Lancaster Retail Sales Teammate Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Teammate in Lancaster, you’ll become the first point of contact between new guests and our company. Making meaningful connections in-person and over the phone will be at the top of your to-do list, as well as recommending tires and services. On a regular basis, you can expect to answer customer questions like, “What tires do you recommend?” “Is it time for me to get high mileage oil?” and “Can you explain these service charges?” You’ll empower guests to make informed decisions regarding car care, while learning how to work the register and address customer complaints.
