Outstanding customer service from all at this shop! Mechanic Tom was honest and serviced my vehicle quickly. The manager Jason explained what my car needed and went over the warranty that came with it. Every employee I seen there greeted me with a smile and a "good morning". I will continue to bring my car here. If you want honesty and great service, you will find it here!

Manager Jason was great! Saved me time and money by correcting a potentially costly situation down the road with my oil pan. Very friendly and got a free oil change by opening a credit card with them! I will trust my vehicle to this group from this day on!

Used tire, inspection and alignment services to get car through inspection and 2 days later stopped in to have a noise checked on out minivan and they fixed it that morning without any hassle or problems.

The fuel line on my car went bad overnight, and over a holiday weekend (this happened July 3rd and I know many retailers are closed/backed up with customers due to the July 4th holiday). Because of the nature of my issue, I was unable to drive my car anywhere (gas spewing onto my tailpipe = hazardous to drive!). I called two different local chain stores, as well as three mechanics, and nobody was either open or able to diagnose the issue on my car without it being towed there, or would even be able to see me until July 8th. I called this local Firestone as a last resort. I have never been a Firestone customer before but the manager here, Joe, was amazingly accommodating, friendly, and walked me through everything he could do to make sure my car would be drivable again ASAP. Considering that it was a holiday weekend, I was utterly amazed that he was able to really hustle and get my car fixed within HOURS. I had my car towed up to Firestone around 11 AM yesterday, and after explaining to Joe that I needed to be at work at my second job at 6 PM that night, he did everything possible to fix my fuel line quickly and efficiently. My car was back in my hands around 5 PM THAT DAY. Color me impressed. Plus he honored a coupon for me that didn't technically run until July 4th, but because this particular location is closed today the 4th, he honored it for me anyway. This saved me $40 on my total. I will absolutely be back. Start to finish my experience as a new customer was wonderful. Great communication, friendliness, service, price, and speed all the way around. And my car is 100% fixed. Thank you so much Joe and your service staff!

I dropped the car of on a Friday night for Saturday State inspection and the started on it Friday night. They called both Friday and Saturday as it went thru both State emissions and then the safety inspection

I couldn't have been happier to find a reliable tire place. They got me serviced relatively quickly, they were very communicative about my issue and didn't overcharge me for a part I needed (tire sensor) for my slow leak.

Last week, in the middle of a slush storm, my windshield washing fliud sprayers stopped working. I was blinded with a smeared windshield. I am a independent delivery driver and I was in the middle of my delivery route so I didn't have any time to spare. I pulled into Firestone hoping they could help and within 10 minutes they had the problem solved! I was back on the road in 15 minutes and EXTREEMLY happy with their service!

I came in to have my radiator flushed and new antifreeze put in. I was told that my head gasket was leaking and that it needed replaced. If they would do the flush it would blow it out. This repair was in the $1200.00 range. I thanked them and said I would have to think about it. I went home to realize I had already changed the head gasket at a cost of $700.00 (almost half of your price) what they saw was the oil stain from when it was leaking. Had I agreed to the repair I would have been out 1200 dollars for something I already had repaired.

The location is great for me, they also have a lot of my details in their system. Having a Firestone credit card, I'd think that I'd be able to have easier access to MORE discounts and coupons. I've noticed that they sometimes try to upsell you on services, and the price on some services are high. But overall, I do keep on going back for more... maybe wanting less.

I've been a loyal customer of Firestone for 30+ years and now twice at this location I've had to bring back my car after oil change for my tires which get rotated for free needed reset. I tell them initially when I get there but I have one tire that reads low and had to come back on 2 visits to have it reset. Also I'm shocked that a discounted oil change/ free oil change is not a nice perk sent to your customers for their loyality every now and then. I feel that I am just " another customer" when I see adds that ANYONE can use a coupon and get the same job done for the same price. I'm glad that Firestone does give you an idea what repairs could need done but my brother is a car mechanic and I use him. That is why you will never see me getting anything other then an oil change done at Firestone. Your charge card, I cut up years ago. My bank will give us more in rebate every 6 months for using their card so why would I use the Bridgestone card to chargei
