were very apologetic courteous and professional. The Quote to correct the real problem included close to $1000 in parts. Found the exact Same parts available online for Less than half of what they quoted. I understand needing to make a profit but that markup seems excessive. Will get it repaired elsewhere

You need a better coffee station with real creamer (not powder) for your customers. Sometimes we wait for service to be finished and we shouldn't have to drink old coffee with that unhealthy powder creamer. Thanks for listening.

I was glad to see that the Firestone store was open on a Sunday, when I needed it most. The technician fixed my flat tire quickly. I was a little disappointed that the price was as high as it was.

Everyone in your care center is working together to help the customer. I helped a friend pick up her car from having work done...and her rep was so very nice! When I returned to have my work done...I got the same kind of attention to detail as my friend. Your store is very nice and clean on the inside. Enjoyed TV area to wait while work was being done.
