DO NOT PAY FOR THE LIFETIME ALIGNMENT. They will charge you for the alignment even if you have the lifetime or will tell you that you don't have it and not honor it.

Ted was the amazing at keeping me updated on my car and what my issues were. He also explained what needs to be done for inspection in a couple of months. I will definitely be coming back in the future. This store has remarkable customer service.

Called in early afternoon to get new front tires. They weren't in stock. I got a call about 3:00, the tires came in. I got to the store, they started working on my Acura right away. They installed the tires and completed the alignment in less then an hour. GREAT Job !

I trust my car to Andrew and his team at Firestone Exton. I took it in recently and asked them to review a recommendation by another auto service which was going to cost me hundreds of dollars. They checked it out and confirmed that I did not need the service. I have used them for about 10 years and am always satisfied by their service and prices.

I had brought my vehicle in for a routine 6-month oil and filter change. $4oo.00 + dollars later...I exited and on my way home, the "check engine light" came on. By the time I had turned around and returned, Firestone had closed. It was around 6:00 p.m. I called Firestone the next day, and was told to contact Chevrolet (since my leased vehicle should still be under warranty.) Next, I went to see a local Chevrolet dealer...who informed me that this is "Firestone's problem"...and so the saga begins again...the reason why I will NEVER, EVER purchase another vehicle. However, I thought that it would AT LEAST last until the end of a 3-year lease without costing me a fortune! My check engine light is still on...where should I go to have it taken care of...free of charge?

Went in for a service and a slow leak in the drivers rear tire. They took time to explain why it was leaking and what they did to fix it.

Most reasonable around for tires, and service, after wasting $200 replacing parts myself trying to fix an issue to no avail, thier $100 full diagnosis fortunately found the difficult to determine issue to be merely clogged EGR ports, which they fixed and allowed me also get a retro discount when I found a coupon the next day that I could have used. Dan is particularly patient and precise and I believe trustworthy.

The Team in Exton treated me very well and has since I had them first service my car years back. My schedule limits me to weekends for service and they said that they are open a 6am on Saturdays, and sure enough they were! They are very good about pointing out things I should think about getting taken care of without being pushy. That's a very fine line but they are always looking out for their customers in the right way. They even got me back up the street to my place, instead of waiting 6 hours, as my oil change became a need to replace a rear control arm that lost a bushing and was riding metal on metal. Bad thing for a car, and so they showed me what was going on underneath my car, and I had them repair it. Some places might leave a guy to wait it out, but the Exton service center got me a few miles up to my place so I could take care of other work in the meantime. That's customer service, but on a personal level. It's also the right thing to do. I appreciate the heck out of them doing it, and I let them know it. That's why I'm writing this, so others can know where they can develop a relationship with a place that conducts business the way most of us hope for, in an industry that often has a good deal of negativity associated with it. I think one other point is important to make. For a while I was out of work and so money was very tight. These guys understand what that means when it comes to a person and how they service their car. You do things when the money is there. So how to keep things rolling in the meantime? These are the type of people you would want as neighbors. They get that some of us have to let things go farther than we'd like, but not to the point of danger. But when it's time to part with our precious dollars, that absolute LAST thing a person wants is problems. When the car goes up on the lift, I am one who feels confident it will come down with the work done right the first time and for the price they said it would. Up-selling is fine if you have a wealthy client list, but for the majority, we appreciate quality and value. We get those concepts, but for the smart business, in trying economic times, sometimes treading water while your competition loses market-share comes down to staying in touch with your customer's abilities. When and if we climb the ladder to the big money, we'll get the Pirelli's on our hot rods, but for the time being, maybe just a good set of grippy 40k mile car sneakers. I am new in town and needed some new tires for my jeep. I went around town and got prices. When I stopped at Firestone I had a opportunity to speak to Andrew. Andrew was a pleasure to work with and I felt that he really cares on what I was asking for unlike other places I stopped at. Instead of just giving a price on the most expensive tires, he spent the time explaining to the difference between the tores and made a solid recommendation on a tire that fit my needs. Even though it was not the cheapest quote I received I decided to go with the Firestone tires because Andrew was more of a consaultant of what I wanted/needed other than just giving a quote and seeing if I wanted to purchase the tires. During the install he and his team noticed I need some brakes and he actually show me how they determined that my brakes were low. I really didn't have the money budgeted to do both tires and breaks, in turn Andrew recommended that I got the Firestone cc and I would have 6 months to pay the bill off. This is the reason I will continue to take my vehicles to him. It takes a lot for me to trust anyone in the auto market but Andrew demonstrated to me that I can trust him.

Made an appointment to get the car checked before a family trip. Carl squared me away at the desk and Mike checked the vehicle. After the tire rotation, he topped off all the fluids, and Mike showed me a potential issue to watch out for in the future, then sent me on my way. These guys are pros and I don't need to go anywhere else!
