When you join Firestone Complete Auto Care’s Hermitage retail team, your friendly face will be the first thing customers see when they walk in our doors. Building genuine relationships face-to-face and over the phone will be one of your top priorities, along with promoting our products and services. Every day is different but, in general, customers will come to you with questions like, “What tires do you recommend?” “What’s the difference between synthetic and conventional motor oil?” and “Are you open on weekends?” You’ll educate guests with essential car care knowledge, and become a master at handling customer concerns.
